I have a small 5 seat VW Tiguan (aka crossover) and they charged my the rate for an SUV. I talked to the employees and they said it's what the owner wants them to charge, and they can't do anything about it. I've never had to pay extra for my crossover.

Terrible experience! The wash is mediocre at best. They are overpriced. I went here because I had a gift certificate, I will not return. I recommend puddles if you want a great car wash at a reasonable price.

Fair prices for a full hand wash. Good choices, the detail work is average, I wouldn't say outstanding but you get what you pay for and I've never had to ask them to do something more once they say my truck is done.

Been going to Lincoln Auto spa for many years. Always use a $2.00 off coupon.When I entered there was a sign for Cheaper gas with Car Wash. I decided to go for the great deal. When I tried paying, cashier said coupons not valid. I told her that defeated the purpose of cheaper gas. She stated this was managers orders. Talked to the manager. He said if you don't like it don't come back, i'll even take your car out of the wash right now. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner, he stated he was the owner. He was extremely rude, I ended up paying $3.00 more then I should of. Auto Spa falsely advertises.

Good spot for a quick average clean conveniently located. You get what you pay for kinda thing. I wish there was more attention to detail both inside and out. 4 out of 5 for overall satisfaction. Job felt rushed although there didn't seem to be a reason why. A few extra seconds and a spot here and there wouldn't have hurt.

I got my car waxed and clayed 2 weeks ago... they didn't vacuum my backseat and I had to ask them to do it once they said my car was finished. They also missed a lot of spots where the wax was and they definitely didn't clay my car. The amount of time they spent on it was definitely not enough time to hand wash wax and clay. They also say that they pride themselves on the detailing and it's pretty spotty here. Not to mention they couldn't use two different debt cards that I had because I paid $69.99 for the cleaning and they classify themselves as a gas station when they are more or a wash the gas station. Apparently both cards block the transaction because of it.

I hate giving bad reviews but when I pay for a complete wash and hand waxed I expect it to be done right, instead all I got was tree zap still on and where they took it off the residue still showing. I can tell these guys wash cars good but they are too rush to do it. Seems like management doesn’t allowed them to really take care of the cars the right way. I wish things were different because is so convenient. I ll try car number two because I believe everyone is entitled to a bad day. If it’s different then I ll change my review, But those guys on the road do a much better job. I

I was travelling in my 31ft RV when my wife searched car wash, when we pulled in to get gas I got out and went inside to ask if they would wash an RV, the very nice lady managing the car wash said we will wash ianything. There really wasn't room for the rv but the made it work, 4 guys jumped right on it outside and hand washed and dried it about 20 minutes. I was very impressed, the young lady managing the car wash should be commended for her attitude and willing to help the customer. Top notch place in my book and would highly recommend this place. She also told us to have a good trip and a blessed day what a great touch.

We have been their loyal customers for more than 10 years, but they can bet that we'll no longer be. I kindly borrowed the rag, wiped out the spots as I was showing the guy where he had missed. He said that he did a good job for me (😲) and if I'm not happy then don't come back again. Okay, if Lincoln Car Wash/Anthems owner/employees don't value my business then I'll take it to somewhere else❗️

Customer Service was nice and the prices too. I like the detail they did cleaning the car. They folded the back seats, washed the floor mats and cleaned the interior of the doors where it shuts. A little wait but worth it. If your into Bitcoin they have a machine where you can buy it.

This was a good place to get your car or truck washed. Not so much now . I told the lady at the cashier desk what was wrong she kept saying they’re not finished when I confronted the issues. They literally just brushed off the issues. I bought a $65 dollar hand wax for a truck. Don’t waste your time with the upgrades here anymore you’re better off at a different place or get a regular basic wash. Watch when they apply the wax to your vehicle they literally did small circles around the whole vehicle and missed majority of the body.

I am impressed. The cleaning was very detailed. I have a yellow labrador...after they cleaned, you can't tell my dog has been in the car! The new owner and new set up (no vacuum row as you drive, makes everything so much easier for drive up) works better! Loved it...will be back, even though I have moved (gas prices are also lower than gas station at other corner).

Gas is NOT 24 hours even though the banner says so. Never does the receipt print at the pump. They do not operate the carwash correctly causing the spray on portion to not fully cover the entire vehicle. They did not fully clean the inside of my windows especially noticable on my windshield nor did they even wipe the side mirrors. My center console by the shifter was still dirty. There were water drops on the seats. My rims where still dirty. I'm disappointed in the wash.

Well I have been going here for a few years now I really like the place, especially on days where you don't want to wash your car (extreme summer days). But one to his own right. The only thing that I can say that people might not like is the waiting time, especially if there is a lot of cars being washed. But when there isn't any, you go in and out very quickly.
