Many convenient locations, staff is always friendly and professional. The coupon books are a good value.. especially when it is buy 4 washes get 3 free. I always get the ultimate with ceramic sealant. It makes my car look great.

Took my New truck in for the first time. I was afraid the truck was too big to run through. Techs were sure with it. After going through, found a piece of the brush cloth stuck between my light bezel and fender. Still working on removing it

Absolute waste of $20. My car (Audi Q5) is covered in water spots and soap streaks. Your quality for the price is atrocious. I can get a better wash at a shell gas station with a automated unit for $10 and save $0.20 a gallon on gas. I’ll never pull in to a Mikes again.

I always ask very nice to please spray my rims, last time I went I don't think the young lady knew what I was asking. She didn't do it. Today I asked again and they said sure and I said thank you! The guy barely sprayed or didn't even take 5 seconds to spray them. I just want to help get the brake dust off! 👎 I've been co.ing there at Beechmont location since they opened! I always get the most expensive wash they offer!! Kind of sucks when you ask please and thank you very much and it doesn't happen!!

brand new (already activated) card and literally none of the swiper machines for vaccuming and personal wash work. tried it so many times at every station and it just wont take it.

Damaged the driver side rim of my NEW CAR that I’ve had for 3 weeks! Filed a claim, said I would get a call within 24 hours. Kid at the car wash was even commenting on how “sick” my car was and apologized on behalf of Mike’s. Then I get a letter in the mail a week and a half later denying my claim stating I must have hit a curb or my car was dirty and therefore I didn’t see the damage. No call, just a ridiculous letter in the mail. I called the claims department and askrd about the appeal process and “Natalie” said to take them to small claims court or file a complaint with the BBB. They did a “thorough investigation and found that they didn’t cause the damage. Horrible business!!!

The wait time wasn't bad and the workers were friendly and helpful. I got the ultimate package mainly for the ceramic sealant. Unfortunately the wheel bright or tire shine wasn't the greatest (see attached picture). It was not applied to the entirety of each tire but only partially. I'll have to wait for a thunderstorm to find out how well the ceramic sealant works. But if it was applied in the same manner the tire shine/wheel bright was, I'm going to guess it's going to be spotty.

Very nice staff, quick and efficient. Did the Ultimate Wash. I don't feel the Wheel Shine did anything and was wasteful. The vacuum at the end take credit card instead of quarters and that was nice.

We go through periodically this time a young gentleman asked if he could draw a picture on my daughters window for the kids. He was such a sweet guy and the kids loved the smiley face and made sure I got a picture. I wish I saw his name tag because he was amazing and made my 2 yr old so happy.

Paid $29 for the ultimate wash with ceramic coating. My car was left with long scuffs and a speckled layer of what I would assume is the ceramic wax coating along the entire exterior. Photos show speckles on glass and hood for example also globs of wax that was also left behind. Will not be returning

Great staff. Cordial and polite. I asked if their Formula took of bugs, they said it Should,, kinda but not completely. They offered to run me through again, though. As far as a drive-through car wash, it's better than a lot out there. Although, it's no car Detailer.

I kind of feel bad for writing this review because I have used Mike’s in the past, and never had this kind of poor outcome or service before, but as the saying goes “a picture is worth 1000 words” so I guess the provided pictures are saying a lot after my visit today 11/2/24. I just bought my brand new Maverick. It had just rained a day ago, and I wanted to treat my baby to a bath. I arrived this morning, and after being charged 22.00 for a car wash I expected that type of service. Well immediately after my first go through I saw stuff still on my hood so I drove back around, and showed my truck to the 2 women out front. They let me go through again, and as you can see by the following pictures taken after my 2nd time through my wheels were still grimy, and there is residue and soap all over my truck. I was just frustrated, and left because I knew with my current level of aggravation nothing positive was going to come from talking with them again. Also as I was initially going through the guy with wand that sprays your car down before you enter was just slapping his hose all over the front of my truck. I could see, and hear it hitting it. This may sound trivial to some, but this truck is my first new vehicle. I cherish it, and I expect those I pay to service it to treat it the same. I am very disappointed in the service I was provided today. I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone else to try going there if this is the quality we are provided. I feel if they have the belief in their service to charge 22.00 for it then we should have the right to hold them accountable when they don’t even come close to meeting that expectation.
