Manager got sassy with me because I didn't let him stick the decal on my windshield for me. I thought he was disrespectful. He said something and walked off very fast with the last word. Also I've seen him sit in his car and wait on people to have an issue at the kiosk, then he gets out of his personal car. All he does is sit on his phone. This place has went downhill. Very disappointing. Might have to go ahead and go back to Tommy's

I went to the okie express in mustang today. Did the 25$ wash. My two rear tires and the back of my car were still dirty. Per the receipt you have 24 hours to take it back through. I asked the attendant at the entry point if I could bring it back through because it was not clean. He was very rude and told me absolutely not! Unless you have the pass. He accused me of trying to get a free car wash. I said no I am not jusy trying to get what I paid for. I returned home and called the mustang okie express. I was explaining the situation and the lady hung up on me! I have gone to this car wash since they opened. Buyer beware you do not get whst you pay . Rude or non existent customer service. And the guarantee on the receipt clearly means nothing. I will not be returning. Very unsatisfied.

They have two employees working there at a time. One stands out by the kiosks, and the other one power washes. The only problem is one person can only power wash one side of the vehicle. If the other person was in the car wash instead of by the kiosk, both sides of my truck could get power washed 🤔

Was here at 7:45. 8:10 and no one is here. Supposedly open 8 to 8. This one is closest to me but I have the worst experience with this one. Left at 8:20 still not open. I have a membership as well.

It’s convenient to come through and it does a decent job but the last two times I’ve been through recently it bends my license plate bad and I keep having to take it off to flatten it back out- it even popped a side of my front bumper out a bit. Maybe my car is too small for the strength of it. I thought the first time was just a off time but the second time was worse unfortunately.

They are very patient with me trying to drive my car onto the conveyor belt. Seem to be very honest about refunding money when accidentally over charged. Very friendly. However once the machine knocked my back windshield wiper off. It did however, pop back on easily.

They're very great here. The brushes have never scratched my car and they keep everything very clean. The unlimited car wash deal is worth it and my car comes put spotless everytime, an added plus is that they have a very nice awning area where you can vacuum your car out for free and they also have air guns to get the dirt out of your a/c vents. The vacuums are very powerful and will get the dirt thats deep in your carpet. Would recommend 10/10

I wish someone would explain to me why they only clean one side of the car or power wash one side of the car it's always the driver side they clean not the passenger now on the other hand the other car wash at Southwest 104th and I-44 I've talked to a guy named Austin I think he runs the car wash he runs it like a well-oiled machine it is absolutely the best car wash of all the Okie car washes

Went threw car wash and took hood scoop off my Mustang gt they well not help with damages plz do not use this car wash they don’t cover any damage if car is more than 7 years old they keep saying there gonna send insurance information over and won’t

I took my truck through this car wash and immediately noticed scratches all over the paint. I went straight back, they filed a liability claim, and two days later the manager called just to say there was “no way” it was their fault. That’s ridiculous — the scratches are uniform and exactly what you’d expect from dirty brushes, not gravel. I’ve driven the same road for years without a single issue, and this happened right after their wash — on my brand-new truck’s first wash. I even submitted detailed photos to ChatGPT for an unbiased analysis, and their assessment confirmed the scratches match car wash brush marks, not gravel impact. I never leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves one. I gave this business every chance to make it right, and the manager was completely dismissive and unprofessional. No accountability at all. If you value your vehicle’s paint, go somewhere else.

The staff is friendly and I feel like they care about my experience while there. Only drawback at the Mustang location is the entrance to the tunnel is extremely tight for my truck.

I've been here a few dozen times with my truck with no problems, but the last time damaged the front and the back of the truck. I could feel the wash was a lot more aggressive than it had ever been before. The front plate was destroyed and ripped from the bumper. The back strip on the tailgate was ripped off too. I had to replace the front plate already, I still have to buy a new mount and rear strip. It's about $250 in damage. That's not extreme, but dealing with them has been ridiculous. I tried calling, they take messages, but they never call back. I have had them email me and send messages several times just to tell me they don't get my email. It's a ridiculous game of cat and mouse to avoid dealing with the damage or responsibility for their equipment being messed up. Avoid these Okie Carwash places. They obviously have a lot of complaints and there are so many other places to get your car cleaned. It may have been fine 30 times before, but it only takes one time to damage your vehicle.
