I loved this place and used it for 5 years before, but it’s second time in 2021 the quality of interior washing is very poor. Dust and dirt was on all the surfaces as it wasn’t touched.

Recently i went to get a car wash i paid 35 dollars and that did not clean anything i got scammed there they did not touch anything inside i pay for vacuum and matt and when i went inside they refused to clean it again

The car wash is great! They always do an excellent job, as you can see from the picture of my tire below. However, I would avoid the oil change place it's connected to. About an hour after I had my oil change , my sensor for a low tire went off and when I got out to take a look at it, I could hear the air coming out of the tire and stopped the valve from leaking air. The next morning, I woke up the next morning to see another tire flat, and this isn't the first time this has happened after going to get an oil change there. They try to tell you that you need some sort of filter change or flush that's an extra $100 or so above the oil change price and when you tell them no thank you this is what happens. The manager was nice and tried to resolve the problem but swore that his workers did nothing wrong. Obviously they did if I had two flat tires from them messing with my valves and I missed half a day's worth of work because of it. Somebody could have been killed! Thank you for being so shady and dishonest after I always give you low lives a tip. Never again screw you! And you can't deny it up and down, but your Bad Karma will catch up on you.

I paid for $59 car wash service and it was a big mistake. First, they put the footrests on my white color car seats 😞 I complained to the manager who replied “ it can happen!!!!!!!” Then, they were cleaning the car dash with a detergent spray and they sprayed the front seats, they were reckless, which left an ugly spots on my front car seats. So I had to clean it by myself and they were looking at me pointless. I don’t recommend it.

For 26.99 they don’t even wipe the seats down. Out of all car washes I’ve been to around NY, this is a first I’ve seen at this price point. They wanted $59.99 to do, which is unreasonable. I would certainly go elsewhere.

Yesterday I wash my car I paid $38.10 but after wash not dry properly my car I show employee he not try again he go back Don’t go over there. Employee is no good.

I recently had a beyond disappointing experience at Michael's Car Wash. During my visit, they recklessly broke my car door by pushing the button completely through which opens the door and mentioned nothing to me when I picked up my car. I quickly noticed after I had driven away and immediately returned. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, Carlos, I expected some resolution. Instead, he had workers from the auto body shop across the street come over, and they ended up making the situation worse by trying to unsuccessfully pry my door apart with a screwdriver, leaving the vinyl and interior door pieces torn apart and scratched. They provided a series of excuses but offered no real solutions or compensation for the damage. Overall, I found the lack of accountability and customer service to be extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this car wash based on my experience.

This car wash is really disappointing. Every time I come here, the car is not cleaned properly. There was a lot of foam on my car, especially under the hood. I asked them to clean it, but they told me to do it myself. Such a poor attitude toward service. The staff is careless and unfriendly. I hope the business will pay attention to the quality of their service and improve the attitude and work ethic of their employees.”

I did the full interior and exterior detail with compound in my vehicle and they charged $350 plus tax so roughly $380 total. They broke my windshield and left many panels on my interior open and with broken clips. The gentleman I was told to speak to named “Soto” could barely speak English and did not care about my concern and just brushed it off. These damages were NOT there before. I definitely would have noticed the windshield damage and now it’s an EYESORE. Also some gunk was left near my interior lights. Pictures provided:

I liked this place a lot and might just make the drive over the bridge to get my car washed here weekly. It is on a busy street and can be difficult to enter the lot, but the staff was friendly and efficient. The place is clean and they did a good job of washing my truck. I would have liked a little more explanation on the washes before I bought one, but I didn't ask, so that's on me. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and I am happy with the work they did.

They should get their loyalty service card up and running it's unfortunate that as a loyal customer you come in and would hope to get a free wash. After your sixth wash with them but yet another week goes by that their loyalty card service is down. I guess they're needing money.Especially with these prices that they're charging for a wash.🤦‍♂️ hopefully it gets fixed soon, but we'll see🤷‍♂️.I won't hold my breath.

the worst place I will never received it. the spoke to the manager about the worst cleaning ever no vacuum cleaner the windows and the rest was very bad. don waste your money there cuz it's the worst service ever and I wash my car every weekend. it was my first time in there and I never ever again do it. I was very disappointed and upset and the guy keeps giving excuses and he didn't do anything to fix it. he said I have to pay $ 60 service to have a good job done.

I was a regular customer here many times taking multiple cars here and today their quality seemed too rushed. Some receipts in my car was not thrown away, wrappers too, my car got out of the wash and it was super wet. I noticed spots missed, their power wash missed my car’s back. I pay for the extreme wash every time and today was not worth the money.

I have a plan for full service car wash , when i try to make a payment, i show the cashier my number , she said that’s number can’t be used! I HAVE TO ADD THE MEMBER NUMBER !! I said this is THE ONLY number that i have! She said NO!! She said” you have to call “. when i called they closed ! I said they closed! She said then I DONT KNOW , you have to pay !!! She told me that my plan is NOT FREE, she said i still have to pay $13 something! I said it’s very clear stated “YOU ARE ENTITLED TO STANDARD FULL SERVICE WASH”! It took me 15 minutes to figure it out how to find out the number she talking about ?? !! I even asked her to try put the number on her end , but she ignored me!! At the end , i asked my friend , he told me i have to choose which location on the apps, but it’s also showing the SAME NUMBER that i showed her at the beginning! No matter i chose the location or no the number that i showed her at the beginning is the same number! Ridiculous! Wasting my 15 minutes !
