I was incorrectly charged on my credit card and I when I called I was taken care of by a very polite gentleman by the name of Eddie. He was very professional and listened to my concerns. He corrected the error and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his car wash. His customer service skills are great and he truly appreciates his customers. No wonder he is the GM Eduardo Rios. I definitely recommend the Mister Car Wash at 901 Talbot by the Outlet Mall 👍 My family and I will be lifetime members for sure

The worst experience you can have washing your car, I was a frequent customer of Mr. Carwash but it was my first time going to the one at 900 Talbot Ave, Canutillo, TX 79835, my car is rebuilt but it was in good condition, everything was assembled perfectly, as soon as I leave the carwash I notice that I am missing a piece of the rearview mirror and I get out of the car and I see that the entire car has damage and one of the biggest damages is that my rear bumper broke, in general many things came off, I repeat, I had never had an experience like this, I spoke with the general manager Fernando Villegas, he took photos of my car and he told me, “honestly, we will not be responsible for the damages” because my car looked rebuilt, I am very disappointed with how it has been. In my case, my car's fenders were destroyed and I spent more than an hour trying to assemble the parts, and they didn't care at all, one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer, now I have to pay to replace the damaged parts, all for entrusting my car to Mr. Carwash, my car arrived in good condition and left destroyed and they don't want to help me, how is this possible?

Came in early, multiple cars waiting. As soon as the gates opened everything was going smoothly all due to the worker today Eddie (tall slim built with glasses). He was exceptional. One man army doing everything running back and fourth and treating everyone respectful. He's the type of guy I would hire at my store. Dependable and can clearly handly multitasking well !

came to the carwash today, there was no one to greet me and no one is nowhere to be found. I sat there for a few minutes before I decided to call to see if I could take my car in so that it gets washed. I called your store and the employee answered the phone and says “hello” instead of “this is mister car wash”. Why do you have employees answer the phone as if its their personal cell # 1? and secondly how come your employees are hiding from customers on the clock instead of being where they are supposed to be during working hours? customer service is bad.

I am very disappointed with Mr. Carwash Canutillo site?! My van was in good condition, I had a person personally washing my car/ detailed polish & all then we decided to get a membership at the beginning of this year. We wash numerous times in las cruces sites but then when we tried the canutillo site, they damage my car in a matter of 1 wash?! I don't get any help at all & they're were saying they're not responsible even though their tire shining equipment damage the bumper of my mini van?! Very disappointing! I'm pretty sure you will lose your business in a long run because you're not fair!!! The way you handle things is very irrational, illogical & annoying!!!!

This location at Talbot is my preferred location. Water pressure seems to be better than Paseo Del Norte. The out ramp is perfect to coast thru the blower’s without shifting to drive.👍

I went through today and had a great experience from an employee. The car in front of me was struggling to go through the wash (it was jumping the rollers). I was about to hit the car. The employee (Eileen- hope I spelled it right) was on point. She immediately Stopped the wash, assessed the situation and got us back on our way. I feel she went a step further and walked the car wash cycle with the other car to ensure it made it safely. Great job!
