I paid for a car wash at this car. Wash and my car is still dirty. They did not try to offer. Hey, we wash nothing. Uh, the manager last that means I said, I clean it myself. I would not recommend this car. Wash to nobody because you do not get what you pay for a very poor customer service and rude employees i am part of north texas street meets car shows for veterans and more

Good car wash with helpful staff. Several locations, so the monthly pass is a good value. My only complaint would be. I wish they would do something more to enforce the line for members. Many times, non-members get in that line and clog it up.

I had a great experience at the car wash Whitewater express today! Ade was awesome super friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out how to adjust my Tesla Y to Car Wash Mode and made sure everything was set up correctly before starting. The service was quick, professional, and my car looks spotless. Thanks to Ade for going above and beyond definitely recommend this place!

Came here last week, and this place is very good. I realized that the soap they use here is better than most. It's very think and cleans your care. However my car was still not dry enough when we left. But overall this was a good carwash.

I have had a great experience at this car wash for many years now. Today I was helped by 2 friendly women. Reyna was very informative and helpful! She went out of her way to bring extra towels over. The other woman was swift in action when she realized the vacuum I was attempting to use wasn't working. She got it fixed very quickly and way very cheerful in helping out. Give the wash a try if you are in the area.
