Be very careful when you decide to go here. A lot of positive reviews but also a lot of negative reviews. When they screw your, they screw you hard like me. Drove a perfectly fine car in for an oil change and towed out needing aaa because one of their technicians jammed my ignition. No sorry, no help, no nothing. I would highly recommend anywhere else besides here.

I came in with a free exterior wash voucher from my dealership, which clearly listed this location. At first, the staff member insisted I was at the wrong place, even though I showed him the correct address and photos. After some back and forth, he finally accepted it. I asked to upgrade and pay for an interior cleaning. He agreed but then told me he’d only vacuum and wouldn’t wipe down the dashboard. When I asked why he said he "didn't have time." I asked if it’s part of the upgrade package and he said yes but he has no time to wipe down the inside. At that point, I told him to forget it and drove off. They’ve definitely lost me as a customer. I’ll gladly pay and tip the folks across the street who actually value their customers and provide the full service they advertise.

Used to be good. I was a customer for 18years… even driving 30 way just to go there and change oil and wash my car. My las experience was today. The staff changed and they are lazy as lazy can be. Never going back there to change oil. Car was is fine.

I was advised to get a thorough cleaning at the car wash add splurge for a full interior cleaning so my windows when it gets stuck. This was my first time paying $60 for a car wash. When I came out to check my car after the exterior wash, I saw a taxi cabs mats in the back of my car and one of the hooksI have on the front seat to hold my bags was on the floor outside. that's also we're not placed back properly.

I called to ask about pricing for a basic oil change and was met with a surprisingly rude attitude from the woman who answered the phone. She couldn’t answer my questions and when I politely asked to speak with someone else, she flat-out refused. That interaction alone was enough to make me decide not to bring my business here. If this is how they treat potential customers, I’d rather go somewhere that values communication and courtesy.

I got the super wash plus it cost an additional $8 to wash my mats. The Spanish guy was telling me to spend over $60 to wash my vehicle and I simple told him no. Long story short, they did a half ass job. I was going to tip $20. They were being greedy and lazy off the back. Never again.

It's okay. I went at 7 am. The guys in the front did an excellent job in vacuuming. The machine did a good job in cleaning the car, however the towel guys are a different story. There was something hard on the driver window and they didn't even clean it. It wasn't until I noticed and called the guy over, that they cleaned it. They noticed it before I did but didn't clean it until I called them over.

The one time I went there for car maintenance the guy at the front desk tried to sell me a "front differential service". Ha ha ha. I know for a fact on a front wheel drive car there is no standalone front diff to service. The differential is part of the transmission so when you change the fluid in the transmission it takes care of the diff too. Either the customer rep didn't know what he is talking about or was trying to scam me. Probably the latter. Buyer beware!

I recently wrote a review on a 21st St. car wash which is the sister business to 21st lube. this is a great place to get your oil changed and other minor repairs and maintenance for your vehicle and you could get it done pretty quickly as well and the prices are very reasonable. They check everything from your washer fluid to antifreeze they show you how dirty your air filter is and if you want a new one, you can purchase them there as well. They do transmission services for manual and automatic transmissions for pretty reasonable price and you can watch your vehicle on the screen above because there’s a camera every bay so you can actually watch them do to work on your vehicle as it’s getting done plus they have as well like the 21st St. car wash massage chairs if you feel like working out those knots from a long day of driving. Plus the best thing about this is after you get your oil changed to give your free super car wash next-door, which is a good $20 value or more for free.. if it’s early in a day and they’re a little busy it might take a while for you actually get into the bay to get your oil changed cause you might have to wait in line with the other cars in front of you. Over all they very professional and do a good job. I’ve been coming here for years and I have no complaints so far plus inside they have plenty of drinks and snacks while you wait there’s a huge selection of automotive fluids from antifreeze to power steering fluid to oil and everything your cars engine needs to run properly. They also sell tires and will rotate your existing tires if need be.

This is my first ever review of any place. I’ve cleaned the car here before and it has been fine. I went there today I requested a full service car wash which means inside and outside and they didn’t wash anything in the car. They were trying to extort money to pay more for a detail car wash which it was not what I requested. Their supervisor and cashier are very very rude. Think twice before you go here. This people know nothing from customer service and how a customer is treated.

Been going for 5 years, and could Honestly say this is the Best car wash around & I 100% Disagree with All Bad / Negative Reviews. The commute is about 30 mins from where I live. I have no problem making the trip every single time I go. Very nice, hard working people. Even the cashiers have Good attitudes. They never disappoint. Their $60 wash is the best bang for buck, They wash the outside and basically do an entire Interior Detail. From my First day going til Now, They’ve Always done an Excellent job no matter what. Go on your free time for the detailing ($60+ washes) They can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour on the job, depending on the line and depending on the condition of the car. They close the Detailing at 5pm, but Regular Wash is 24HRS. $15 - $20 tip every time for their hard work🙌. Sometimes it may even just be one person working on the entire car. Every single car I’ve taken to them, they’ve done beautiful work. Thank you. I suggest EVERYONE to TIP for Great Attitude and Hard Work. 11/10 . 6 STAR Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly Recommend .

I last visited 21st Car Wash & Lube on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. It was my third visit. On previous visits, my white Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew needed special attention as was the case this time around. In 2024, when the truck was brand new, I asked if they could get orange paint off my vehicle. This discussion was between me and one of the supervisors prior to running the truck through the machinery. The man stepped away for a moment. He returned with a small can of magic and a rag. With one gentle wipe of that rag, the orange paint was gone! Last spring, there was an ugly mark from bird droppings on the hood. I couldn’t get it off. I drove back to 21st Car Wash. They miraculously removed the mark without harming my paint job. On December 2nd, I indicated to Roman that the paint was badly scraped under my driver side head light. When the truck was ready, I checked for the scrape. It was gone. It looked perfect! I am astounded by the high level of service this shop provides. My wife found this car wash while we still lived in Woodside, Queens. We select the option where they shine up the inside AND outside of our vehicles. Although we now live in Westchester, it’s worth it (despite the distance and toll) for me to drive to Queens for this incomparable service. AMAZING!
