I've been a member here for the past three years and have to say they do the best hand car wash in the aera. This isn't a typical wash with machines this is a hand wash that washes a car without the damage of an automated system. If you take care of your car this is the place to have it washed. Also if you want to save money become a member!

I got my car washed there today. I initially wanted the Gold package, but one of the attendants taking my order simply said, “No gold,” so I opted for the Silver service instead. From a customer service standpoint, this should not be the case—customers should be able to choose the service they want. If there was a shortage of a particular wax or soap, that would be understandable, but this was not explained. While my car did look clean after the grime from the storm was washed away, upon closer inspection I noticed several small scratches. This is a brand-new car, and today was its first car wash. I observed two attendants washing vehicles using broomsticks, and I believe the abrasive bristles caused these scratches. Unfortunately, there isn’t much that can be done after the fact, but I likely won’t be returning. I would strongly recommend that they stop using broomsticks to clean vehicles, as the bristles can damage the paint.

Really wished I walked the car more thoroughly after they were done and I tipped the guy. This mud is what motivated me to get the car wash. Its not even wet. I don't understand how this is even possible. Got a response from them that I could bring the car back for a cleaning but that the spots I showed were likely not mud. That it was dry because they dry the cars. Having cleaned the car after I got back, I can guarantee it was dried dirt. I washed it off. Only speaking for my car, I can safely say, not enough attention was spent to the front of my car. I would have checked before I left, but they parked the nose of my car on Bloomfield.

I literally just left here and this is what my car looks like. There was still trash under the seats that i could visibly see so that means i know they were able to see it. there wasnt even anyone else at the car wash so idk why they felt the need to rush. They also told me they dont move the seats thats why it was still dirty and not vacuumed. The overall service was HORRIBLE and for 25$! Ill never return here not even for a re-do. Literally 10 people working on this car and not one person thought to ask to remove the writing on the windshield. Customer service gets a 0.
