So busy trying to upsell you they don't even do what they're supposed to do. I wanted my receipt and before I could ask for it she had the nerve to press no and didn't even ask me if I wanted a receipt or not. When I call to discuss, no one picked up the phone although it's business hours right now. This is a second-rate operation.

Car wash was quick and easy. The person doing the prewash was very attentive and used a pressure washer and a brush. That has been inconsistent previously which doesn’t result in the best wash. He was excellent today!

This car wash has went downhill. I pay for a monthly pass for two cars and the wash one, leaves my car dirty, and two, soaked. The dryers never dry the car, it’s dripping wet. So, I always have ask for a towel to dry it myself. Usually is no problem but today, I ask for a towel to dry it off, myself, and the employee said I had to pay for a dry service. I said the dryer did not dry my car and I pay monthly, I only want to finish what the machine should have. He caught an attitude soI asked for the manager who said although the car is still very wet, I had to pay more for them to dry and would not give me a towel anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, DO NOT use this place. This is the location on Ponce. Terrible is too good of a word for this place. It just Seems like they don’t care for the customers or cars.

They left half of the driver-side floor dirty but cleaned the rest of the car. When I pointed it out, I was told they only do a “basic interior,” not a deep clean. That didn’t make sense because the passenger side and the back were already fully cleaned. Then he started saying they charge extra for it, even though it should have been included for consistency. Disappointed with the explanation and service.

Never again. I asked so many times whether the service I was paying $50 for would clean the interior parts of the doors that were painted, and gaskets. I was assured that yes, the painted parts of the interior of my cars doors would be cleaned. The gaskets are still caked in dirt, it looked like the back passenger side door wasn’t cleaned -at all- the paint along the seams of my cars trunk was completely scoured off in several parts, there was water and dirt soaked into the back part of the cars ceiling near the trunk that was 100% not there before I got the car cleaned. The car didn’t go through the main wash. I chose not to do a vacuum inside because I was told the interior, even for a basic vacuum and wipe down, would bring my cost to $150. The entire reason I went in was to get the gunk off the interior painted parts of the doors and the gaskets/seals around the doors, and the one thing I wanted wasn’t done at all on the back passenger side, and not done well on the rest of the car. The people were nice.. the job just wasn’t done. I really didn’t think I needed to do a detailed inspection too. Of my car before driving away, but now I really really wish I had.

I came into Mister Car Wash with my car looking a complete mess dust, dirt, and just overall neglected. I wasn’t sure how well it could be cleaned, but I was honestly blown away by the results. When they finished, my car looked spotless inside and out, almost like I had just driven it off the lot. They really took their time and made sure every detail was taken care of, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m from out of town, so what made the experience even better was the customer service. Andrea was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer. She was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her work. It’s rare these days to get both top quality service and excellent customer care in one place, but Mister Car Wash delivered on both. Because of Andrea and the amazing cleaning job, I’ll definitely be back to clean my rentals before I drop them back off at the rental place. I will definitely be recommending this location to others. I pad for the full interior and exterior cleaning. They didn’t clean the mats, most of the interior was not even wiped, the trunk wasn’t vacuumed, the rims were not cleaned even though i paid and specifically told them. They were super rude when i requested them to do all this. They asked for a receipt for my payment to prove that i paid for it, but their machine didn’t give me a receipt so i had to go look in my bank app to prove it. After i had already shown it, someone else came up to me and said that they’re not going to do any of thecleaning i requested if i didn’t show them the payment. I got frustrated and left.

This place is terrible. The cheapest wash is $50 and you have to tip BEFORE the service is provided, which is why the quality stinks. It literally stinks like cigarettes. My car smells worse after it was cleaned than it did beforehand. And the guy missed the back seat so I asked him to clean it a second time. After the second cleaning, it’s still dirty. See attached pics. I’ll never go back to this place.

I came to this car wash a few months ago and never wrote a review because I was so upset in the moment, however, here I am to make my review. The day that I went to this car wash, it was not particularly crowded so I figured I would go in for a quick exterior and interior wash. The exterior was very good and easy. The woman who helped me was super kind and nice to talk to. However, the interior clean was a problem for me. My first issue is that the men who clean interiors at this car wash are very young, probably almost teenagers, which is fine, however they were extremely unprofessional. While I waited in the line for the interior clean, the head man in charge (again, couldn’t have been older than 21) kept letting other people skip my car and actively stopped me for moving forward while letting other cars go ahead. I didn’t understand why this was happening since there was no indication that these people had paid for a more expensive clean etc. Once they finally had my car, I waited inside and had some snacks. I waited way too long for my car. I am not sure how much time passed but probably about 30 minutes. I eventually went looking for my car since it had been so long, and I found it in a separate back parking lot that no other cars were parked in. The car was locked and the keys were not inside. I wasn’t sure who had my keys so I went up to an older gentleman who worked in the detailing section of the car wash. He helped me find the person who had my keys. This leads to me to my last a final issue. The kid who had my keys had forgotten he had them or who they belonged to, which was confusing and annoying. Additionally, when he gave me the keys he told me in a flirty way that he “liked my hair” and touched the lower part of my back which I can’t even try and justify. I finally got in my car and it wasn’t even clean. I wasted my time, energy, and money at this place. Avoid it if you can.

I purchased the titan interior wash and the titan exterior wash. They ran my car through the machine and vacuumed the inside and THAT WAS IT. I pushed back and was told I got what I paid for. Totally disappointed. Will not go back. Strongly do not recommend. Pics are AFTER the titan cleaning interior and exterior. I know my car was dirty, it’s an element. It’s meant to be used. So we use it hard. But it isn’t that hard to clean, I’m disabled now or I would do it myself.

I had an amazing experience at Mr. Car Wash on Ponce, and I have to shout out Jasmine for her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the different wash packages and took the time to make sure I chose the best option for my car instead of rushing me through the process. Beyond being knowledgeable, Jasmine’s personality and energy were so welcoming and positive — she genuinely made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. I wish I could give no stars. $51 carwash and they didn't even get the trash out of my console. I had to vacuum my own driver's side floors. And then was told that if I wanted my mats wiped down it would cost extra. The outside was clean. Do yourself a favor and spend $20 and use a self serve establishment.

I used to come here all the time when it was another car wash back in old Atlanta times. I can’t believe I just paid $30 plus a $7 tip for this car wash. I WILL NEVER !NUNCA! come her again. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. TERRIBLE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY better off doing it yourself. Shame on me for getting hustled smh

I had the opportunity to get my car detailed first with Sonia and then with Mr. Eugene Walker — and I absolutely loved the experience. I’m a mom of a 3-year-old, so my car had definitely seen better days, but they truly brought my little snowflake back to life, and I’m so grateful. If you’re a busy parent trying to keep your car clean between daycare runs, errands, and family dinners, I highly recommend this MISTER location. The team is amazing. While my car was being serviced, I was able to shop at Ponce, grab a smoothie across the street, and relax in the MISTER lounge with complimentary WiFi. I’m impressed, thankful, and I will definitely be back!

This was my first time coming here I paid for the platinum service and man was it bad. They literally didn’t care I should have posted my tires too I had to do them myself. First impressions is everything I recommend you wash your own car and not come here. Definitely not getting what u paid for and I made a mistake leaving without checking but still I should not have to tell someone how to do there job. I wouldn’t want someone telling hey you missed a couple spots this is why just doing great the first time definitely do not recommend coming here!!!
