I needed a fuel filter for the boat. They had what I needed in stock and were open when the Marina was not. You can get parts for boats at Napa and the price is usually fair. I gave them pans…let me know when you guys run out and I will bring more!

Very rude parts salesman I asked him for a fuel injection installation kit and he asked me what vehicle it was for i told him but i said that did not matter because I was going to use it for what it was for he said well I can't sell you one and we also don't have one in stock and well I guess the website lies now I was looking at the site while I was talking to him about it. Very rude guy. He definitely would not sell me the what I asked for and it said it was in stock. And he told me it wasn't in stock until after he asked me what vehicle this was for. Don't think i will be visiting this store again for awhile!

This location has the worst customer service. We were in the area on business and had a car emergency. They delivered the part to us somewhat quickly and then wouldn’t take anything but cash upon delivery. Would not take payment over the phone or even allow one of us to go back to the store to be able to use our credit card! Awful experience and I do NOT recommend this location at all. Lack of common courtesy and compassion for people! As a business owner myself, I would never treat a paying customer the way we were treated! ZERO stars if I could!
