I love kwik trip but this morning the lady at the register was very rude, well i forgot my card at home and had to put the 2 things i had back i said "im so sorry i forgot my card at home ill have to come back and her reply was are you kidding me! Whatever Goodbye then and gave me a suoer dirty look...

My girlfriend and I live down the road so we come to this location at least once a day, but there’s a couple employees that ALWAYS make our day when we come in and we hope they are able to see this! Their names are Keke, Robby and one other young lady that I don’t remember her name but when I figure it out Ima add it in! But they are WONDERFUL! Every time we come they’re always so welcoming & we genuinely enjoy being able to have convos with them. I hope theyre able to see this bc I want them to know they are much appreciated! :)

I went into the store today and overheard an employee, kristen, talking very rudely about another employee. I don’t know about what but some choice words were used and I was very disappointed, I usually enjoy the kind hearted atmosphere that this Kwik trip brings and this does hurt my opinion on the establishment. Please improve this!!!

Something went wrong with computer for the end of the day doughnuts. Bought 2 packs one came up almost $4 so double charges but then the other was I got charges $13.99 for a pack of them and the young worker couldn't figure out the math on her smart watch and tried to give me $2.57 back for a $1.49 doughnut and had to get over another work just to start it all over to figure it out. Got home to figure out the double charge on the one pack but was more worried about the $13.99 for a doughnut and getting the kids home then a extra $ something and more time to figure it all out real glade I asked for a receipt

I often go to this kwik trip and normally have great service. I recently went to this location and received horrible service from a blonde worker. She didn't say hi and was very rude. I got a bunch of food and she wouldn't even give me a bag. I tried to ask for one but she turned her back and walked away from me. You can't work in a customer service position and be this rude. Don't know if I will even come back to this location.

Always packed with people. Always waiting for checkout. Nothing quick about being there. The soda is flat and the vanilla flavoring is not sweet at all. Kwik trip is closer to my home but I rather drive 6 miles out of my way to the Moto mart in little chute to have better quality.

While parked at the other Kwik Trip in Kaukauna, my car was egged. The manager there called this location to give us a free car wash. The manager here was just as helpful and caring. They were all amazing people helping us out in the frustration. I highly recommend them for their graciousness and customer service.

My family and I have been going here since they opened and we have never had a problem. If we get hot food or take and bake it is always fresh and yummy. Coffee is good and reasonably priced. Staff is pleasant.

I work 3rd shift so like I get that the hot food will be limited, but every time I go in, whether it's midnight for my lunch or 4am for my dinner after work, 90% of the food is expired, and has been for HOURS. Literally hours! Tonight I went in at midnight and they had stuff up that had expired at 10! And I had thought the stuff that had expired at 1130, which i noticed first, was bad enough! It just sucks cos from the window, it looks like they have food, and then you get up there and it's all garbage

I live 2 blocks away and use the location sometimes for their car wash. About a month ago I washed my car there and noticed one side of my car wasn't drying. I went in and told a guy behind the counter and thanks we already know that and gave me a free carwash code. Why would you allow people to keep spending their money for something they are not even getting!! Today I used my free carwash code because it is very important to use the underbody flush to get to salt off. I noticed the guy in front of me didn't get the under body flush. When I entered instead of water flushing the salt out from under my car the water sprayed out sideways from the machine not even close to my car. When I finished I went in and told the guy behind the counter said thank you for letting me know and walked away!! No offer to replace my car wash and I am sure they didn't shut it down so all the people behind me also didn't get what they paid for!!! Very disappointed!!!
