Bad service,my car been set there for 30 minutes and no one came to take care of it, it’s cold and make all the wet frozen all over my car, but the cars came after my car they take care of them,I bit they all forgot my car is there first. Then I told the guy who is in charge there,and he say to me that my car been frozen couldn’t do it(that because they set my car with wet under the freezing weather outside for 30 minutes no one come for it. Been there all the and I’m sure not going to go back again.

⭐ 1 Star Review: Poor Customer Service & Damaged Rear Wiper I’ve been using century 21 Car Wash (I made a correction after owner said below) for years and appreciated their late-night wash deals. Unfortunately, that loyalty ended recently after a frustrating experience. During a routine wash, one of their workers forcefully pulled off the duct tape on my Volvo XC90’s rear wiper — breaking the entire wiper in the process. When I calmly pointed it out, the employee got defensive, and the manager asked me to return the next day to speak with the owner. I did — only to be met with even worse treatment. The owner dismissed my concerns, laughed when I requested a proper replacement (a Bosch wiper, which is the original part for my vehicle), and accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation. Not once did he apologize or show accountability. Instead, he suggested I take it to “his friend’s” auto shop and made it clear that they weren’t responsible for any damage caused during their wash process. As someone who’s leased new cars every few years for over two decades, I’ve never had to replace a rear wiper. I wasn’t asking for compensation — just a proper fix for what they broke. The lack of professionalism, basic courtesy, and customer service was honestly shocking. Very cheap minded. There are plenty of other car washes in the area — do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Their treatment of loyal customers is unacceptable.

Accidentally spilled coffee all over myself and my car seat and was looking for a place to help me clean the seat. Manager was super friendly and told me no one was here to vacuum the seat for me, but they could try to spray it down and wipe it for us. They managed to get rid of the stain for us! Thank you so much for all your help.

Showed up before 7pm for a full service car wash and was denied full service only exterior without reason. Not sure why they wouldn’t but just make no sense and the customer service was obsolete also. They should just update hours with appropriate offerings so we don’t waste our time waiting in line.

Complete waste of my time, asked for a full service cleaning inside and out. The car came out and the inside was still dirty the doors dirty and a bad vacuum cleaning. When I told them wasn’t cleaned yet they responded that it’s what I paid for. Then I spoke to the manager and told him money is not the problem I don’t know their prices but can pay more just want what I asked for, his answer was sorry we are short in staff and can’t do it. In conclusion I wasted my time, paid $30 and the car is still dirty, although I was willing to pay $50-$100 for a full service cleaning. I guess they don’t need more money.

I washed my car at this car wash, where prices start at $16. I chose the “Gold” package, and with the floor mats included, it came out to almost $32. The service was terrible. After they rolled the car out of the wash, they started wiping it down, but there were streaks everywhere. All the windows were left dirty and covered in smudges. On top of that, some guy was throwing salt on the road, and all the dust flew onto my car, leaving it completely covered in spots. It was an awful experience.

I have been using this particular car wash for over a decade and I must say that they are pretty consistent. You pull up and get out of your car and the immediately start to vacuum the the inside , you can refuse this option if you like or you can be specific as to where you want them to vacuum. What’s also great about this car wash is I have my dog with me a lot of the time and they let me just stay in the car with my dog while it goes through the wash . But if you do go inside there is a plethora of car goodies , everything from air fresheners to every cleaning and detailing product under the sun… even floor mats and steering wheel covers. The prices are typical of most car washes around twenty dollars give or take depending on what you want exactly. You can also get state inspections and full auto detailing as well . They also do brakes service and other car maintenance repairs. I have never used these particular services here so I can vouch for them.there are also massage chairs available if you feel the need to relax and work out those knots . They have coolers full of every drink you can imagine. It’s a well rounded full service car washes around twenty that’s overall reliable and consistent. The staff is plentiful and cordial for the most part.they gotta be on their toes cause they have competition a few blocks down the road .

This is my go-to car wash in this part of Queens. The soap they use is nice and gives the car a nice shine. I have a classic automobile that has a modern paint job but needs a gentle touch. Usually I hand wash my car, but if I am bringing it to a car wash this is the one I will bring it to. It's really good if you have a classic car with white wall tires because it only has the track on one side which makes it so you can position your car so that the white oil walls don't get marked up by the car wash tracks. You can also opt for other detailing services and hand wash services. They also have a loyalty program where if you get your car washed there seven times you get the 8th wash for free. They have a good stock and selection of auto detailing products, air fresheners, as well as snacks Beverages and other convenience store items. They also have a gas station connected to it so it's great for doing everything in one shot. If you're a professional driver for Uber or Lyft or another taxi service, it's helpful to have everything all in one so that you can bring your car at the end of your shift or right at the beginning. It's really convenient for that purpose.

Paid $32 to get my car cleaned, inside and out. The inside is still dirty. I don’t know what kind of cleanup this was supposed to be. Do not recommend. Totally messed up.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for a full car wash, but my car was still dirty, especially the wheels and mirrors. The staff was careless and rushed, and customer service was not helpful at all. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back
