I had to leave a review because the experience was that amazing! The service was truly what blew me away. Eddie, our service advisor, was fantastic—so helpful and attentive. All the staff looked professional and put together, which really added to the overall impression. The car wash itself was the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Our car didn’t get fully clean the first time through, but Eddie quickly offered us a free second round to make sure everything was spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Had the Basic Wash Package. Easy to enroll and cancel for the monthly subscription. Only complaint was no waxing included in the basic wash. Just soap and water and dryer.

My aunt and I have been going here for awhile. This past saturday, my aunt got locked out of her car at the vacuum section but Ruben (the manager that day) was very helpful and spent a long time helping her get back into her car. Her phone and keys were inside and she was very appreciative of all the work he put into helping her! Thank you!

Great experience! In the past, I've been a member at the one on North Tustin, but this one's even better than that one! I was grateful there wasn't too much of a line, and I had a great experience with the employees. This automatic wash had a couple different bells and whistles then the North Tustin location and it felt a lot less packed and easy to get around. That being said, either the North Tustin or the Yorba Linda location happen to be my favorite car washes in Orange County that I've tried. Membership is totally worth it and a fraction of what other car washes cost for monthly unlimited. Vacuumes are extremely powerful as well as the pressurized air. Definitely recommend, 5 stars

Rapids Express Car Wash is fantastic! The facility is modern, spacious, and spotless, making it a great place to get your car washed. The wash itself is top-notch, leaving my car looking amazing every time. I loved the welcome package—they included a high-quality microfiber towel and some great car care products, which was a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great car wash in Fullerton! Update (Sept 2025): Came back with my new Tesla and had a great experience again. Chris went above and beyond — he actually showed me the built-in Tesla Car Wash Mode, which I didn’t even know existed. Super helpful, and it made the wash smoother and safer. Love that they take time to help you get the most out of your vehicle. Still my go-to spot!

Great service and they make sure everything is done fast and efficiently. Vacuums have great suction power and the compressed air to dry your car is a plus. However, the only complaint I have is that after my car is washed I still find some brake dust in my wheels. I’m sure other German car owners understand this.

I love this car wash place it's the best in the area. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff(everyone's smiling!) The car wash lane is beautifully designed, bright and has a high ceiling, I usually hold my breath thru the dark tunnel but here I feel relaxed and enjoyed that rainbow splash. The vacuum has a compact power nozzle can clean tight corners which you don't see in other car wash places, and I really appreciate it. Give it a try and spread the joy! Like name of the business, it is a perfect combination of efficiency and rapidGLOW :)

Bring all 3 of my SUV here , great service, great equipment, and friendly staff. Vacuums are great, air is great. Doesn't always get all the bugs off, but for the price I don't mind wiping a few spots here and there, I'm not lazy, and I'm not complaining about it. Highly recommend

It’s a fun experience every time I go for the Rapids Express car wash. It’s nice to not have to worry about the undercarriage being damaged because of their effective conveyor system pulling the car Safely through the various stations. And the detailing areas provide plenty of room to vacuum and dry the car without fear of damaging other vehicles nearby by opening doors. And it is very noticeable that the service employees have been well trained in courtesy, politeness, and responsiveness having received several thank-yous and waves goodbye, even as I was exiting the area. I signed up for the most expensive treatments, but I figure if I wash the car only every 10 days that will average out to be only a little more than $11 per visit. That’s a reasonable deal!

WOW let me begin with that! I must say they must be recognized for as their service was beyond their duties. I really appreciated all of them but the most of all was Rosalyn & Jocelyn! and Ruben to top it off! I really appreciated you guys, thank you, and for their hardship work and beyond duties to get my service done, Thank you very much! First of all I was already pleased with how rough the brushing was getting done and how clean my car came out to be in the end. I wish I only had more time to wipe and vacuum but I was in a short schedule. And the worse happened on my short schedule. I was trapped when I was in the process of vacuuming when I realised I had locked in my sweater in a closing door with keys & phone! Immediately I began walking home for the second key, but they offered superior service to get my car unlocked! and they succeeded! I was so grateful and thankful, wish I had more to offer them! I am definitely a loyal customer and I will be returning mass of times. Their bundles and products seem to do the trick my car is very clean and I am so grateful for the time and effort these great people did for me, loved their product and their machine all seem in tip top maintenance shape, almost like new. I LOVE this place!!! I have 2 cars that I have washed once a week. For about $57 a month. Since I purchased the BEST, I get my car dried with the buffers. I choose not to do the additional vacuuming myself as I am the only driver.

Rapids Express Car Wash – Fullerton, CA Easily my least favorite location. Out of all the Rapids spots, this one’s the weakest link. Feels older, rough around the edges, and the customer service is nonexistent. Had issues with my monthly membership not reading right. At most other locations, they’ll work with you—maybe slide you through depending on the situation. Here? They’ll straight-up pull you out of line without a second thought. Rear wiper got damaged going through their tunnel. Yeah, there’s a sign saying they’re not liable, but the setup here almost feels engineered to break stuff. I flagged it to the staff—guy fished out the broken piece and told me they “don’t tape anymore.” Other locations still do, or at least ask. Not here. The vacuums? Half the air compressors don’t even work. No signs, no warnings, no urgency to fix it. That’s like running a burger joint with no buns and shrugging it off like it’s not a big deal. Where’s the management? Where’s the accountability? I’ve seen solid GMs walk around, check in with customers, hand out towels or waters—something to show they care. This place? Ghost town. No ownership, no apology, no pride. There’s too much competition for this kind of laziness. I’ll still stop by if I have to, but my expectations here are basement level.

Shout out to Chris, I accidentally locked myself out of my car while cleaning it and asked them if could use their phone and Chris came out and fished my keys through the window. Been going here for over a year and it is nicer than most car washes around the area. Organized and systemized as well. I recommend either the first or second package and just going a couple times a month and the car cleaning is a breeze.
