Washing machines cost were a little high. There was a sign on the front door stating that the Laundromat was air-conditioned-- It was not! Laundromat was hot as a sauna; very uncomfortable being there. I won't go back.

Friend loaded up a card with a fair amount of cash for me to do laundry in front of me, only for me to return a bit later and the card to claim there was no money on it.

I liked this laundry when I lived uptown. It's mostly clean. I always wipe down the inside of my machines anyway. I did get my whites stolen from a dryer I wasn't watching once. Whoever took it got a Paris Hilton t shirt.

There are some pretty nasty people working there. As soon as I walked through the door I was asked why I was there! It was my first time there just to look around to see if I liked the place. My first thought was maybe this guy thinks I am there to vandalize the place. I just left! In a few minutes I thought about the weather. It was raining. He probably thought I was trying to get out of the rain. But I had a rain hat and rain coat on with waterproof shoes. I was doing my morning walk.

This place does not take quarters. You have to put money onto a card to use the facility. The washers do a very good job at cleaning the clothes. The dryers don't take a whole lot to dry. It is very expensive.

Do not waste your time at this chain. I went to 2 separate locations (uptown HBG and Enola) and the card machines (which only take cash) weren't working. Dolly's has a sketchier vibe but all the machines worked great and they also take credit cards.

Two stars is generous. Constantly have water on the floor, and machines that do not work. The ATM is more friendly that the invisible employees, and that charges 3 $ just to take a 20 dollar bill. Homeless panhandle for money in and outside of this establishment. If I had another option for laundry I would surely take it. Lock your car if you drive here.

Great laundromat. Clean, nice machines, well kept up in general. Hadn't been expecting the laundry cards though. Kind of lame that I can't get my remaining money on the card back off. Just keep track of how much you actually need to spend before loading the card. The card can also be used on one of the vending machines. It's the one with laundry products. The snack machine takes cash.

Does not take physical quarters. You have to insert money into a machine to get some form of a card to use And there will always be money left over, so you do not use all the money you put in

In my review, I would like highlight four areas that maybe helpful when making a decision to utilize this Morris Laundry facility! LOCATION: This facility is located in my neighborhood community in "Midtown" Harrisburg PA, which is convenient for me and easily accessible, offering sidewalks with ramps indoors that easily swing open and close. It also is centrally located in the city and has free parking to load and unload laundry. AVAILABILITY OF MACHINES: I really like the variety of washing and drying machines that are offered here giving you various price ranges depending on the size of the laundry loads. Plenty of laundry carts to assist with loading and uploading your laundry from the machines. ATMOSPHERE: The facility is clean and well maintained, kudos 👏🏿 to the attendants that come in and out to assist with keeping it that way! SERVICES: Very Important to Note that this laundromat utilizes "Morris Laundry Cards" in all the machines which can be purchased at the facility, by using their cash "ONLY" Morris Laundry Card Purchase/Reader Machine starting at $5.00 and up. There is an ATM on the premises. OVERALL: I would highly recommend this laundromat for the ability to get the quality outcome for your laundry!

Nice!!! Big clean and great place. Machines with drinks snacks. Uses a card for machines you load with cash. Big wash is 5 bucks. Bigger is like 7 or 8. Dry starts at 50 cents and up. Machine sells detergent softeners and bleach too but expensive....dry 1 load was only 1 buck!! Outside lights need cleaning and repair....not sure if they even work or not. O owner should clean the overhang roof vents too...keep moisture from building up. ✔

I'm sorry to see you said the homeless are a problem in this city. If this city would actually use the grants it receives to help the homeless instead of pocketing the money, maybe there wouldn't be so many homeless! May God have mercy on your soul.

Cleanest Morris I've ever seen. They should use the same standard with all of their laundromats.

I used to really like this place but lately it's become littered and dirty. There are homeless in there sleeping if you go early. I went later and a homeless person came in and tossed their dirty unwashed clothes in dryer. That did it for me. I don't want my freshly washed clothes in a dryer where clothes were worn on the street without washing and dried there before me. It's too ghetto. Won't go back.

Does not take quarters or ones. You have to insert money into a machine to load the card used on the machine. There will always be some money left over, so you won’t be able to use all the money you put in. Machines do a good job and overall cleaning could be improved.

Love this spot. There's always enough machines, it's rarely busy, and everything is reasonably priced. Can't go wrong here. Highly recommend!

Not as clean and organize as it could be. Nice vending machines. The TV volume is too loud. The bathrooms are filthy, low lighting and no toilet paper or hand soap. Parking lot littered with trash. Seems this is the only laundromat in Midtown Harrisburg. Suggestion: Stop showing the weather channel and put on the Daily calm or something uplifting. #R76

I love coming here to do my laundry. Not a bad spot at all. The washers all work, the dryers dry. Most people are friendly and there to do the same thing. The only thing I would change is the ATM, not only so they charge you $3 once to get your laundry money, but twice. $6! !! Highly recommend coming with cash

During the day I’m sure this is a nice laundromat, but for them people putting in them hours forget it. Giving a 1 star because I work everyday 7am-8pm and I do not have a vehicle so I use public transportation or my own two feet to get around. This is the only Laundromat nearby I can get to during the hours I am around and for the last two days I been trying to do laundry. I was under the impression the laundromat is open until 10pm now that is not the case if you are coming to do laundry. The washers shut off around 8:45-9pm and hopefully you don’t do what I did and load the washers and add the detergent because you’re beat on that. Boom wasted more money I didn’t have. The first time I came it was 10 minutes after 9 the washer takes 30 minutes to wash if that and 20 minutes dry time. I could be in and out before close but nope. Washers closed. Now yesterday I came in 8:45pm loaded everything up put detergent in the washer and had swiped my card worked. Pressed the button “machine unavailable. Store closing.” Now it was 5 minutes to 9. Now I’m more pissed because I need to wash clothes this is day number two trying to get it done. Literally came soon as I got off work and wasted the rest of my detergent and my time yet again. I respect closing times, but why not allow people to wash until 9:30? Either they gonna dry it at home or wash it before 9:30.
