I have been coming to this location for a while for oil changes and wash but recently got an interior clean. The staff is so kind and professional. They did an amazing job on the car, it was fast and they located a license that was misplaced and came in person to give to me immediately. I would definitely recommend for oil changes, car washes and interior detail cleanings.

I drive out of my way to visit this car wash. It's the best in every way. Especially thankful for Eddie for talking me through the membership so I could make the best decision. Also, Andrea keeps the lobby so cute. Her enthusiasm is contagious. Just a happy place to get a great quality full service car wash.

Terrible cleaning on the rear of vehicle. This is the hatch window after wash. The pre-work only did the bottom of the window and the automated portion was the same. Definitely not worth my money.

They always do a great job taking care of my car whether it be cleaning or car maintenance. Also, the lobby area is a comfortable place to wait while your car is being taken care of. There is coffee and WiFi and it is clean and always smells good. The lobby manager Andrea is very kind and helpful and makes it a nice place to be.

Very good experience. The staff is very friendly as well. The drive through wash is extremely thorough then they vacuum your car for you. My car was spotless inside and out. They even polished the dash and all of the interior. Or you can vacuum it yourself. They even have a nice selection of accessories, air fresheners, windshield wipers, and phone chargers. They are actually cheaper than the auto parts store that I had just left. They even have complimentary coffee and donuts for customers. Great job guys. You can even get your oil changed and they are just as helpful and friendly.

Had a fantastic experience. Truly impressed and pleasantly surprised. The lobby is clean, welcoming, and provides free coffee and donuts. The bathrooms were also clean and smelled like fall. Cornelius and his team were really nice and took great care of my car - I got an oil change and my tires rotated. I even got a free car wash and free car detail offered with my oil change. The manager, Andrea, knows the true meaning of customer service. She is present, friendly, and is super engaging with her staff and customers. I wish I lived in the area, so I could come back here every time.

STAY AWAY! This was our first time coming to car wash at the Alpharetta location. We have a brand new 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander. We have had this vehicle for 1 month. We took one trip to the beach and decided to wash it upon return. Mainly because there were bugs on the front and some sand to be easily vacuumed out. We paid for the 2nd most expensive wash expecting a decent clean. The interior was being “cleaned” for 45 minutes. All to find that it was almost more dirty than we brought it in! I did not expect an expert detail but at least minimal effort for a relatively clean vehicle. No bugs were washed off the grill. You must be using dirty wags because there is a piece of chocolate stuck in the parking break button now and we can’t get out. The floor mats have some sort of residue left from the automatic washer they used. The mats were not put back property and there was a lot of sand in the vehicle that my home vacuumed could have sucked up in 2 minutes. I gave a generous tip before realizing that not much care or attention had been taken. I wanted to have a local car wash to use for many years to come and instead I will be telling anyone I know to stay clear of this place.

I’ve been coming to Mr. Clean Car Wash for years, and it still amazes me how Brian and his team treat everyone like family. The level of genuine, friendly, neighborhood-style service they provide is rare, and when you experience something this consistently positive, writing a good review is the least you can do to show appreciation. They truly deserve it. Brian is outstanding—honest, considerate, and incredibly informative. He takes time to explain services, answer questions, and make sure every customer gets exactly what they need. He goes above and beyond every single visit, and it shows in the way people trust him. The team here is amazing as well. They always greet you warmly, interact with you, and make sure you feel welcome. The lobby is clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the coffee is hot, which is always a nice touch. Over the years, I’ve never had anything but exceptional service, but I’ve also spent plenty of time in the lobby watching Brian and the staff talk with other customers—it’s refreshing to see them really listen, and even more impressive to see them genuinely act on customer suggestions. Hats off to Alex, too, for my recent oil change—fast, professional, and done right. This is a team that takes pride in what they do, treats people the right way, and delivers service you simply don’t find everywhere. Brian and the entire crew at Mr. Clean Car Wash deserve every bit of praise. Highly recommended!

I debated leaving this review, but I feel it’s necessary. During my recent visit, the employee the older man greeting customers made comments about my appearance, including calling me “sexy” and mentioning he has a woman at home who is “just as sexy as me.” While I understand friendly conversation, these remarks felt inappropriate and made me VERY uncomfortable. I come here for a car wash and expect professional, respectful service. I hope this is addressed so all customers feel comfortable during their visit.

Went to Mr. Clean for a breaks replacement. They offered a free car wash with the break replacement with detailed cleaning inside and out which was amazing. It didn’t take long and they were very clear about everything that was going on. The manger in the lobby was super nice and helpful. Included a car freshener with the entire service. Would definitely recommend.

Long term customer with multiple vehicles that I bring here regularly but today hit a new low. This has NOTHING to do with the workmanship because I know the people working on my vehicle, they always do a great job. It's about the ambiance. It's November 17th and we have Christmas music blasting all over the premises and it's awful. Not everyone likes this garbage, particularly not this early. I would be willing to pay twice the rate if we could go back to something more in their norm. I'm not sure who is in charge of the music, maybe someone inside? But it's certainly painful from a customer and seemingly employee experience.

Ive been coming to this car wash for years and I always have a pleasant experience, which is why I keep coming back. They are quick and thorough and even with management and personnel changes over the years, there has never been a drop off in service. Yhr oil change crew as well as the wash crew are really quick and do a good job. The lobby is always clean and all the attendants are very polite. Highly recommend.
