Stopped at 9:30 12/22 lights on hours say open till 11:00. Door locked. Guy mopping inside didn't even look up. Would have spent money here but they don't want it. Go up the road to Kwik Trip.

Short Polynesian girl is definitely too 'special' to be handling money. I argued with her for 10 minutes because she didn't give me my change and proceeded to stare blankly at my like a lost dog. Ugh! Frustrating!!

When cleaning the bathrooms use gloves and if you dont, wash your hands before serving someone! Keep this in mind, if you dont mind, dont be mad when i dont want to put my hand on yours! I have never seen a woman be so nasty! You all lost one..nasy as*es!!

So. I went to Minit Mart to get a salad and lemme tell you it was the BEST experience ever! I swear to god! Didn't have to talk to the manager certainly didn't have to go to NO Pita Pit like a hipster lame ass for something so simple. No dirt on the leaves.. Nothing! Although, it is a convenience store, and considering the budget of most convenience stores as compared to a supermarket I wouldn't be surprised if there was dirt. Not to mention, my gf's snacks! Man... I got everything I wanted cept for some Mexican Takis. Man they could add those to the inventory I suppose. Joked with Matt about my gf gonna be pissed at me for getting the wrong snacks. :P.

Whenever I stop in the coffee, creamer and sugar are out.... this morning I stop in and the French vanilla creamer didn't have a handle so I grab the tiny creamer cups and add them no big deal... so I go to get coffee and they're out. Keep in mind there are 5 employees walking around doing inventory I get one of the guys over and ask him to make a coffee... he said it's not blinking there's still some in it, he tipped the whole machine forward and pulled the spout and just walked away. So I'm guessing that's the trick to get the rest out?! I decided to buy a 5 hour energy shot and the girl at the counter saw me and left me standing there continuing to count cigarettes. What a joke I'm not going to any minit mart again.

Cashier was extremely rude to me. I paid with my card apparently didn't have enough in my account to pay for my gas. Accepted 20 and my tab was 25. Well then she was saying 25 is still on her screen the money went through my account anyways. She also took cash from me so I'm out 45 dollars kinda never gonna go back. Gonna call and complain to a manager is ridiculous

Always an adventure and not in a good way. The staff is lazy, consistently 3 or 4 standing around while customers are lining up on one register. Staff always has a poor attitude, as if you were bugging them. Dont go here if you want to leave in 15 minutes, always an issue with their card reader, or poorly trained staff.

My credit card information was stolen from one of the pumps closest to the fast station building. They need to regularly check that people haven’t installed skimmers on their pumps. Safe to say I’ll stick to Kwik Trip or Holiday from now on.

There was dirt on the leaf lettuce in the grilled chicken salad I purchased. I will be hopefully receiving a refund because I don't want to exchange for another salad..It can't be trusted anymore..I usually go to pita pit for salad but guess I'll stick to them. I called and Matt picked up and said nothing can be done cause the store manager in the morning will have to take care of it. Well, i work in the morning so how in the hell...am this suppose to be resolved...hold the salad until I'm available to speak with a store manager thats only there in the morning to resolve this.

Decent enough service, if you enjoy waiting for the employees to finish doing their stuff.... Overpriced on everything. Slushie machine is never fully stocked.... They charge you for frozen water yet proudly proclaim they go to Kwik trip to take their cups, utensils, ice, etc...ugh

I hate to leave a negative review, but this gas station does not have a restroom for customer/public use. If you can make it a few more blocks to Kwik Trip, that would be the better alternative.

First things first not having a bathroom extremely poor decision on management or ownership!!! When you walk into the place it has a sour smell to it, floors are dirty an employees on their phones. Will never step in the store ever again!!!

When you stop in a convenience store and top off your tank with fuel and go inside to get coffee and a restroom but they tell you know restroom for public they've had too much problems is when I will make a bad review because that is just rude for good customers

Was just double charged for my purchase, the credit card machine said 'approved' and the guy working the counter said try again, and wouldn't let me take my items unless I paid again. I showed him the 2 transactions on my end, and was told it didn't matter and to try again. Wouldn't give a refund either. Every time I go in here, the same guy is always rude, and acts like he is being bothered having to do his job. All prices ring up higher then advertised on the shelf, as well. Really a shame, as the owner is such a nice guy, and his other stores are great

I purchased a couple of pizzas and the store clerk over charged me. Charging me for each pizza individually. After the inconvenience of going back to get a refund they had even admitted that this had already happened to several customers. I can't imagine how many people overlook these mistakes while the store gouges and gets away with ripping off the poor people of Duluth. This is so criminal. This needs to stop. My next visit is to the BBB.

I bought gas from here and some other items. I asked for bathroom key and they told me that restroom is not for public use. I told them I already spend money and purchased stuffs from here and I’m a customer. Still they said not for anyone to use. Rude behavior of the employees. I hope their management sees this review. I would give them a negative 5 if Google would allow me. Incompetent and rude employees.

My girlfriend walked in and asked to use the restroom. They told her only customers can use the bathroom and she replied that she would after using the bathroom; which I think is reasonable. However, the worker present told her no and she had to leave. She (my girlfriend) was in no way hostile or anything to give the worker a reason to kick her out.
