Brought my car here on Friday to get it washed and For 26 and change (after taxes) for a basic wash and vacuum, I was a little shocked to find that when I got home and unloaded a couple of bags from my trunk that the trunk was not vacuumed. Especially considering that I had some other bags and things in the front and back seats but they moved these items around and vacuumed under it. Trunk was filthy and not worth $26 for a wash IMO.

They claim they are a “Hand Car Wash” but they are now using brooms to clean the exterior paint/coatings of the car. These brooms are known to scratch the paint off the cars. For people who care about their car not getting scratched, you have been warned! Do not go here!!

I bring my car here all the time. I usually just get the auto wash. Most recently I opted for the hand wash, brought my ridiculously filthy dirty car, that'd been sitting under rain tracks accumulating rusty train juice, debris and guck , and they cleaned the 💩 out of my car. I went at night, and they were like two cars behind me, I felt bad that they had to wait ( other cars )but the guys were determined to really clean my car. I threw them like a $15 totip (hope that's fair). Bring cash to tip, if you happen to forget, just ask one of the guys if you can Zelle it. Sorry and thank you!

Good 24-hour car wash that has both hand wash and automated wash options. The hand wash option at 3rd tier was about $26 and change inclusive of tax (but excluding tips). They did a decent job vacuuming the inside of the car and dusting off the mats. Everything is pretty rushed by the crew since they’re churning out car after car and the line can get pretty long, especially on a sunny day on the weekends. The store inside sells all your standard car care equipment etc. My car had some white paint specks that were picked up from the road but the wash wasn’t able to get them out and unfortunately their detailing crew wasn’t able to even attempt the job either after I discussed with them. I’ll need to bring my car to a detailing shop with better on-site capabilities to handle any non-standard cleaning jobs.

Been going theere for years now one of the best carwash in queens staff is very friendly....last month i paid for the cramic wash and the tricolor soap didnt come out, i brought it up with the cashier and the gentleman on the front to which they very kindly said come next time and let the front desk know will give you a discount, I had already paid...so today I go and the manager acted with a mean attitude to which he said I don't know.......the manager is an Awhole....the cashier wanted to give me the discount but I get they cant make those decisions without the manger...so my advice to ppl is dont pay before you see youre getting what your paying for otherwise the manager plays dumb...

They worst car wash service i have ever seen.I was looking for hand wash in New York city. One of my friends suggested me to go this car wash. Worst experience ever. The employees are making fun of the customers. They will laugh if you say anything to wash. The employees will value you if you tip good otherwise they will not care about your service. Instead of saving your paint they will destroy it if you keep washing your car in here. They don’t even clean properly. If you accidentally wash your car in here , double check before you leave. You still might have dirt and scratches on your paint because i already experienced it. Think twice before you come here.

Great place to get a brushless wash and hand finish. Amazing results. Even with a long line this place is quick. Undercarriage wash and brushless were a must for me. There is a detail booth as well for the full effect. Best wash around. Conventional brush wash is also available here.

I do not recommend this place. Basic cleanliness is clearly not a priority—they don’t even take out the garbage. When I brought this up to the manager, his response was that “some people don’t want them touching their things,” which felt like an excuse rather than a real explanation. On top of that, washing the car mats costs an extra $8. Many other car wash places include this service at no additional charge, so this felt unreasonable. The experience starts off poorly as well. The first person you interact with—the one taking notes on what you want done—was extremely rude. Not even a simple hello, just an unfriendly and dismissive attitude. Given the lack of cleanliness, the extra charges, and the unprofessional behavior, it’s hard to expect better when this seems to reflect the management’s standards

Been coming to this car wash regularly was a consistent customer bringing my six figure cars in all the time. Not sure what happened but after bringing in my Rolls Royce for a wash they clearly didn’t take the time to wash it properly the job was rushed and there was dirt still all over the outside of the car from the salt that wasn’t washed off. After bringing it up to the cashier she just brushed it off and didn’t offer any apology or resolution and after asking twice she said ask this guy which I asked if he was the manager and was told yes he sounded like he didn’t speak any English and just mumbled ok and didn’t offer any solution either. I guess this was my last time coming here can’t believe it’s that difficult to get a simple car was nowadays on a car that’s mostly clean and rarely gets driven. Terrible experience this time around.

Something changed. Every time I came they did a great job at a good price. However recently they haven’t been up to par with the service. They leave water marks, don’t dry areas properly. And even leave dirt on the windows. They use wet and dirty towels. It even left something slimy on my windows. The left the interior as it was. Didn’t even clean the inside. I do not recommend people to come here!!

These guys did a great, thorough job for a reasonable price. I appreciate having a lot options for what to include in the wash. The workers repeatedly target dirty spots by hand and circle the car multiple times to make sure they’ve done a good job. Good shop with lots of car supplies connected to the business too.

I used to come here all the time I would drive up 30 to 40 minutes to come for the hand Car Wash not because I don’t have one nearby but because they used to be very good at cleaning cars but today not worth it honestly as you can see in the pictures dirt was left behind and not cleaned or at lease wiped, bird poop smugged instead of being cleaned and when I asked them about it, they said to go grab a towel and clean it myself if I wanted to. not worth the $40 anymore, they do not care. I don’t know if it’s new workers or new owner but it’s not the same Car Wash I come to all the time no longer a customer.
