I feel bad for the employees there in this heat. Management ought to do more to ensure their employees are treated better. Especially during this extreme heat and during the cold months. I know the management doesnt care, so I will be avoiding all Mike's locations.

A couple weeks ago I went through this car wash which I've done many times with this car and my other vehicles. I came home parked the car in the garage and didn't move it for about a week, once I did I parked it in the drive and realized that the lower grille was missing I didn't see it in the garage and remembered I went through mikes car wash. I took the car back with me and talked to the manager who was helpful and did know where my grille was and he tries to put it back on but it was broken in 2 pieces I made a claim no one ever called me I just received a letter saying this didn't happen at their car wash and that it was damaged prior to coming in. I took the car to my bodyshop the owner knows Mike and called them reffered to my claim and didn't hear anything back from them. I called them today and the girl who i talked to had an attitude the entire time I was on the phone with her and told me they wouldn't do anything since the car is older than 10 years, i tried explaining that the car is a expensive car its taken care of and their claim saying it didn't happen there is ridiculous how did they have my grille? I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to them and have canceled my unlimited washes for my company vehicles. I suggest if you care about your vehicles DO NOT USE MIKES CARWASH!!!. They dont care about you or your vehicles!

10/10 - love how quick and clean it always is at Mike's. And I don't know where they find their staff but they are always the nicest people. Also, I didn't know that my wheels could get this clean. 🙈😅 Great job!

There were many spots that dried on my car and I was unable to remove the spots. Likely the clear coat that splashed on the car when I drove off with the car still wet. The customer service was great, they rewashed my car twice, helped me hand remove these spots.

Very busy place some days! But still totally worth it! They got us through as fast as they could in the line, and the car wash was fast but very efficient. My car looks totally different after having all the crud and salt on it, but Mike's completely fixed it! Thanks for all your hard work guys!

Nice clean cars. There needs to be an automatic barcode scanner so pass holders are not delayed by people asking 50 questions about washes like all the other locations. There needs to be an automatic reader. Traffic is backed up 2 blocks in each direction this is a pedestrian safety issue causing unnecessary traffic jams impairing other businesses to operate

Wish Mike's Car Wash would have some humanity and give their employees a pull through awning to work under. I mean Jesus Christ, have some humanity. Direct sun in 93⁰ weather is insane. When an employee gets heat exhaustion or skin cancer, is Mikes paying the bill? If you want employees to work hard and stick around, at thr very least make the job humane and comfortable to some extent.

Went for a wash on our 2023 f-150 truck. Had a water tank in the back and they said they wouldn't wash it after paying for it. Have had multiple issues with this location on poor service and poor wash quality on our Expedition as well. Highly suggest calling to see if they are open, working or able to wash your vehicle prior to wasting time driving there.

Easy to get in, polite staff that helps pick the wash you need and does it in a friendly way. Staff at the hosing area were helpful getting the vehicle in straight and was very attentive to getting the windshield clean

It was terrible. I specifically asked the guy for a basic wash. No wax please I reiterated No wax or it will ruin the Ultra Sheild on my new 2025 Grand Cherokee. When I get to the end of the wash .I see wax show up on the monitor.I pull over and go back inside and ask the attendant why would he input Wax. This guy looked at me and stated I don't know. I called customer service to cancel the package he had sold me which was clearly the wrong package because it had wax. I was informed by Customer service (not the attendant at the car wash)that a claim form had to be fill out and pictures needed to be taken. I had to turn around and go back to the Car wash to file the claim. Mike's Carwash will have to pay for my Utral Sheild to be replaced. Period

My regular car wash. Glenway Ave. Usually 5 stars. Today, got the ultimate. Tire cleaner did not work. Horribly spotted finish. Windows were really bad. Wondering if the chemicals were mixed by mistake. Wiped and cleaned windows and chrome, but now wondering about paint job.

I go through here at least once a week and every time my card gets declined. It takes two or three before they ask to punch it in, then it works. So waiting in line 3 across 20 deep to deal with this then the VA of my car is completely unwashed, and I paid $30 for premium. It's about as bad if service as you can get I wish I could post the picture
