We brought our daughter's car in today to see how good a job they do on the interior before we brought our other 2 cars by, but they just wouldn't let us in. As we were choosing a plan a woman ran up and said they couldn't wash our car. There were several cars being cleaned, but it didn't seem crowded. When we were trying to understand why, she then said something about a 45 minute wait. I said that was fine, but then she told us to go to Take 5 and had us turn around and leave. We did drive over to Take 5, which is not a comparable full service operation. The experience made no sense and obviously we won't be bringing our other cars by.

I am not sure how this place stays in business. I paid the premium 39.00 for a wash and this is right after picking up. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. After complaining they seem to not care. I have gone somewhere else for a clean case for half the price.

Tried their services again today. Had a bad experience with them a couple of months ago, but they were apologetic and tried to make it right. Per usual, they suggested the touchless was due to a rack on my car. Usually they crank up the pressure washer and use the brush before sending through the wash. Not this time. As anticipated, when the car was ‘finished’, I found several spots that were still filthy, including the entire driver’s door. The person that was helping me began to wipe the areas with a cloth. I asked him to stop and pointed out that it was only causing swirl marks by rubbing dirt around. He said this happens when they do the touch less wash. I pointed out that they had skipped over the pressure washer and brush. He offered to take it through again. Problem 1 solved. Problem 2- I got home and opened my trunk lid and realized some items were missing. No biggie. Figured they just forgot to put them back after cleaning the rear mat. I drove back up and parked up front. Same gentleman that had helped me before started to walk over. As I was explaining what I was missing, I saw one of the techs digging the items out of the trash can. I guess just putting them aside for me would have been too much? I mean, seriously? I really have tried to support this business. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, pricing is reasonable, but they are lacking in execution and quality control.

Horrible place and even horrible manager on site. He is weak and doesn’t have a clue how to provide customer service. Not only did they damage my vehicle they refused to be liable. $50 wasted - Stay away from this place. Exotic cars stay away. Busted water hose, busted machine.

The absolutely wonderful folks who worked on my car were gems. I was surprised , though, because there was no longer a waiting area where I could pay tips—-or go to the bathroom. Those poor workers have to find a restaurant who will allow them to use the restroom. Those are illegal and cruel working conditions. Therefore, as much as I’ll miss getting my car practically detailed, I’ve asked my son to stop buying me gift cards.

Honestly, for the price, it was great. The only issue I have is that tipping is never easy. If it was somehow embedded into the initial payment options, it would alleviate a lot of venmo, zelle, etc. hassle. Obviously, cash is king, but they did a really good job!! Especially getting all the dog hair off of my seats. It's totally worth it 👌🏻

Never again! I gave my wife a gift card for Christmas. $39.95 for a car wash premium service. Yesterday she took it in for the service. To say I was disappointed in the service would be an understatement. There were several spots that were just missed, on one the hood, left side by the gas cap, but worst was the roof looked completely unwashed. When I went back the person in charge was brought over to look at the car. He immediately said "thats tree sap, thats a detail job". I was able to wipe some off with my finger. I'm not stupid, I know the difference between tree sap and dirt. We then had a clash of personalities, and I was told to leave. I took the car to a gas station car wash and for $5.00 the car came out remarkably cleaner.

I paid $40 for a hand wash on a black 2021 BMW X5. It’s loaded an onviously very nice car so one would expect care to be given. They drove the car around back as has been the process there for 5+ yrs for hand wash. I was on work calls and did not look closley before leaving, tipped $5 and left. Once of the phone I noticed biscuit crumbs still in the cup holder and smudges all over the windows and console. I let the windows down and back up…there was NO moisture on the glass. That’s impossible on a car washed just 20 mins earlier. I parked in the sun and saw several spots of missed dirt and finger prints etc. I question weather they even washed it. It seems they may have just wiped the dirt off with a dry towel, b/c the paint is now full of cobweb swirls. Swirls were not there previously as I’ve been the only one to wash it before today. I called them several times…no answer. I called AMEX to dispute the charge but $45 is absolutely not making me whole. So frustrated!!! This place used to be okay, but not any more. If you care about your car’s paint job DO NOT GO TO AUTO INDULGENCE

I paid $50 for a car wash, the inside of my car looks the same, the mats were not cleaned. The front grill of my car was not washed and my front windshield didn’t even looked touched, and they scrapped my car so bad on the from and left side . I’m highly disappointed.

Very low rating should have said enough. Second time here with a top tier membership and I now have a Broken Shark fin antenna cap on a my 5 month old 2017 vehicle. Found with a huge dint on it, soapy on the ground of the machine wash tunnel. You can see where the bolts had been ripped off. They are denying any liability and the possibility of it being the fault of one of their machines... they say it was likely broken before entering their wash. The cap won't even stay on the vehicle with out falling off so it's impossible it was broken prior to service. They are offering NO sort of compensation. I am very dissatisfied with their customer support. I will also say the quality of the interior detailing is mediocre at best. Dust and other debris still found on the dash and surfaces of the vehicles interior.

I was very anxious, my car has a clear plastic 3m coating and must be hand washed. 15.00 for a hand wash was great! They did it in under 15 min, it included tire shine and they got the car very clean. 1st time I gave them a try but I will be a new customer from now going forward. They should put signs out telling others. Nice job.

The only reason this is not two stars is because of William who took the time to try and correct the issues … My first and last time going here! The waiting area is nice and the people are friendly (two stars worthy), but after waiting an over an hour midday on a weekday I come out and there are still bugs on my front bumper, mud on the steps/wheel Wells, dirt on the bed cover, bird pool on the windshield, and dirt on the truck itself AFTER it has been “washed”! Come to find out their pressure washer is broken, which is fine, but they should have told me that before agreeing to wash the truck! I told them only the outside was needed and they said it was the same price for inside and outside or just one- so I expected the truck to be immaculate since I was paying full price for half the work! WRONG the truck was not even fully cleaned. I could have done a better job at the self wash …. I’m glad I did a walk around before driving off!!!

Poor attention to detail. If your car isn't dirty, it's a tad cleaner after the run through. If it's dirty, they get the excess dirt off. Fact, they take your monthly payment on time and every time. Even after you go in and cancel. Yes, there is no contact telephone number. You must visit to cancel. However, check your statements because it's likely they won't process the cancelation request. Guess what? I got all the time they must have assumed I didn't to get my $56 back. Consumer beware!

These guys do a fantastic job i use them about two times a week and not one time have i had a bad experience. They pay close attention to every detail and are always inspected before delivering back to their customer, they actually do a better job than their crabapple store on interior cleaning of the vehicle. I will continue to give them my business as long as they continue to do an excellent job cleaning my vehicle

I've been a member here since November 2017. I usually get my car washed here about 3-4 per month. My monthly membership fee is definitely worth it. The staff are friendly as well.
