Just got my car back today from being detailed and ceramic coated and I am just over the moon about it. I have never had a car detail or anything and I am so so glad this was the first place I went. They are so professional and nice, I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. Charles, Ann, and Alex all in their own ways worked on my car these past couple days. They even let my car stay an extra day in their shop, no complaints, because it rained and Charles wanted my car to look it’s best with me having to park outside. They were all very detailed in everything that was done and showed me everything. I felt very heard and felt like I could ask any questions with no judgment, only smiles. I will never go anywhere else and I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks or just randos on the street. They deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion.

When we bought our used 2019 boat that we purchased in Ohio at a dealer we were very disappointed to see how dirty and dull the interior of the boat was and the outside had a lot of water scum. It had never been cleaned as they told us it was. We decided to still purchase it because we had driven so far(8 hours) and these boats are hard to find. When we got home our neighbor told us about Bettis Automotive Designz LLC. We brought our boat there and when we returned we couldn’t believe how great it looked!! The interior was sun faded and small scratches but now it was shiny and clean! It looked almost brand new! The outside just sparkles! We are so satisfied and happy with the work Charles and his wife did! We will definitely be back!

We decided to have our dad/grandfather's vehicle detailed as a birthday gift and are so glad that we chose Bettis Automotive Designs to do the job. We left the car with them over a long weekend and we were all amazed with the results. We knew it would look good, but they exceeded our expectations. Did an AWESOME job polishing up my 2015 Yukon!! Got most of the clearcoat scratches out and even did an engine bay detail as well. Paint looks great in the sun and looks like glass. Definitely recommend coming here for a paint correction. Prices are more than fair and service was great!!

Took my silverado in to have it ceramic coated and cleaned up. Charles and his wife's attention to detail is amazing. They sent me pictures of the process along the way. I sent my buddy a picture of the truck and he honestly thought it was a picture of his workbench. Come to find out it was a reflection off the paint on my truck. Looks better then when I purchased it. Any vehicle from here on out will be going directly to their shop to have it detailed. Thanks guys

Where to start… it started as a referral from a friend/coworker. I dropped off my baby otherwise known as Betty for Charles to diamond coat and detail. Let me tell you the communication, service, and quality of his and his wife’s work is phenomenal. You just don’t find customer service like this any more. They made Betty shine like new and walked me through the aftercare before I drove away. I will bring all my vehicles to him for this kind of intensive care. Just picked up our 2013 FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Special Edition and it looks amazing. Charles and Ann did an excellent job, especially on the interior which was looking pretty tired after ten years of use. The exterior and engine compartment look like new!!. I contacted them much earlier in the year and couldn't find a time with my busy bow season to get in. He gave me a quote and I contacted him as soon as I could right where we left off. Winter storms prevented me from getting there and I was allowed to reschedule hassle free. Once the car was there I was walked through what they'd be doing, sent pictures as he went on what was being done, asked questions to get the car done right (previous work), and the inside of the car was cleaned extremely well. When I picked up the car it looked better than the day I bought it in every way.

WOW! Is all i can say every time i look at my 7 year old 100,000+ mile truck! The paint didn’t look half as good off the showroom floor! Very happy with Charles work. I had some ceramic coating done with some paint correction before hand and an interior detail. When I picked it up, the gloss from the detailed paint, correction, and ceramic coat was just unbelievable. And the inside was so clean it felt like a new car again.

Bettis is best, incredibly professional, engaged and communicative. Their work is quick but at no expense to quality and they really put the customer first. They noted some flaws in previous work I've had down and encourage me to get it fixed before coating certain panels. Something they didn't have to do but did in an effort to see my car look its best. True quality you don't see at many places.
