Sometimes at a carwash, it'll start to run out of soap with the foaming brush, or the chemical they use for tire cleaner/engine degreaser. NOT HERE!! EVERY TIME I've been here they never run out. Everything always seems to be well stocked. Sometimes you get these "tokens" from the change machine, but you can still use them. The carwash doesn't reject them.

Been washing my car here for quite sometime, and always used quarters! I was just short with vacuuming my car so I decided to swipe my card ONCE.. and I was charged 10$ when it cost 1.75 Don’t swipe your card here. Not cool.

Good spot to clean up the whip. Decent pressure and not really crowded unless u go when people normally go.. but all and all people who come here are decent and they do their preliminary and finish up detail at their house where they can take their time and not hog up the vacuum bays/drying area

Nice clean open bay "self" car wash. There is an attendant present for much of the day. If you don't have 5$ in quarters the wash bays (not the change machine) takes credit cards. Well run.

The options are great, but for whatever reason the card reader wasn’t working and I didn’t have anymore cash or change on me. Still had a bit of suds left on the car when time ran out, but other than that it’s a nice wash

Drains that don't work, so you get flooded while washing your car. Certain options are not available because the machine is broken, like the spot free rinse. People wash their car and then just sit in a stall for an hour drying and detailing their car, so it's difficult to find an empty stall. I used to wash my car here every week, but lately this place has just become a hassle

I was hesitant to try this place because I’m still salty over how the car wash in Escondido/Westwind turned into an auto shop. Gave it a go today and I’m sold. If you’re about detail, don’t insert a couple of quarters, you’re better off paying $4.50 with card for a good 10 minutes. Most of the options work, has a timer, a beeper, and what got me was the triple foam conditioner!!!! Definitely coming back here. There’s always weird/funny people out there which makes the visit fun. Edit: spelling

Edit: Thank you very much for the response to my review. On your advice, I went back to the carwash, and sure as sun, the spotless did the trick. There is still some slight spotting, though it was drastically reduced. I was able to quickly wipe what spots existed and was pleasantly surprised with the result. I'm changing my review to 4 stars. #customerwon This water is not filtered, not at all. If you want your car to look like someone took a spray bottle filled with milk and sprayed your car, then go here. The water in EP is terrible, and like so many other car washes, there is minimal, if any filtering of the water. If you own a dark colored car, avoid this carwash, you will be racing to collect the all the mineral deposits before the water dries. If I could zero stars, I would.

Be aware, by using ypur credit card they are supposed to charge 3.75 per one cycle. I was charged 10 dlls. It is not that much money but why the burglary

Pretty good for the value. I was about to complain about the $10.00 hold but that’s the fault of the CC company not the car wash itself. My only concern is the replacement of the brush heads. I know it explicitly states on the wash itself to wash the brush head after use but you know folks around here don’t/can’t read or are lazy so just as a precaution if the brush heads can be replaced every now and then.

Plenty of time. Note: If you use your credit card here, there is a minimum charge, I believe $10 which will definitely give you lots of time to use all the wash selections or do 2 cars, which is what I do, sometimes. Press the little button for more time. I believe, adds a minute or so. However, use quarters for just a basic wash shouldn't take but $2 and $2.75 to $3 for a larger vehicle.

Place is garbage. Got charged $10 because I used card, when it says it should only charge $3.75, very misleading . Also didn’t clean my car very well with some suds leftover. Waste of money

This is a very good car wash. You have the convenience of using a credit card, and the digital timer tells you how much time you have left. The cleaners worked well, and the pressure from the hose was good. The bays were a little dirty, and the trash cans where the vacuums were full. Other than that a good place to get the car a quick car wash

I was also over charged ($10.00) when I used my card. They were only supposed to charge $4.50. Please do not use your card. *Update* (2/16/2020) My credit card company put a $10 hold/pending charge until it clears. Once it clears, I was charged the initial $4.50 as advertised. I apologize for the mislead information and bad rating I previously issued. Since the overall visit was good (the car wash itself), I will use them in the future. Recommended. Thanks

Decent service at reasonable price. If you take care of few things while visiting this place, you would be happy. The place is well equipped with everything that you will need to wash your car manually by hand. It also offers vacuum service for which you have to pay separately. Ok here is my story. I swiped my card and rinsed off my rental car just with water for around 5 minutes but the timer was still running, so I pressed the only available button couple of times to stop the timer, but instead of stopping the timer it kept adding time. So, instead of paying less I ended up paying more (final bill on my credit card was around $11.00). I believe there should have been a button/switch to stop the timer once you are done. Moreover, there was no one available to help me. So, you are on your own in case something goes wrong. I left a note on their office door about this incident and never heard back from them. Surprisingly, there is no phone number or email address where you can reach out for help or file a complaint for any issue. So, moral of the story is that if you want to pay less and enjoy the service, use cash instead of credit card. I learnt my lesson.
