Very bad customer service I gave the the little girl working the cash register $20 for my bill the was $4.60 she gave me .40 cents in change telling me I gave her $5 she could not review the the tape or check the cash register to confirm she called her manager just so she can have attitude telling me its her day off she will do nothing I had no choice but to leave without my hard earned money

NOTHING I HATE MORE. WHEN I GET A 100$ WORTH OF GAS AND THE GIRL TELLS ME THEY DONT HAVE A RESTROOM. WONT FILL UP HERE AGAIN UNTIL THEY DO. ATTITUDES, AND NO BATHROOMS.

I do not recommend this car wash, I would never go to that place again, my rearview mirror broke, I spoke to the manager and he said that he cannot repair it and he could not help me, it is very uncomfortable for them to tell you that, when I use their fuel every 3 days Once again I do not recommend this car wash, apart from that it does not dry the cars as it should,

Came in today at 6:40pm and female working there was really rude and had attitude for no reason! Bad customer service and was telling the customers about the situation and laughing. So called “having Manners” but yet decided to say bad statements

Have been coming here for the past few months but it's a hit or miss with this car wash. Sometimes I get a good one, this time it wasn't the best. Hoping that they could add some extra time to the air dry at the end.

I have come here a long time as it is local to me. I was in today and there chip reader wouldn’t work. I know for a fact they have the option to bypass and have it swiped as I have done it at this location before. This as at 3pm today. Whether it shear laziness or ignorance, doesn’t matter to me. If shell doesn’t want my money there are plenty of gas stations. There is pure gas at PIT STOP Mitchell's Auto Services on CHAPMAN Ave, I will be going there consistently now. Would have given 1 Star but they have not been a problem in the past and they keep it clean. So I’ll give them that. In hindsight they only deserve 1 star. Fk them

ive had my card information taken and used both times fraudelent purchases have been made have been a day after i used my card to make a purchase here at this gas station. use cash and avoid using the reward system as it only allows them to collection information that can be used for fraud.

So apparently they don't refund if your car doesn't get dried. As I said to the worker Sam I don't live in the area. He would only give me a rewash which I am not going to wait in line again!!! Poor customer service, they should honor their sign that they posted on the card machine.

Just went to the station after putting my card in the pump froze on my side and the person on the other side had the same problem. We both moved to the next pump. Her son got in the store before me and several people got in line between us. She canceled his transaction by time I got through the line someone had used the pump and it got charged to my card and she said it was my fault not their pump problem. She admitted there was a problem but I was stuck with the bill. I contacted Shell and they understood the problem and the clerk should have corrected the charge. The charge hasn't clear yet so they made a record and asked me to call backin 3 days so they can cancel it after it clears.

One of the best car washes I’ve ever been to! The staff was helpful, patient, and friendly. The wash prices are reasonable and the was is great. I would definitely recommend coming to this place again in the near future!

Older lady cashier that works here is very rude. I pre paid for gas went to pump and the pump doesn't do anything and then says you want receipt. Ridiculous as this has happened more then once. I went back in to ask why this happens and she tells me nobody else has said anything which is not true because a person had the same issue as me from another time. She tells me to go somewhere else and then also says I don't know how yo pump gas which I took as being talked down to. She is very rude and should be fired. This is ridiculous. I plan to call management. They are supposed to refund me immediately if not giving me my gas I pre paid for.
