A huge shoutout to Jose at All the Way Car Detail! I drove all the way from Odessa to have a ceramic coating applied to my new 2025 Toyota Tundra, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jose was able to schedule me in on very short notice, and when I arrived, he informed me they were out of the 5-year ceramic coating. Instead, he upgraded me to the 9-year coating at no extra cost! His communication was excellent, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. I highly recommend Jose for all your car detailing needs. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely return. Keep up the fantastic work!

This was one of the worst business experiences I have ever had. The vehicle was not detailed on the inside, the tires and rims were not cleaned and to top it all off there are white steaks running down the car because it rained the next day. I spoke with Herman and they were going to correct it; however, now no one is responding to messages (phone or text). I had even sent pictures and nothing. A lot of money for a horrible job! At owner response: This is an interview statement (I still have all your unanswered texts I sent) Then tell me, why is my vehicle being detailed for the 3rd time? Definitely not a fault of mine! This is all I have to say! You can respond however you like, I know the truth!

Have attempted to contact more than once now before I left a review. I saw an ad for their services, and placed a deposit down. Went previously to their location after having a reservation. I waited almost 4 hours, my car was till not being touched. I had other obligations, employees on their phones not cleaning the previous clients car. I took my keys that were in the bowl and left. I didn't get a text till later letting me know they were ready to see me. I said I would have to to reschedule, as I waited hours and nobody even gave me an update. Fast forward, I have left messages, called and even contacted through their Facebook page they advertise extensively on with no availability. Still have my deposit, still no response, nothing. So many positive reviews, yet I have nothing to show for it.

Please stay away from this business. I booked an appointment for 1:00 PM on Tuesday the 27th. Since I work during the day, I drove there the day before to drop off my vehicle. The next day, I left work early to pick it up on time and even asked a friend for a ride. When I arrived at 3:00 PM, I was shocked to find that they had not even started working on my vehicle. I spoke with a few people I assumed worked there, but they had no information. I then called Herman, who later found out he does not even work on-site and only schedules appointments. He said he would call me back, but I am still waiting. One of the workers who was cleaning another vehicle asked me how I wanted my deposit refunded or I can reschedule —without any explanation or apology. I also spoke with another customer whose vehicle was being cleaned. He was clearly upset, explaining that they arrived late for his appointment and were repeatedly told his vehicle was ready. When he inspected it, it was not. This business is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid the stress and frustration. At the very least, I expected them to offer to come to my location to complete the service, but that did not happen. Please do not waste your time or money on a business that does not value either.

We had our car detailing and cleaning last November 26. We just checked the trunk and It seems like it wasn't cleaned at all. This is not a good experience with the service considering that you have high reviews online. Follow up review- December 23, 2025 When this incident happened, we contacted them to report what occurred. They said that Ernesto would get back to us and clean the missed trunk. We waited for a month, but they never followed up. Today, I sent them another message, but it seems like they no longer plan to clean it because of the negative review I wrote. That’s totally fine. However, I want others to know how they handled our case. I hope they don’t treat other customers the way they treated us and that they improve their service.
