I went through automatic brushless car wash .I was drying off my car and I had black all over my white towel so I knew it didn’t wash at all and I paid $13 so the next time I went to where you can wash your car with the brush by hand didn’t realize till the end that the brush scratched up my entire car, by the way, my car is a brand new 2023 and we started the foam on the brush before we brushed the car to wash it the hood everything it was very scratched .I called and he said that he changes out the brushes twice a day I laughed at him. Nobody changes out the brushes twice a day .I told him I was going to give him a bad review because he didn’t care about my car being scratched up. He said that was my fault . And don’t threaten me.. If I were you, I would not use their facility whatsoever

Visited recently, and had no problems. My car had normal dirt and grime, and thanks to the great vacuums when I left there was none left. All of the equipment they have there works great, and the pricing is really good, especially for what you get out of it.

Used automatic wash tunnel on the left side today. Selected deluxe wash, but no soap dispensed. Didn't have any problems in the past (I only wash my car a few times a year), but based on recent reviews this appears to be a common issue. It's a shame since this is one of the closer touchless car washes for me. I'll try their self-wash bay one more time before giving up on this place.

I used the first bay. The pre-soak and bug remover were not working, the pressure washer made noise as if it was about to spray but did not function properly. However, the pressure during the rinse cycle was average.

Kept eating coins and not working Update: They did mail out the $2 check. I will give them credit for that however it is still very inconvenient.

I paid for a Deluxe Wash and vacuum. My car looked like it was never washed when I pulled out of the wash. It looked like the dirt on my car and whatever products used for thi particular wash was on my car after the wash was over. The vacuum machine did not take my coin so I can vacuum. The bad part is it didn't print a receipt so I can't ask for my money back. I will never go to this car wash again. -- Very disappointed. This is what happens when you try new things. Shame on me.

This place is alright, I think most people that use the wash are repeat customers. The bays always have lots of trash and debris. But, its a 24 hour place, so even with a full-time staff, I am sure the trash builds up overnight.

Paid for the tunnel wash and drove my car in. The machine would also not print my receipt. The sprayer moved like 2 feet and sprayed the front end of my car with soap then it just stopped and turned off. Tried to call the business and the phone just rings forever. DO NOT GO HERE.

Barely washed the side of my car which wasn’t even dirty dirty. The vacuum is available for only 3 minutes and wasn’t long enough to reach the drivers side.

Dont come here if you like soap coming out of the brush. I had to wash my truck without soap after paying for extra time thinking it all worked and was very wromg

On Thursday July 07, 12:54 I went to wash my car here as a new customer. Business itself looked good. I went to wash my Corolla and after putting In 7 minutes & 35sec worth of quarters I choose the soap/water pressure option to wash my vehicle.. right when I started to wash my car the water hose bursted a tiny hole and I was unable to wash my car and lost money due to it. I went to the area next to it to finish washing my car and put in 7minute worth of quarters again. The money I used was from 10$ I got changed from the quarter change machine here. Owner has been contacted and pending reply. Will update my review after solution has been offer. EDIT: got a replied back and was offer a refund, thank you for the business! Is nice seeing owners helping there customers when a issue occurs. Will update my review to 5. Overall great!

Seems like a lucky draw from the hat to get the touchless car washes to work correctly. This time, I was left with soapy car after paying for the Super Wash and had to go through it again with the Basic Wash just to get everything off (since the manual washes were full). Not sure why the tunnels just give up cleaning during the cycle. I still haven’t gotten a refund yet despite reaching out. If you’re considering touchless, just be aware that it may not work correctly. I’d recommend a different place if you can (there aren’t many that are close around here) — it is a bit of a hassle.

On Jan 40th 2024, I paid for the touchless car wash in bay 1, the one on the left. Paid $13 for the deluxe wash and the machine never dispensed any foam/soap. My car was just rinsed over and over. I called and left a VM, hoping to get a call back. Photos for proof.

The automatic tunnels are terrible. They spray only with a couple jets to dry. The dryers don’t do a very good job and since there are no brushes it doesn’t actually clean any dirty surfaces. If you want to use any towels or detailing things after, they also charge you for that. You can’t use cash or a credit card unless you download and use their app. There might be some reward features, but there are better companies nearby for the same, or better, price.

I did the touchless super package. The wash barely used soap and claimed to use a spot free rinse. However, the car ended up covered in spots with half the dirt still on it. It also said it would do two pass blow and only did it one time and even then the car was still half wet. I had to go through and hand wash the car after the fact.

I used the self service car wash at this location for my work truck. I did not use the vacuums or additional services at this location. For the car wash, the pressure was actually good. Even the foaming brush foamed really well. I also used the bug remover and it actually had the green solution in it. Overall this was a well functioning, fully stocked, self service car wash, and any of us who use them really appreciate all those things!

I opted for the most expensive wash but my car came out still dirty. It appeared that the wash didn’t address certain parts on the car. They sell towels but the machine is cash only so plan ahead. The vacuum station didn’t work when I put the provided vacuum token into it. I noticed that the person in front of me also didn’t get it to work. Edit: My initial review was harshly written so I’ve removed my frustrated tone from it. I appreciate the owner reaching out, and they refunded me for the car wash. However, I stand by saying that the towels are cash only and the vacuum didn’t work with the token.

Do not come here for the touchless/no brush car wash if you want your car to be clean. Go elsewhere. My car somehow looks dirtier afterwards.

As a Tesla Touchless wash guy I was EXCITED to give them a trey, being close to my home. This, by far, is the worse I've ever used. I did the 2 pass $12 option and I swear my car came out with the SAME DIRTY.. 1. There was no soap or barely any water used 2. The dryer did a half ass pass and didn't even dry the places it barely washed. 3. I'm not sure if what I paid for included the spot free rinse but my car had more spots than a Dalmatian dog. Im not going to say don't go here but I'd break my vow and use a brush car wash before going back here As you can see in the video,..
