I like Zip's car wash but, this location doesn't get your vehicle very clean, not to mention that their "Spot free rinse leaves terrible spots all over my vehicle!! The employees are lazy and don't even bother to spray down both sides of my vehicle!! No microfiber towels to wipe down your vehicle (after leaving spots all over your vehicle and No glass cleaner what so ever!! This is the WORST Zip's car wash in the entire city!! I'll just go to the location at Reno & MacArthur!! This location needs better management and employee's!! This location ALWAYS has something going wrong!! The last time I was here,I didn't even get my truck washed because it broke down just before I entered and had to back out with two other cars!!👎👎👎😎⚔🇺🇸

I usually dont go out of my way to review places unless my experience was exceptional. Today on my way home, I decided to stop and get my truck washed. Normally I dislike going through the automatic washes where you have to speak to people because they are usually just blah. They act like you are inconveniencing them and they hate their job. However, today, I am so glad I did. The pay system was down so you had to wait in them to come out and help you. Chantel was the extremely nice lady working today. I pulled up and she was very professional and welcoming. All smiles! She explained to me all of the promotions going on and any questions I asked she very kindly answered. She was extremely happy to help me with whatever I needed and looked like she enjoyed her job. Great experience! 10 of 10 ! Thank you Chantel! Would recommend!

Just wasted $18. Has to be the worse wash I’ve ever experienced. The attendant did NO pre wash on the front of my truck, he actually didn’t seem to care. My truck is still dirty & now has water spots all over it….. never again.

The attendant took forever with his iPad (we were the only car) and the car wash itself seemed to be lacking power. I got the $18 wash not sure had anything to do. The drying portion was also bad and left the windshield smeared.

The kiosk was broken to take payments. There were only two cars in front of me. Only one worker. After 30 minutes, I finally got to the front and the worker was either drunk or high or both. I have video of how he was acting and causing a large backup of cars. His name was trey and he used the hand washer on my car for at least 5 minutes, which I have on video. Very unprofessional. Then after I finally got through the wash after another worker got there, my front grill was still covered in bugs, which blew my mind considering it was hand washed for 5 minutes. I was there for 39 minutes, and only 2 cars were in front of me when I arrived. About a month ago, I purchased a monthly membership and have tried using it 3 times and each time has been hell. I'm going to give it one more chance before I cancel. But you should know about this employee. He gave me a card and asked me to rate him 5 stars so he would get a promotion. .....

I had a wonderful experience at Zips! Tyler was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my wash. My car looks spotless, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a top-notch wash!

One of the worst car washes I’ve gone through. No one brushed down parts of car before heading in like normal. My vehicle was just dusty from driving on back roads so no mud, etc but still. Also afterwards parts of my vehicle did not even get wet with obvious dry red dirt dust still on car in some areas and the part that got wet left dirt streaks down my back window. I’ve come here many times but now time to find a new place.

Truck did not get clean. I paid for the 2nd to the top. It included tire cleaning. I wiped my truck down to clean it up.

More expensive that other similar car wash in the area, the place needs a bit a maintenance. There was no pre-rinse available so my windshield came out with half the bugs left on it.

My first time at a Zips car wash and the back of my vehicle was not even touched. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt or anything, so I guess I have to eat the $20 wash that did a very poor job. The sides of the vehicle look fine, but even the front doesn't look like it should after a $20 wash.

Service is ok but is anoying that when you get monthly service they stop rinsing your car when entering to the washing machine... also the final blower doesnt have enough power to gett the windshield and windows dry. See.picture

This is the absolute worst car wash I’ve ever been too. I purchased a membership and can’t use it because half the time when I go at 3:00 pm in the afternoon on a sunny day they have cones out blocking the scanners and the car wash is closed! Then when it is open the scanner doesn’t work and I have to call customer service! They don’t answer or call you back EVER! Filed 3 tickets an have yet to get a response from any of the tickets. Can’t cancel because no one calls me back and doesn’t respond to my tickets! So they keep charging me and won’t cancel my membership! Terrible customer service, terrible car wash! Photo at 3 pm sunny day and carwash is blocked with cones.

Loving the membership there! Always being able to wash my car is awesome. The only automated carwash that I trust. The materials dont scratch or leave nicks or dings. The membership carwash pays for itself. Think they should add an option for multiple cars or fleets.

Literally the absolute worst automatic car wash I've ever been to. The overall wash seemed very dry and the final rinse actually shut off right before my truck got to it. Lol

*Edit* *I just received my first bill and it was the regular price the customer service representative "misinformed" me about what my cost was. This on top of what follows has 100% led to my canceling of service.* I got a great monthly rate *same price as one wash was monthly price* however I’m Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this business. With the expectation of the first time I had my vehicle washed no one has “pre-treated” my vehicle just sat there and stared off into oblivion. The vacuums are ok stick to the ones closest to the building. every time I have been my vehicle leaves with huge water/soap spots. To add to a previous comment my truck has started to develop these scratches which is always nice. I can’t wait until the new place is open down the street so I can switch and hopefully not have any more damage caused to my vehicle. This place has gone down hill severely. I hope things get back to a better state but it may be with out my business. I have uploaded photos for you to make your own decision to wash here.

When I first started coming here (about two years ago) everything was great. Recently there haven’t been towels to dry your car. The last couple of times that has been resolved. Now, twice in the last two weeks I’ve come and it’s been closed. Once on my lunch break and now at 10:15 on a weekend morning.

Last Monday I paid $30 for a premium wash , I was in and out in less than 5 minutes , I drove home which is 4 minutes away , got into my garage and that’s when I noticed all the streaks and dots on all my windows. It didn’t even take the bugs off the windscreen! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY . My car would have been just as clean and streaky had I washed it with my garden hose . AVOID AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. AWFUL WASTE OF $30 .

DO NOT take your car to this location!!!!! My car received scratches along the side on BOTH sides of my car!!!! I filed a claim while I was there and they responded later that day that the claim was DENIED because nobody else car was scratched that day!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Because nobody else notice damage on the car, I’m denied the damage that was done to mine!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

My car wash was not satisfactory. T''he follow-up was not satisfactory. I went through the car was and went to the vacuums-- it took 3 tries to find a vaccum that worked with enough suction. The was left the rear window dirty, and dirt/debris, bugs on the front grill area, rear view mirrors dirty, and all windows spotty. The wheels were still dirty. I pulled back around to point this out to the attendant, and his response was "... it's an 'express car wash' and that's normal'"... I challenged him on that to no avail. I'm not sure how I can justify ever using this place again when there are so many other car washes that emphasize service and satisfaction. Very disappointing. FOLLOW UP: Saw your response... thanks for ... nothing(?) No attempt to remedy .

I paid for the premium car wash and my car and residue all over it bad and I went thru 2 times. When I said I just need a rinse to get all of these stains off, I was informed that I could not go thru again and sorry. The two guys working even stated that the would never take their cars through the car wash…. Really!!!! Here are some photos of residue and I had to go and spend another $20 at car wash with a wand and use a sponge I bought at Walmart to scrub to get the residue off.
