The McGee Lane Car Wash is a pretty decent car wash. It has several open do-it-yourself bays, one lane you can drive through and get washed, and a good number of vacuums. The carwash would be better if it had soap. At the end of the weekend, there's little left.

I sure hope the McGee family rebuilds the store (after the fire).. the car wash is great (always maintained and stocked up), but I miss the store and gas station because of the people! They are like family. That iconic store is part of Lewisville, Highland Village, and Flower Mound's legacy and was always nice to grab some coffee, a pie, gas up, and chat with the locals.

Great local car wash with self serve bays that accept credit cards. I come here all the time to wash my truck, my motorcycles, and my wife's car. Plenty of options for the self serve wash, including an air shammy(great for the seat and tires on my bike before I get back on!)

Quick, Fast, and has the rolling brushes. It not just a high pressure sprayer type carwash. $5.00 gets you the premium wash. It did a great job on my 2011 F-150 crew cab, of course there were little places that might need a towel. As opposed to paying 25 to $30 for a drive-through car wash this is a go-to place, and it takes cash or debit / credit card.

I don't like to drive thru car washes. This spray on one works great, has lots of washing options and only $1.25 for 2min 30 seconds. Change machine works but also credit card option

9 out of 10 times you don't get any soap coming out of the spray. 1 of the 4 bay control nobs is old and worn out so it's impossible to know which option you are choosing. The automatic wash is always broken/closed. If all you want is water to rinse your car off, this place can handle it. Anything beyond that don't bother coming here.

Trash car wash. Water is way too hard, and it leaves tons of water spots. And the soap/brush is garbage. 0/10. Will never recommend to anyone.

Was driving from FW back to Dallas hotel. Birds had done a number on my rental car. Swear it was glue on car. Used hose but was not set on high pressure. Car pulls up, owner hops out. Sets the hose correctly, had me use new brush, then finished with drop free setting. He even swiped card for free time. Thank you! New owner. Please give this guy your business!! 5 star+ service!

I've been coming to this establishment for the past 9 years and have never felt compelled to write a review for this car wash, however, the new owners are so genuinely nice and humble. The soaps on the different settings are consistently refilled and not watered down. I love seeing a small business owner that cares. Will definitely keep coming.

Was just at this car wash. I wanted to get the trash out before spraying my car off so I didn'tget wet, but I have my own vacuum. A man came out of a shop across the parking lot insinuating that I can't dump my trash there. When asked if I was going to use anything that I had to pay for I said no and that I wouldn't come back. Maybe don't assume things and be rude right from the jump and you may get more "paying" customers. I sprayed my car off down the street.

This place is absolutely horrible. From first appearance it looks amazing. Has more then most self wash places. From shampoo to fragrance to air drying. Well maybe if everything actually worked it would be great. The vacuums suck. Barely suck anything up. I used the shampoo machine/vacyum. I tried the other vacuum and that one was $2 instead of $1. But it actually sucked things up. Next I went to wash my car. There was zero soap on the high pressure soap. Zero “clear coat”. And when you try to use the spot free rinse….nothing comes out. They have a poster claiming to have wax. Don’t know how they’d even have that if they can’t have soap. Lastly. I try air drying the car and that’s literally a joke. My mom’s hair dryer is about 10x better. Also. Not to mention that it’s attached to the wall so you only get to move it as long as the hose is. This place is trash. And if the owner is reading this I need my money back. Not sure how to contact you in order to do that.
