I’m writing this review so that people can have a proper expectation when looking for a place to get their car washed. The staff is hard working and they were personable. They got me in with little notice when I needed to get my car cleaned. I think this is a decent service for someone who just wants their car clean but isn’t particular about how it’s done. This is more of a car wash than a detailer. It’s a perfectly good place to go if you know what to expect and you’re ok with it. I’m very particular and trusted the “detailing” in the name meant that there would be attention to detail. I gave my detailer a tip after the service and didn’t complain to any of the staff even though I was incredibly disappointed in the result of the wash because I think that the problem lies with my detailer being untrained and not knowing the right tools and methods to use for a good detail. I think they did an adequate job based on their training but I feel that I got a bad wash which I will explain. The “two bucket method” was not used when washing my car just one dirty bucket of soap. It was not washed with a detailing mitt or sponge or microfiber, it was washed with a cloth rag and I watched the person washing my car drop it on the floor then dunk it in the dirty water and continue using it. They didn’t ring it out or seem to be aware that they were dragging dirt across the surface. They did not spread soap in long even strokes across the painted surfaces to minimize swirling but used circular scrubbing movements like you would use on glass. The car was rinsed and then it was dried with a well used chamois in a vigorous scrubbing motion rather than using a blower or some rinseless drying aid and a dedicated microfiber to gently dry the car and avoid scratches. My brand new car now has scuffs and swirls across the paint and I will be taking it to a proper detailer for paint correction. Most wouldn’t notice but, I do, and nothing about the car wash is set up for someone who is concerned about their paint. I rarely leave reviews but this place is amazing - I spilled a huge smoothie in the front seat of my car and it stained the seat and was a complete mess. Now, my car looks brand new not only on the seat but the entire interior. I am so impressed by how great the car looks and the staff was incredibly friendly. Also, they picked the car up for me from work and dropped it off a few hours later, it couldn't have been easier for a great price.

I received a gift card for a complete detail and I am beyond impressed! The facility looks small from outside but the office is covered in celebrity clients' pictures and autographs. They did a FANTASTIC job on the interior and exterior of my car. I honestly have never thoroughly cleaned my car in there ten years I have had it and when I picked it up it looked BRAND NEW! They had their work cut out for them with the amount of dust and dog hair in my car and you would never know I have a pet now! It smelled great and everything was shiny and clean. They even took the time to bag up some loose jewelry I had lost in the trunk. I highly recommend Me. Bubbles and will definitely be back!

Went to this place for the first time this week and thought they did an AWESOME job. My used car came to me kind of smelly already and then spent a year with 2 kids and 2 dogs. It looks, feels, and smells fantastic. They even did an engine detail - all for a reasonable price. On top of that, the customer service (Ms Tabitha) was great - very friendly, great with my daughters, and answered the phone each time I called. Highly recommend.

I went to Mr. bubbles and had a very good experience. Great detail clean inside, spotless and the owner and his wife are incredible people too. They also have a foundation that gives back to Cancer patients….I will be back!

Really bad i paid $160 for interior and exterior but when i get my car there was dust all over dashboard and steering cup holder its really bad experience

I did a 'basic' $40 car wash with Mr. Bubbles and they did an amazing job! My car was an absolute mess and, not only did they pick-up and drop-off my car from my place of work for no extra charge, but they were able to remove the dog hair that was practically glued by the sun onto my car dash - I had tried many things to try and remove the hair without avail. Very impressive! They removed my cup holder for cleaning and forgot to return it with the car, I called and they promptly located and delivered the piece to my place of work. I can't stress how convenient their service is - and they did a great job on my car, which desperately needed to be cleaned! Plus, awesome customer service! I will most definitely be using them again in the future - thanks so much to the wonderful staff at Mr. Bubbles!

Great job cleaning the Tahoe. Hand washed, vacuumed and meticulously hand dried. I paid a pretty penny for detailing. HOWEVER, since it looked like it might rain, I asked if t if they gave out rain checks. Ms. Taylor just laughed at me. So much for good customer service. Hard work but a "hustlers" mentality. Find another carwash place to go where they treat YOU just as good as the car that their detailing.

I am telling all of my friends about this place! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. First and foremost, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the exceptional quality of work provided. My car was also totally covered in dog hair from my lab and it is not easy to get up but they did it! The attention to detail displayed was truly remarkable. Every nook and cranny of my car was given the same level of care and precision, leaving no spot overlooked. The interior looked and smelled fresh, the exterior was sparkling clean, and even the engine bay was spotless – it was clear that these employees take great pride their work! Not only was the quality of the detailing top-notch, but the customer service was also outstanding. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and the man who cleaned my car ensured that I was completely satisfied with the results. Look, this is the only place I'll be going to get my car detailed in the future. The staff was friendly (they gave me some lemonade while I waited!), the waiting area had a Pacman machine for free, and, most importantly, they took my car with dog hair all over and made it look as good as possible. (I gotta get it shampooed next time to really get all the hair out.), and it was crazy affordable. Plus, it's Black-owned. Do not sleep on Mr. Bubbles!

I got my m4 washed here. The boss is very friendly, price is transparent and very reasonable, much cheaper than in Charlotte. Exterior looked like new, and they offered a free vacuum, great service!

They did a good job outside the car bit several areas inside were still dirty. They also took the car seats out, put them back but didn't secure them nor tell me they needed secured. Very dangerous for my children! Edited I understand the seats needed removed to clean. However, the car seats were not face down when I got the car back. They were positioned in the seat with the strap over the back as if they were fully-secured. I only noticed when I put my child in that the seat moved. I have added a picture showing the time stamp of the photo. I am just now posting because I received a prompt from Google to share a review for it. I did not call to complain, I just simply will not use the service again.
