They will screw up your car in their automated wash and blame you! They have reviews of this happening going back YEARS. Terrible people!

I took my car to get it washed mostly because the back of car was dirty, it still was dirty after going through car wash and I paid for best one $9.99. ☹️☹️💸💸

Don't use the car wash here. My car was damaged and the employees agreed. When I spoke with the manager he said the damages to my car were not from his car wash and refused to pay for damages.

DO NOT USE YOUR CARD AT SHELL IN ORANGE!!!!! USE CASH IF YOU MUST! The employees and the owner are running some sort of credit card scheme, double charge your card in the middle of the night and then claim it must be credit card with the problem. I have caught them multiple times.

Ok there’s a new shell they remodeled it and now there’s a carwash. I drove up to the carwash early in the morning about six and I noticed the girl that was there. Was sniffing something, never again will I ever go there again.. this was 09/06/18 that’s disgusting.

I have been living in the area for years, I have come here for smog check,gas,propane and now car wash. I have not been disappointed any of the times. Even the bathrooms are so nice. The carwash is a plus,plus. 😃

The owner of this gas station is a rip-off. There is no discount on cash payments you will be forced to buy a car wash big rip-off. Dont buy gas here and support bad busines.

This place is a nice to get gas you know. I wouldn't stick it is one of those areas where you might for some gas. This yelled for me to come to his car while I was pumping gas. He wanted him to give him money for diseased lung. I don't carry cash with me so I couldn't give him anything even if I wanted to. So the next time your at shell watch yourself the guy with the messed up lung disease might be there waiting for you.

Shell station at Tustin and Collins, Tustin, CA These are the facts. You judge. Went for smog check. Paid 38 dlrs. Car did not pass. Told to fix it and come back for a new inspection with a 8 dlrs extra fee. Car repaired at a price of 1,250 dlrs. Returned to Shell station but was told to return after 100 miles. When I did I was told it was too late, over 1 month, I had to pay again. The 1 month dateline was never mentioned. So got charged and cheated. Obviously I will never return. If you go for a smog check at this Shell station you are warned. Go at your own peril. Follow up: Master Card cancelled the Shell station charges, after my complaint !

WOW ! The owner of this station can certainly give shell a few lessons on how to run a station nice and clean well-decorated kind of a One-Stop shopping for your car with the gas the store well stocked everything "faced" (and I spent 9 years in grocery as a night crew foreman) looks great(even though it's small) and a car wash and smog check Under One Roof! -1 star for advertising the car wash purchase price for gasoline but not actually saying it And most of all for the friendly employees all three of them unprompted by me we're quite friendly and struck up conversations with me and didn't act like they had to be there Car Wash guy let me use the vacuum for free the smog guy complimented me on my car and the guy in the store actually went out of his way (but didn't act like it) to help me out with something. It probably sounds corny but quite refreshing in a world that seems as though it's gone mad ! I plan on returning even if it's not for gas

This gas station is literally .60 cents more per gallon than other gas stations within half a mile. The lady working inside was nice but at this price, it doesn’t matter lol.

I love shell gas, and for the most part all the locations keep within the range of gas prices that you'd find elsewhere. This location is a huge rip off, $5.45 unless you buy a car wash. What a joke, if you can get to a different location where they aren't a bunch of crooks.
