Just got a latte from the machine and it wasn’t made correct super bitter asked if I could get a new one after the machine is fixed but was just told to add sugar, was resolved a few minutes later but was a disappointing situation that shouldn’t have been.

I came here after a game just hoping to get my favorite meal, potato wedges and chicken. But upon inspection I found that there are no potato wedges here. They were not even out — there were just none at all. I find this completely ridiculous. I have talked amongst others and we all agree that the best part of kwik trip is their potato wedges. I cannot even find the words to express how beyond infuriated I am. I ended up getting nothing at all amd starving after a tiring game because of this. If i cannot simply get potato wedges then what is even the piint of coming. If there aren't going to be potatoe wedges in the future thwn you will be looainf a regular and valued customer. Completely and utterly ridiculous.

Nice place...but every time I’ve been in there since 8/1/20 I have been greeted by a sign telling me I am required to wear a mask and then at least one person not wearing a mask inside being served by the staff. If you’re going to put a sign up saying it’s required, then your staff is required to follow your own sign.

Permanently got rid of potato wedges for the waffle fries. Here’s a hint: Nobody likes the waffle fries! No notice or nothing! Nobody asked for them either. Rest of the store is pretty good, except hot spot is usually half empty half the time.

Ordered Curb side service. Showed up checked in, gave my vehicle location. Waited an extra 10 minutes past the time it was stated to be ready. Ended up going inside and my food was sitting on a shelf. The food was excellent but the curb side service was nonexistent.

Today I went to the quick trip across the street from my house and there was a new guy working there. He ended up being from store number 450 and his name is Jon. When I tell you, this guy was so sweet. Know I mean it and there was not a single joke in that sentence. I went there to get a smoothie with my boyfriend and one of the machines didn't have the one I wanted so he offered a coupon to me for a free drink for the inconvenience. He was so sweet and so nice. He didn't even hesitate to come and assist me. He checked to see if the flavor I wanted was even available in the store, Let me know that it wasn't sold there and then explained to me that it was sold at other places, just not that one. I really appreciate him taking the time out of his day to explain this to me and help me try a drink rather than leave empty handed. I've only known this man for 5 minutes, but I can guarantee you, he is the nicest man I've met in weeks. Considering the fact that he put in all this effort for a store that's not even his, I think this man deserves a raise. I asked a wonderful lady at the cash register if I could leave him a tip for his kindness and she told me that if I did, he would say no to the tip and just put it into a donation jar they had on the counter. I then asked her if there's anything else I could do. And then she gave me his store number and his name. So i'd also like to think that wonderful lady working the cash register. Unfortunately I did not get her name all I rember is that I believe her hair was red and braided but I could be wrong. Best experience I've had at a kwik trip. The kwik trip in question is the one that was right on the border of Kaukauna and combine locks right next to a roundabout. Please track these two down and give them the praise they deserve.

Good employees. Store is stocked pretty well. Don't carry Propel. Car wash is nice. Like Kwik Trips hours and good food specials. Only thing is the prep areas should be stocked and cleaned better. Brand new store should be spotless and enough ppl around to clean...

New location, but like all Kwik Trips full of all the things you've come to know and love about this convenience store. Great hot food ready to go, healthy snacks, light produce and all your gas stations favorites. Try the BBQ Chicken Pizza, they are amazing. If you ask they will even bake the pizza for you, ready in about 5-7 minutes. Stores are always clean, including the bathrooms. Staff is always friendly and willing to show you how something works if you are uncertain. Join the rewards program for extra savings and fuel discounts.

Ordered curb side for some cheese curds and some stuff off the shelf, pushed the button to say I was here, waited 30-40 MINUTES outside before going in and getting my things. That’s unacceptable, won’t get more than gas from this location again.

😔😔😔 RIDICULOUS!... ... ... Usually the experience is good, but today I went to 3 different Kwik Trip locations to inflate my tires. I tried a total of 6 air pumps and I couldn't inflate more than just two of my tires... I am really disappointed! Please do something about this as soon as possible for goodness' sake!!

Buckle up, this'll be interesting. At 18:40 me and my wife arrived at this location, once inside we made haste for the hot bar. Upon investigation, there weren't any boneless wings or bread sticks. I have noticed that this is a common occurrence but only at this specific location. So we talk to one of the folks behind the counter, didn't get her name she was friendly and all that, we(I) ask her to see if they can't whip them up, it typically takes around five minuets and thats fine. So we exit the building and wait by the bike rack, we wait the 5 minuets and re enter the establishment. Only to see the breadsticks and no wings! so we decide to wait, 10 minuets pass(we checked out with our other food around this time) then another five before I approach Lennon (name tag), who was mopping near the coffee machines. I say, we've been waiting close to 10 to 15 minuets for them and he tells the kitchen, some sort of argument ensues over their comms. You could hear yelling and arguing from an unknown staff member in the kitchen, they proclaimed we had never said which kind, or the amount; however we did before waiting initially. (I also asked for him to bring our food onto a warmer and he did (:) So they make them and we wait patiently, Katelyn (manager I presume) then comes up to us and apologizes, but yet it wasn't her fault so she didnt need too but was graciously accepted. After waiting the five minutes, she(Katelyn) returns with the wings, I however noticed it was sopping with sauce!(images attatched) I didn't mention it, as we had already been there for half an hour up to this point. So we bag it and return home, everything's fine but the food wasn't as warm as it should've been and the wings were drowning in sauce. All in all, a pretty shitty expierence, I'm glad the two named people helped us, and were so very kind. But, I come here frequently, almost 3 to 4 times a week, and numerous times the hot spot is lacking in the available options, and you usually get to wait. Which isn't typically a problem. We left at approximately 19:17. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion.
