$25 for 20 minutes and you get horrible water pressure, no shampoo, no conditioner. Seek a different dog wash place because this place is definitely overpriced for what you get.

The staff at Fast Trak Car Wash is always so friendly, and I really appreciate the extra touch of having my vehicle dried after the wash. The vacuums work great, and the fact that they have a doggy wash is such a bonus! Always a great experience here.

Last big drying roller damaged my top rack bars on my jeep Cherokee. I heard a loud slamming on my roof as I was about to exit the car wash. I had the bars for more that 3 years and never had a problem on several different car washes. Manager told me they were not responsible as they had many warning signs before you use. So be warned, use at your own risk. Two damage issues in only a month of being open. I so wanted for this new place to work as other places are not good around here. Decent wash, great vacuums, not so gentle on your car. Not good.

Horrible experience. Man drying cars nard “Ray” kept waving his arms and gesturing in disrespectful manner. Shaking his head, waving his arms to hurry. Wife was shaken up, was nervous driving. I declined to have my car dried by this man. I asked for his name, declined to give it to me at least twice. I called the place, spoke to a manager, “Mark” and he defended this employee. Last time going to this place.

I've been with them over a year and today they tell they going to cancel my membership cause my truck is to tall like I said I've been with them over a year and all of a sudden they're canceling me it's ok there drying the vehicles was getting bad anyway.... the young girl Karen couldn't even explain anything right and has a power trip look

Great car wash! Big Mo knows what he’s doing and cares about your vehicle. Including SUPERIOR QUALITY SUDS AND WAX MADE IN THE USA… ArmorAll!!! This wash is also more gentle on your paint with the use of LAMB CLOTH vs brushes. I signed up my 4 vehicle on the family plan. Can’t wait for the new site on Trans Mountain!

Was given a membership by my wife for Father's Day and for some reason it kept erasing from their system. Was getting frustrated and their manager Marco intervened and was able to get it corrected. Really appreciate his help because I loved the car wash itself. PS when we contacted him he was on the line helping dry cars. Think as a manager that speaks volumes of his character. I would definitely recommend this car wash.

0/5 stars if I could. If you have a nice car, forget taking it here. I had got a brand new wing for my car (full carbon fiber) and upon leaving the car wash I saw it had broken on both sides, when I returned to speak with the manager he said after market parts are no covered and all he said he could do was fetch the broken piece out. Please please y’all if you really care about your vehicle and take pride in it, don’t make the same mistake I did taking it here. Spend the extra 15 minutes cleaning it yourself.

Just went to get a car wash and I get this. They should send you to a re-wash. This is why I am cancelling the membership. I’m paying $44.99 a month for the membership and they provide this type of service. Plus, they always seem short staffed, you have to wait for the wash even though they have no customers. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

First time ever using a dog wash service, I was impressed with the set up and how easy it was to use. It was clean and it has AC, they clean after your done, even though the note says to tell someone when it’s dirty, there wasn’t a button to inform them or something to make them aware. They also said shampoo and conditioner is provided but I didn’t see that anywhere. It was a bit pricey for me $50 to be able to wash and dry my dog but I think if you have a smaller dog , you would be able to wash and dry your dog for $25 which isn’t bad.

When you do not tip at the beginning for the workers drying your car, the attendant lets them know so they can do a super mediocre job drying your car. Witnessed it multiple times already. Like going there, but this has gotten old now.

I bought the “best” wash and it had much to be desired. The dryer did a sub par job and it only polished one side of my wheels, completely not polishing the passenger side. Further I still had water spots on the car after going through the wash. For the money there are better options. The front of the truck was untouched.

After leaving work at 330pm, I stopped at Fast trak on Resler, I've been on membership for 2 months already and well this happened. (Inserting pic of evidence) the last circular grey brush that comes down on top of the car pulled on my back windshield wiper and broke it. When I drove up to hand dryer guy, he noticed the broken wiper as well and told me to park as he called for manager. The manager came, I didn't catch his name but he took down my information and completed a form and they will look into cameras to see what happened.Now just waiting for them to call me...Will post for Part 2. Part 2 , they say they're not responsible for damage to my car or any in fact. Which is not correct, or professional. So filing a claim with insurance. No accountability from business and I have a membership for another week and half and can't even use it because my car is damaged. Manager Marco unprofessional as well said "you will not get far with your insurance claim" Just letting reviewers know to beware of possible damage to your car next..
