As a member, you just pull up.... The attendant guides you to line up the vehicle, put in neutral and enjoy the washing, upon exiting pull into a stall for free vacuum. "That was Easy"

The attendant was friendly and professional! He offered me the great deal being offered…but I’m heading to California (flying!) for a 2 month stay, so I wouldn’t be here to take advantage of the deal! I just wanted to clean up the car before I leave, next week. The car is clean and shiny! You guys are great and super efficient. Thanks!!!

I like the membership prices. It's fast and convenient. The cars just don't get clean enough. You have to go through it 2-3 times.

I paid $18 for the creme de la crème because I wanted the undercarriage wash and protective coating. My undercarriage did not get washed. Immediately after I came out I pulled over to one of the vacuums and checked underneath: bone dry. I alerted one of the workers who sent me back through free of charge, but once again the underbody did not get properly washed. Only certain parts appear to have been sprayed, but the vast majority clearly did not. I’m not sure if there are clogged nozzles or if I just had bad luck, but for $18 this feels unacceptable. By this time the line had gotten long and I had to get back to work. I won’t bet returning. Would be a one star review if not for the helpful employee - an older gentleman. Should have gotten his name!

I have been a member for the past 5 years and for the past 4 weeks the vacuums have not worked. Verses driving to another location I have been using my vacuum at home. Hopefully, this location gets it together.

Always a good experience until today. The girl greeting the customers was to busy in the booth texting and talking on her phone. The customer's that didn't have the express pass had to try to navigate payment by themselves. Today was very ghetto. I will never go there again.

I didn't have to get out of my car.They made sure that my wills were straight before I went to the car wash.They checked both sides and the mirrors and their vacuums outside really great. A holly recommendous place.

I appreciate the great job Moo moo car does in cleaning my vehicles. However, I find it inconvenient that my subscription cannot be used for multiple vehicles, especially when I have five. It would be fairer if they allowed us to wash any vehicle we own instead of restricting it to just one. Even if they offered two vehicle washes for the price of one, it would be more beneficial. Considering we have unlimited washes per month, it wouldn't impact them negatively. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration as I truly value the service provided by Moo moo car. I’ve been a member for a couple years. Went through the wash on Monday August 25, 2025. Went to wipe down the outside. Cleaned the inside. Mind you I drive a Kia Sorento SUV. Leave to go home and notice my Shark fin cover for my antenna is gone!! I immediately go back to the building which is less than maybe 10 minutes from my house. They say they’ll look and leave my name and number and they’ll give me a call back. I leave, never received a call back. So I return on Tuesday August 26th. One employee takes a picture of my wash sticker and goes in the building. The next employee comes and tells me if it’s in there it’s probably in the “pit” and they only clean it on Sundays 🤔.. Right after that employee walks away the first employee that took the picture comes back out and says he knows where it is and did I want him to get it out now, or did I want to come back. Me being courteous, I look at the line and see they’re busy and figure I can just come back. Later that day I call in and ask if I can come back and get my antenna cover and he says they got really busy and he wasn’t able to get it out yet. That he would have the afternoon crew get it and I can come get it in the morning. Today August 27th two days after my darn wash!! I come to the building bright and early only for them to say they can’t find it. So I ask for a incident report. He goes and talks to manager comes back and says I can’t file a report because I left the property after the initial wash!! Wth Just know I went online and canceled my membership. Horrible experience. 😒
