Reasonable priced car wash I wish they vacuumed the car and offered an air freshener option. My only big complaint is that the car is usually still wet after going through the drying process. Edit:. I get the top level wash with the extreme dry so I don't know why the car is still wet. And thank you for letting me know about the air freshener option I will ask next time

Top-notch car wash. Clean site. Quality vacuuming (you need quarters). They have dollar exchanger. If you put a 10 dollar bill in, you receive 10 dollars worth of quarters. The staff is very friendly and maintains a clean environment. The area smells good. It is easy to pull into the car wash. Generally, it only takes a few minutes to get your car clean. If additional cars are ahead of you, it does not take long to get through.

This location was previously a different car wash. A bit more bang for my buck with them. Their premium wash was cheaper than Mike's best wash. And their wash books were a better deal; especially during the holidays. Nonetheless, Mike's does a nice job and is fairly consistent. The pre-wash spray person, before the car goes in, could take a bit more time. Instead of just doing the windshield.

We came back from a 2-day road trip and the front of our car was covered with bugs. When we pulled in the rep on the pressure washer clearly saw the mess that our car was in and spent almost a full minute pre-treating with the pressure washer before he even sent us through the car wash. Very much appreciated the attention to detail!

Great place to get your car washed with spaces for cleaning out and vacuuming your car. Vacuuming uses either a credit card or $1 or 5 dolllar bills. $1 equals 4 minutes. No change returned. Watch for special book purchases Buy 4 get 2 free.

Typically I don't leave reviews. If I like a place I go back, if I don't like it I don't go back. Pretty simple. But I see a bunch of nasty reviews on here. The owner gives a great, courteous, and professional response, and then the person (customer) never responds or follows up. So, just for what's it's worth, I go about once a week. I pay SIX dollars, and my car looks great. They spray it down, and the car wash itself does a great job. And if your car isn't 100 percent clean, the owner seems to take responsibility. However in my opinion, it's a six dollar wash. Take it or leave it man. If you're that particular about your car wash it yourself. Great work guys.

I have been going to this car wash since is opened. I just came from there and whole back window and gate are still dirty. I only got a soory from the attendant you now have to ask for them to spray off the back when you pay.....?The new one up the street sprayed off the whole car last time I went thru.

I'm not sure why, but it seems like it pushes you through a little bit faster. Maybe it's just me, but there seems to be too quick of transitions between the wash- rinse -wax cycles, and it leaves the car with missed spots.

I wanted to give an employee here named Brandon a nice word. I recently bought a new car and was shopping around for an unlimited wash plan. He was outside today and saw me walking toward the customer entrance and asked how he could help. He told me about an upcoming sale on unlimited wash plans and said I could wait til then to purchase a plan if I wanted to save some money. I really appreciated that, in an economy where a lot of us are trying to pinch pennies anywhere we can. Says a lot about a company and who they hire when they’re open to helping us save money. Thank you!

Just heard the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Got a car wash today when got home found that the entire back of my SUV was not washed. Called the company on Harrison Avenue. The individual I talked to inform me that their machine does not wash the back of SUVs. If you want the back of your SUV washed, you must ask for it. There is no place that I saw where this was posted in any form when we started to go through the wash there was a girl directing onto the trolley to pull us to through and there was a guy standing right behind her with a wash Wand in his hand during this process I watched to see what he did. He took the wash one and just very casually went over the front bumper that was it not the side of the car and I have been there before where they get the driver side, but not the passenger side. The wife called and talked to somebody at the place and the above information that I just wrote about is what she told her. Why in the hell would I go back to this or any Mike’s car wash if they don’t do the car and they don’t give a solution to the problem. Needless to say, Mike’s isn’t going to get any more of my business. Do you think they care no but I will be looking for someplace that does an exemplary job for the money. The only reason I gave this location A. One was because I could not give it any lower grade . for those of us that have SUVs if you continue to go there after what I just said, it’s your fault other than that beware

UPDATE: Well the folks at Mike's Carwash came through, they provided me with another carwash, free of charge - Thank you! At First: Kind of got a car wash today. Man, do I wish they would pre-spray the entire car and not just the windshield where the order number is. My car was dirty and even after the car wash, it still needs a car wash. FYI - When the "loader" focuses on spraying your car down completely before the wash, the finished job is much better.

1st time through left a film on car so went back, they sent us through a 2nd time with deluxe and still left a film and large soap spots. They acted like they knew what it was, obviously they didn't. It took a damp towel and muscle to clean it up. Was all over car.

Avoid this car wash at all costs. It damages cars and is run by management that clearly doesn’t care. The general manager, Joseph Harness, spends more time on his phone than managing and even leaves mid-shift. Completely unacceptable.

Terrible experience. My 2022 Honda went into the car wash undamaged and came out of the car wash damaged. It’s been through this car wash multiple times before. While going through, it felt like the car bumped in the track or had resistance and when I got through the car wash I noticed the front left corner panel piece by the hood was bent straight up at a 90° angle. I was told that the piece was “slightly raised” thus causing it to be damaged. The picture they sent me does not show that evidence. They are refusing to pay for the damages that the car wash caused. Customer Beware they will make up a reason not to pay for damages caused to your vehicle.

Terrible experience. I just bought a brand-new car and after going through this car wash, part of my paint was taken off. On top of that, the wash didn’t even clean my car properly — it still looked dirty afterwards. I feel like I completely wasted my money, including my very first monthly car wash payment on this car wash which now i want everything in return but damage and frustration. If you value your car, avoid this place.
