Manager was very rude, and walked into my personal space, when I had a question about the change machine. There was no sign that stated that it was staff only, I saw a someone inside the building and walked in, and even started with “excuse me “, this older man who I assume was the manager walked from around the corner and into my personal space (our shoes were closed to touching) and basically pushing me back outside, just to redirect me back to the machine I had questions about. Also the self service car wash wasn’t great. $3 for 1 minute and barely anything came out the scrub brush to clean the car. After spending $10 to clean my car it still wasn’t enough. I would never recommend this place, and would be better off going elsewhere.

I honestly love this car wash and have been coming here for over 20 years. The new automatic wash is pretty cool and decently priced. The one thing I do not like is there is not good parking for people who want to dry their vehicles. Today I went to just vacuum my car and had to wait 20 minutes to get a vacuum because 4 people were drying off their cars/trucks. There really isn't a good place to do since the parking lot is much smaller due to the new automatic wash.

Place is overpriced. $3 to start with a credit card and you'll spend about $1 a minute while you wash. Oh and if you use your credit card they'll put a $20 hold on your card for 3 days minimum. Its pretty dumb.. its a carwash not a gas station. Pressure is alright and the soap setting had hot water which is nice. Vacuums aren't all that great and way overpriced. I don't plan on returning.

Got the $17 at the automatic at like 2:30 am it didn't get hardly any dirt. I feel like my money was wasted. Plus you got a pay extra for the dryers to dry off your car.

I prefer brushless washes as I've had bad experiences with car washes scratching my paint. This place is affordable and you only pay for what you use! Swipe your CC and you pay per minute. Vacuums work great and are also affordable. Thank you

Waste of my money. It's fine as far as a DIY car wash but I wasted all of my quarters. $4 minimum and that's perfectly fine despite the machines saying $3 minimum. Came up a quarter short and then couldn't get any of my change back. Had to waste the $3.75 in quarters and wait for it to cycle back so I could swipe my card despite the machines advertising they took all denominations of coins.

If Im honest, my score is more of a reflection of personal nostalgia than car wash quality/capability. Olympic is great, has great options but this location has been a car wash my whole life. I would visit there with a mentor for car washes in the late 80s. I would also just go out for a drive back then when I couldn't sleep and often those drives would take me to that area. It may not have been called Olympic back then but the layout is the same. Today, I go late at night when the place is super slow and I reflect on everything from simpler times to my own mortality. Even way back in the late 80s the place had a automatic system removing the need to get out and handle the spray wand. I personally find it to be quite peaceful and relaxing. Oh yeah, and my car gets cleaner too. Thanks Olympic!

Carwash itself was clean and well kept. Had the touchless wash and it was great! No residue or leftover dirt. Thank goodness! Other carwashes I'd have to go through 2to3 times just for everything (dirt/soap) to fully come off. The Car Dryer was 44secs both times. It's quick so make sure you put those change in and POOF right to the blower. It dries majority of the car so can't complain on that. Employees were a 8/10. They weren't so helpful being my first time here. Might've been a long day for both of them but because I had a great experience with the carwash I'd give it another try.

I been going to this car wash for years. It's convenient and I am able to get in and out when I just want to do a light wash job on my vehicle.

I brought my lifted Jeep Wrangler through the Express Soft Touch car wash today, and it turned out to be an incredibly costly and frustrating experience. Midway through the wash cycle, the machinery violently ripped off my passenger-side tail light—completely detaching it and breaking the housing bracket in the process. What should have been a quick $20 car wash has now cost me over $50 in repairs, not to mention the aggravation and time lost dealing with the damage. What made this even more upsetting was the staff’s response. One of the attendants casually asked if we had a loose tail light—without informing us that the damage had already occurred. It was clear he knew something had gone wrong but chose not to be transparent about it. I can only assume he went to get the manager, who showed little concern when he finally came out to speak with us. Rather than apologizing or taking any responsibility, the manager attempted to shift the blame to the 35” spare tire mounted on the back of my Jeep—a common and manufacturer-supported feature on Wranglers. He flatly refused to offer any help with covering the damage and only handed us five wash tokens after my husband firmly demanded some form of reimbursement. Five car wash tokens are a poor substitute for actual damage caused by their equipment. If this location has had previous issues with Jeeps or larger vehicles, there should absolutely be clear signage warning customers. The lack of accountability, transparency, and professionalism in how this situation was handled was unacceptable. I will not be returning—and I strongly urge fellow Jeep owners and anyone with modified or lifted vehicles to steer clear of this car wash.

Tunnel is rarely open. If there's a cloud in the sky it will be closed. And the touches tunnel is bad. And it smells.Pic. Other unlimited tunnels in the city are open all day REGARDLess of weather, take note there's a tunnel right up the road that is open all day regardless of weather, go there insted.

One of the best family-owned businesses in Gladstone hands down. Honest, good-hearted people and top-tier service. I’m obsessed with their brushless car wash. Open 24/7! For just $34.99/month, it’s unbeatable. I drive an Audi R8 and used to pay $40 per wash… and only during certain hours. Now, with Olympic Car Wash, I can roll in at 2AM, get my car spotless, and enjoy a spirited night drive. Simply lovely. 😉

I paid for a $15 car wash and my entire car was still dirty when it was finished. The attendant was rude and told me “you got what you paid for” I didn’t pay for a car wash for my car to still be dirty when I left. He refused to give me a refund even though he acknowledged my car was still dirty.

My preferred car wash place, hands down. I like self serve (the tunnels all over town seem to eat windshield wipers). The only down side is that the vacuums don't take cards. They do have a token machine that credit cards, but there's a $10 minimum.

The bays are great to wash cars in. The product they use to get dirt and stuff off your car is great. THE PROBLEM ARE THE VACUUMS. Theirs almost no suction in them. I spend $10 when theirs no suction on a little Toyota Corolla that cost me $5.00 when theirs suction. I usually tell the workers that are their and they say “ok we will take a look at it.” They never say sorry or hey here’s a free car smelly thing or god forbid give me part of my money back. I wash my 3 cars here at least once every other week and they just don’t give a crap about people losing money on the vacuum side of things.

i have the unlimited car wash club membership. i like the fact that you have the option to use either the soft touch brush automatic or the touchless automatic. my car comes out clean everytime. the only thing i wish were included were vacuums at the price point. it would be similar to other car washes plans.
