I checked 2 other car washes before this one and both were not satisfactory. This one is good. I got the $14 wash and noticed a sign for early bird discounts Monday to Wednesday. It did a good job cleaning my car and there was an attendant at the tunnel entrance to guide me into the track and give the car a quick spray. They put down your license plate for what wash you purchased...a good way to not make mistakes. I will return during early bird hours.

This is an excellent car wash, with state of the industry equipment and wonderful service. My truck came out looking as good as when I bought it. They prices are right and they have money saving annual passes. If you're a military veteran, go by and check out the Memorial Day or Veteran's Day discount. God bless America.

My Husband asked for there cheapest car wash and they charged him $20 😲 For 1 BASIC car wash is insane. Since New owners came. This place has went down hill and they didn't even honor the old buy 10 get 1 free! They want everyone to get on there monthly plan. Ah why don't we just try treating all your customers right . Not just the ones who want to be on your monthly plan.If you are not on there monthly plan. They are gonna bend you over. $20 for 1 car basic wash. We are NEVER going back.

I wish I can give more stars. My kids and I were cleaning the car out. And my youngest daughter accidentally took the key fob out the car. We done cleaning the car and drove to quick trip, not knowing the key fob wasn't in the car. So I tried to turn car on , so I end up calling the company no answer. I found a ride and the Manager Joe , end up finding my Key Fob. He had such amazing customer service. I appreciate the loyalty that you have with your customers.

Loved this place until today. I came in for a car wash and seen a manager treating another worker TERRIBLE! I was extremely disgusted. He was yelling and degrading her and it was very uncomfortable to watch. If this is how management treats their employees I can only imagine how they treat their customers. SHAME ON YOU!

Just want to say that ever since Tunnel Works took over for NuShine the service has been incredible. Love the fresh towels they provide for the platinum members and air fresheners! I went to this car wash because it is close to my home. I went when they were running a promotion with 30 days of unlimited car washes. The lady at the window said they were trying to drum up business since it was under new management. When I asked her what the catch was, she said I would be billed $24.99 if I did nothing. She said all I had to do was to come back within that 30 days and tell them I wanted to discontinue the trial. When I went back, the man who was at the window was very unprofessional and rude when I told him I didn't wish to keep the service. I was shocked when he simply said "ok". I asked him if he needed to see identification and he said no, in a very nasty tone. I asked him how would I know their procedure, after he told me that he could see my license plate. Fast forward to the date the trial would end...and yes, I was billed $24.99. I called and spoke with the friendly lady who sold me on the trial. She said I wasn't the only one this had happened to and to give them until the end of the day to get it resolved. It was returned to my card the next day, but I will never return there. Businesses only have one time to be rude to me. I will go out of my way to find another car wash!

Got a free car wash offer and it left my car super clean compared to how it was before. The vacuums didnt have the best suction so had to go over spots multiple times to get them as clean as I wanted them and the floors weren't that bad to begin with. Also didn't love the parking lot situation. If you go in by accident or want to use the vacuums and leave without a car wash, there's no option to leave the lot without having to go thru the actual car wash itself. Didn't know that at first and got a car wash first then pulled back into the lot to vacuum after and didnt have a way out without going thru the car wash again so had to go against the traffic lane to get into the car wash to get out of the parking lot which would've been bad if there were cars coming into the lane at the same time I was in it trying to leave the lot.

I was a monthly member here. Let me just tell you how you are being cheated. Gold member, go through the car wash, no lights lit up. I know enough to see what different color chemicals comes down. I did not experience the same. Spoke to the attendant, I advised that I need to go through it again, one it did not display the Gold member light and my car still has bird poop. I was told “ you only get one wash a day, which is a bold face lie”. This is not what you are told when you sign up. This is how members are cheated when they are experiencing heavy traffic. The attendant and the manager could care less about your business. Cancel your members ships now!

My new favorite car wash and psa you vacuum then drive into the car wash lane really cool. They have towels, glass cleaner, and interior cleaner. My car has never been cleaner from an automatic car wash. Will definitely be getting the month pass even though is a little bit out of my driving route. 10/10 recommend and staff was very friendly and attentive.

The staff was really friendly but after going through the wash my car had scratches all over. Really disappointed because the wash did a decent job at cleaning my car - there was still some bird poop stuck on. I didn’t realize before leaving you can’t file a complaint about scratches after leaving the site so just be sure to get out and check your car before leaving.
