Set up an appointment for 2pm, had to call them at 3pm to find out where they were. Was told they were 40 minutes out. Showed up 3 hours late with no time to do the job. They called our business but somehow called a number not provided to them to a number not monitored. Instead of calling the number I provided to contact myself, who scheduled the service. Bad communication and really bad 1st impression. Not sure how they clean and detail.....no one was rude just not on time.

He asks good questions and I felt understood when I let him know what my particular needs or areas of focus were if I had any. The website has online scheduling which I appreciate. This is the 4th season we have had Gus clean and detail our boat. He comes right to our home and it is so convenient. He has worked in cold weather and in warm weather and does an excellent job regardless of the conditions he has to work in. He is friendly and professional and we would highly recommend him. Please take a look at my other Google reviews; I RARELY leave poor reviews and I ONLY leave poor reviews when the product or service is abhorrent, that is, so egregious that I feel compelled to warn others. I contacted Gustavo to detail three Toro mowers; I was so impressed by his Google reviews and words prior to service that I added two passenger vans to the detail work request. Overall Gustavo's exterior passenger vehicle work is excellent, his passenger vehicle carpet and upholstery work is sub-par, and his capability and capacity to detail other types of equipment is, well, abysmal. To add insult to injury, Gustavo needed my electricity and my water to do his work, and when done he didn’t even clean up the blacktop where he was working on the mowers. His charge for this “detail” work was $661.50. I sent three separate emails to Gustavo over three days giving him every opportunity to make this right before leaving this review and his one and only reply was "We performed the job to the best of our ability using the products that our company is using for years to clean with an excellent results.”; after that one response Gustavo simply didn’t respond to my requests to make this right. Look at the photos -- which are photos taken after Gustavo was done "detailing" --, read Gustavo’s words, and you be the judge; this is the best of his ability? PLEASE ask Gustavo if anything in this review is not correct and get some sort of satisfaction guarantee in writing BEFORE you give him permission to proceed, which of course I failed to do.
