I came here and accidentally selected the touchwash option and not the touch free. Upon rolling around I bumped into an employee and explained that I idiotically chose the wrong option. They were kind enough to set up the touch-free option at the highest level despite me not paying for that and only the middle level. That act alone of kindness has earned a lifetime customer and I'm happy to share this place with everyone I come across. Thank you so much and God bless.

I regularly come here to clean my truck, equipment works well and is kept clean. Free vacuum with wash even have floor mat cleaners available. Love this car wash

I got the $20 touchless car wash & I wasn't impressed. The tires wasn't shiny at all ,the dryer sucked & I had to go the the wash 2x cause the first time it was skipping cycles. For $20 I expect a lot better results.

I absolutely will no longer support this local business. This car wash is worthless. It needs torn down and rebuilt, with all new owners. More often than not, the touchless tunnel is coned off and closed. You can go to the other tunnel, but the screens are blank and that one is closed. That lane wasn’t chained up or coned off. I go to the self-serve bay to soak the car in pre-wash. Then I like to drive thru the touchless tunnel. This wash has been trash for years and it’s not getting better. If you want a great touchless wash, go to Reno and Cemetery Road. That’s a great car wash. It’s between Valvoline Auto and the shopping mall. I generally use that one anyway, even though I live in Mustang.

I’ll start off by saying the new management and staff are extremely friendly, and I can tell they really want to get all the old issues fixed. My only complaint is I paid $20 for the truck wash and some of the drive through wasn’t working properly so my truck didn’t get as clean as it should have. That being said, I know it’s a work in progress so I’ll definitely give them another shot!

This is the first self serve car wash I have used that an employee approached me and asked how everything was working. Everything was working perfectly and a I would recommend this car wash to anyone looking for one. Tony and Bruce are super friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment, and they are Veterans so I will be back for sure.

I had a paint correction and ceramic coating on my new car. Caleb did a fantastic job. The paint correction made a noticeable difference on the doors where my kids had left some scratch marks and the ceramic coating kept it cleaner for longer. The interior was immaculate and they even cleaned under the car seats etc. Car washes since have been quick and easy. I’ve enjoyed walking out to the parking lot to my shiny car. I highly recommend the team at Mustang Star.

Went through today to get my truck washed and two gentlemen by the name of Bruce and Tony were helping me out. They were both extremely friendly and professional, and explained to me some of the new upgrades coming. They were very knowledgeable about how their system worked and even explained the new touchless wash they have. I look forward to going there more often. Something as simple as a car wash does not sound like a big deal, but with customer service like that, I have already decided it’s my 1st choice now

This was my first time here since the apparent change of ownership and renovation. Employees were super friendly and went the extra mile by giving my truck a thorough pre-wash scrub to get the dead bugs and road grime off. The wash itself did a great job but, as with just about every automatic car wash, the blow dryer left a lot to be desired. If you’re as finicky as I am, bring a couple of towels and wipe down your vehicle afterward if you don’t want water spots.

I can't speak for the detailing side, but the self serve car wash sucks. The stalls are filthy, unkempt, and the equipment is run down and broken. Waste of time and money.

This is by far the absolute worst self service car wash more than half the items on the turn dial don’t even work. The wash brushes are tore up. The air barely works, and the sprayers are terrible. This place is trash don’t waste your time or money here

Ryan and Tony are exceptionally friendly and professional. We love coming here. They will give you a stamped card for free washes after 8 paid. This carwash will NOT HURT YOUR PAINT!! with bad experience from others in town, we only come here. Free vacuuming is also a plus. Update! We are now on unlimited Elite washes now. What a great deal.
