I attempted to get My car washed Wednesday 8/12/25 morning at the MacArthur location the attendant on duty who was not one of the regular attendants directed Me into the bay, as usual I pulled up somehow my car tire got stuck on the railing half in and half out of the bay I couldn’t move forward or backwards without scraping and pulling something under my car that’s when every thing went crazy he was to busy worrying about what was going on in My car to figure out why My car was stuck He basically did nothing but make matters worse I finally backed out turned my car around and left. Pulled over to assess my car for damages when I realized something was wrong and went straight to my mechanic who informed Me the bumper had come loose and had reattached it cost Me $53. To make a long story short I end up paying $53 for a car wash I did not receive along with a cancelled membership. Until this happened service was good. What a Bummer I’ve now lost trust in the car wash all together. First bad experience which turned out to be horrible.

This Car wash is the best one I have been to. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to help and go out of their way to make sure that all customers have a wonderful and stress free visit. Oscar and Jeff are wonderful people and strive to make the whole car wash an enjoyable experience. Keep up the awesome work.

This wash has definitely gone downhill in recent months. We have 4 memberships for our family, but unless management can fix whatever is going on at this location, it just won’t be worth the time and money for us. See these black greasy spots on my car? This is the fourth or fifth time it’s happened and if I don’t immediately go back through, whatever this is will dry on the car and is more difficult to get off. The soap is also not rinsing off completely which leaves spots and sometimes soap colored streaks as the car dries. Lastly, and more recently, please note the “unlimited washes” are now “maximum of two per day” per my mud loving teenage boy. Just FYI. Zips, do better!!!

Management is very pushy. Did not like how aggressive the older black man was towards me to get me to try to sign up for the membership. He kept talking over the young man who was trying to help me get my car washed and neither of them seemed to know what they were talking about. I won’t be back.

Best car wash experience in my 22 years of driving. Customer service was beyond exceptional, provided by Tay, who set everything up for me in 5 seconds, there is a special going on so I got a huge discount and my car is spotless inside AND out. Looks brand new again~ and I paid $10. Very happy. Highly recommend. Will be going back, 5 stars

I paid for a $30 wash and got a $10 wash. Most of the brushes are not working and all of the fluids are not done or filled or not working and no one warned me. They sure sold me that $30 package and I didn’t even get the lowest package available. I talked to the guy there and he told me that oh sorry it’s just not working. We’re trying to get this place up and running however, when I asked for a refund because I did not get what I paid for. I was not given one I was told make a Google review that’s it. I will never use zips again ever I don’t even care where I am and I used to be a member this is awful warning do not use zips.

Paid $25 for the highest their car wash and my car looks horrible. There are spots and dirt still everywhere and all of my rims are still dirty. This was the worst car wash I have ever gotten. It's not even a little bit close to being acceptable. They also had some guy at the kiosk trying to squeeze between my car and it to push buttons and take my payment. I wanted to read over the packages but him staring at me made me feel rushed. The guy who was guiding me into the teach was waving me forward and looking off to another guy and as a result my tire wasn't lined up correctly to hit it. Part of guiding someone on is to watch them. Did not even try the vacuum because I was already so mad I have to go up the street to get a car wash somewhere else.

This is my favorite Zips location! I live closest to the Classen location but I'm convinced they have dirty water! They also need new vaccums! I went a few days ago for a quick vaccum clean up in my car and ALL of the vaccums were barley working. Wouldn't even suction to my hand like they were clogged! I've been to 122nd because that's the 2nd closest to me but this location the people are friendly, my car looks great and they have great vaccums! I'll always choose this location!

Jeff is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of their employees at this location. Always kind and efficient. Update: Today Joni helped me and was amazing! She made me smile and laugh when I really needed it (even though she wouldn’t have known) and even helped me clean the bugs off of my car after the wash! MVP

There’s always someone there to help you through the car wash experience, especially at the gate where you pay the machine for your wash. Aaron was very helpful in this regard. The vacuum stations and the place where you get the cloths and spray to finish up your wash was well kept and clean. The only negative is that the Zip app is a little difficult to use for some things, but that’s a minor thing, and being of a certain age, maybe using apps are not my strong suit!

I have been using Zips Car Wash for quite some time - the employees are always helpful, the facilities are walkway kept up, the staff greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. Towels are always in good supply, folded and clean. I have recommended my friends to get their cars washed there as once the vehicle goes through the washing process, the vehicle is clean and ready to be dried. I have yet to have a bad experience at any of the facilities I have used.

This Zips location really treats you right. They have good customer service skills. Sa'niah was awesome! My car is sparkling clean every single time. Oh and they are opened at the times that they say they're supposed to be open. Some other locations close early for what ever reason.
