The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because I received a second wash. I paid for what is now a $13 wash. Well the triple color soap only had 1 color on 1 side working. Guess they thought i wasn't going to pay attention. So I brought it to their attention and they gave me another wash. However they didn't fix the soap though. And I'm watching all these other people loosing out on this $13 wash. Just a shame!

I wad really impressed with this location. For only $9. My car looks as though it was handwashed. Some many options covered even shine for the tires. Staff on duty very helpful..I will most definitely be back.

Wasted my money twice. The first time I thought it was because I did the 3.99 wash and that why my car was not clean as I would have thought. Second time I paid for the more expensive wash and get the same or similar result. Not worth paying if your car still looks visibly dirty. Free vacuum worked great.

Un4tunately I was attacked at this location by some young boys who didn't know that I was ex military !! But the situation was bad bcuz too the place was packed with onlookers , not a one called the police or anything! They just stood there watching 2 see wat was going 2 happen !! Nor did the workers or owner who all were there 2 !! Thank God for concealed carry !! They attempted 2 rob and car jack me?. It didn't happen and luckily I eas able 2 call the police myself while holding them at gunpoint !!! Be very careful at this and other car wash locations where u see groups of young guys hanging around the entrance 2 these car washes. ! They r out there looking 2 do the next guy the see slipping or nit paying attention.

My second time coming to this car wash and both times were fine with me. Giving four stars because not all of the vaccums have great strength. There are two lanes to purchase your wash and there are vacuum stations on both sides of the wash, allowing more opportunity to get a space. My Basic Wash makes my car look showroom ready lol

Most vacums don't work, I was having problems with the mayment machine. I asked for help, and they are not friendly at all to help. He just came over tush the machine, takes the card off my hand and scans it , gives me the card, and just walks away with out saying a word and goes back to keep talking with his co-worker.

It's nice for a reasonably priced quick car wash. The only thing is that when you get the tire shine, it shines it really nice on the passenger side, but the driver side tires aren't polished too good. It does the exterior of the car pretty nice and of course no interior detailing is done.

I come to this car wash ask the time because I live near by. It's a $4 wash not $3. You don't really get to vacuum your car because the vacuums just flat out suck. I'm giving it 3 stars because the wash is good. But how many complaints about the vacuums does it take? Also on Google it says they open at 7am. Wellltry 7:30am. They are never on time to open.

Becareful with this car wash. Yesterday after pulling out, I'm having serious wheel problems. I know for a fact... something happened while it was running through the wash. I didn't have problem prior to coming here. Update: car wash caused engine problems. Possibly have too much water coming onto car. Beware.

Lazy staff. Garbage is always in the lot & there’s no type of urgency when it comes to customer service or satisfaction. When something goes wrong there’s no one to contact or speak with besides the workers on the site. There’s no phone number for ANY location to no surprise. Their conveyor belt jams often, it’s moderate as far as expectations goes. You get what you pay for with them. Vacuums work sometimes, tire shine/rim cleaners are a hit or miss (the company won’t mention it or inform customers) depending upon rather or not chemicals are changed out on time. Don’t bother purchasing anything from their vending machine because, like everything else here, it may or may not work. You’re better off drying off and detailing your own vehicle. It can also be a pain entering and existing since it’s right next to a highway.

The neighborhood car wash. It does a pretty good job cleaning the car and the vacuums are decent. Be prepared for several men with towels to offer drying assistance after coming through the machine...have your cash ready.

I literally come here everyday or every other day. My membership renewed when it wasn’t suppose to. My car isn’t running so I haven’t had a wash since way before it renewed and they’re telling me I can’t get my money back. If I never used the service how come? The gentleman did nothing to help. Kept saying he couldn’t do anything. Insisting he can’t call anyone when he’s the one who told me to come back to handle it. I hate this place honestly I rather wash my own car.

It's an express carwash facility where cars form a line to run through the wash. They advertised $3 wash, but that's just the bare minimum wash. You select other add-on- I attached menu here. My car was 1 day after the Chicago snow. So, it was dirty from the slush and salt. I selected the $9 wash. My car came out comfortably clean. I was impressed with the dry and the tire shine. The vacuum is free, but is a joke. Suction strength is 1/5. I would recommend this place, and would go back. I took 1 star off because the bait-and-switch ad, and the "vacuum".

Vaccume needs replacement or fixing. Vacuume capacity is only 40% at best. This car wash dryer does not work. my car looked like just came out of rain. Dryer needs to be fixed at this place. If someone open another car wash in the same area. People will forget this car wash even existed.
