I've used this car wash many times in the past with good experience. After a year hiatus of visiting, I returned. There was staff member manning the first lane to get a carwash, so I chose to go to the second lane to avoid the staff as I didn't need help picking my wash experience from the self serve kiosk. Unfortunately, the staff member walked over and tried to upsell me along the way, which slowed down my checking out selection of a wash. I even told the staff member I chose the lane I did to avoid them, but they didn't take the hint. I decided to leave this car wash after this experience and did not complete any purchase. I'd happily return if I knew I wasn't going to be pestered by a staff member trying to upsell me or get me to buy a membership.

I’ve tried to give this car wash some grace but it’s a scam like everything else is becoming. You pay for tire clean and shine and you get neither. I want all my money back. Will never use again and will be canceling my membership

I’ve only been coming here a few months, but given how things are everywhere lately, I’m overall very happy with Zips. There are just a couple of small things I’d love to see—like a holder for floor mats and the blower. They provide rags and plenty of spray bottles, which I really appreciate. I’m on the most basic (and affordable) plan—$12 for the first two months, then $20 after that—which works well for me. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been helpful and friendly. I come at least once a week and usually have a question or comment, and I’ve never run into a rude staff member. There’s a sign for the men’s restroom but not the women’s; the women’s is immediately to the left of the men’s. It’s always incredibly clean and fully stocked. What really inspired me to write this review was their attention to safety during snowy weather. I had just come from Aldi's, where the parking lot wasn’t salted at all—pushing a cart through icy snow was difficult, and people were helping each other just to stay upright. When I drove into Zips (from the back way), I wasn’t even sure they’d be open. But the driveway was well prepared: snow piled neatly to the sides, pavement lightly wet, clearly salted and treated early in the morning. They took real care to make it safe, and that stood out. Overall, a well-run location with thoughtful staff and attention to detail. Pictures are from the outside. You can see the inside more clearly when you enlarge them.
