Dear Carnetion Auto Spa Team, I have always had an excellent experience at your establishment in Lewisville, TX, located on West Round Grove Rd, which is why I have become a regular customer. My feedback about your service has always been positive, as the staff there are very helpful and do an excellent job. However, today I noticed that the temperature is 105°F, and the people responsible for drying the vehicles are working under the direct sun all day. I understand that maintaining a high standard of service is important, but I also believe that the well-being of your team is essential. I think it would be a great idea to install canopies, similar to the ones in the car cleaning areas, to provide some shade and improve their working conditions. I hope you will consider this suggestion. Supervisor Silvia came up to my vehicle as I was vacuum n swiping down the interior to threaten to terminate my membership for a Sticker placement a Carnation employee had done, As she demanded that the sticker placement be corrected IMMEDIATELY, I handed her the sticker and asked her to please do as I already had my hands full with cleaner and towel. She’s refuses and tells another worker to tell me to do it myself. I told her it isn’t happening this second and she proceeded to walk away into the obese of Carnations interior building. Leave me wonder , for me to go to the booth to find another worker to explain to me that nothing was really going on in the first place… ridiculous Thought about it more and Silvia please terminate my membership. My car isn’t even clean now that I have made it to my destination from the Carnation, should of been the main focus for a supervisor rather then threats

The staff members had always been nice till today, 11/01/25 12:00 pm, the male person who receives you at front were you request and pay a service was beyond rude. He rushed me with a hello!! When I was trying to listen to what my daughter was saying; not even 5 seconds when I stoped to request, when I told him I do not want a wash; just use the vacuum service, he told me I have to pay the wash either way, basically ; I told him I have been a costumer for several years now and I’ve been able to pay and use only for vacuum use many times, he stayed that then the staff members were doing something they shouldn’t supposed to letting me using just the vacuum service. Which doesn’t make any sense. I told him I don’t need a wash, thanks. he stayed, there is the exit. This was not a friendly conversation, the way was absolutely rude. I’ve never seen this member before, I don’t know if he’s new.

second visit. First one was great, but today (1/28/24~2pm) was horrible. entire wash was broken although I was told it was only the chain that had to be repaired while I waited 30 minutes in a stagnate line. Once I had entered the wash I found it odd that my car was just being dragged through with no soap or rinse. After exiting, I didn’t even bother waiting in the line (8 cars) for the tire shine I had also payed for. Upon inspection, all wheels were untouched and the entire lower half of the vehicle still had a nice dirt coating. Thankfully, I was able to hand wash the car to remove all the water-spotting and streaks left by Carnation Auto Spa.

This should have been posted a few month's ago. We were having crazy storms. I 4got to close windows sunroof and at 5 am the most horrific storm sprung me out of bed, too late ! My car was FULL of water. I called several places to help this elderly lady out. Oh my. Carnation to the rescue! The manager and an employee picked up the car, detailed it so well it looks brand new! Customer service alone would bring me back, the prices are great, smiling helpful faces. Definitely won't use another. If you have not been here before, what are you waiting for? Thank you for being there for me as well as the awesome job you did. I'm amazed! See you there y'all!

I paid $60.00 for a " Ultimate detail" car wash. I was very disappointed in the service. I expected a better wipe down on the interior. I have the bac seat covered and it was not wiped down, console and dash looked as if it had a rag just go over it. Not Delailed, at all. I'll go back to the car wash on Main Street. Lewisville, fir a $30.00 dollar charge with a hell of a lot better job on detailing. If you want adetailed interior don't go to Carnation. Very disappointed one time customer never to visit them again! 😞

I brought my car in today because I had a lingering smell in the backseat from someone spilling the juice of baked barbecue beans. I tried everything to get the smell out. I tried baking soda. I’ve tried vinegar. I’ve tried to let the sun dry it out, but nothing seemed to work. That’s when I realized that the smell could have penetrated to the cushion and I needed a deep clean. I only wanted my backseats done, but they told me that if they were going to just do the backseats, it would just be $50 less than if they were going to do the whole car. So they recommended the ultimate package which was $200 which means that if I were to just get the backseats done. It would’ve been $150 so I just decided to spend the $200 on the whole car. The ultimate care package also included the exterior wash through the machine tunnel. It took about an hour and a half for them to finish the car even though my car was not dirty at all to begin with. Not saying that it’s their fault for taking that long because of course they have other customers before me but paying $200 for them to get the smell out seemed pretty steep for me. When they called me when my car was finished, I inspected the car and noticed that there was still some window streaks that weren’t wiped and there were some stains that weren’t wiped up. I asked them how long will it take for the shampoo and conditioner to dry, they told me about 45 minutes to an hour and to just roll the windows down. I then asked them if I roll the windows down will the windows be dry because if I roll them down and they’re not dry when I roll them back up, there will be streaks on them . They told me that the windows were dry but when I rolled them down later, they were still wet. Also, even though they did a good job in shampooing, conditioning, and vacuuming the lingering smell was still there, though it’s much less than it was before. For the service I got I think $200 was way too expensive. For that amount there should be any streaks or stains left on the car. They also should have better prices if customers only want a certain portion of their car cleaned. The lady and two of the workers were expecting me to give them a tip before I drove off. I was ready to get in my car and go but they took some time to give me my key. Their expectation of me giving them a tip, for the $200 price tag I paid despite the fact that they left streaks and marks on my car that weren’t cleaned and wiped up, fell short of reality.
