I purchased package #3 yesterday and honestly could have done a better job myself. They must have only vacuumed the front of my car because there was still sand in the back of my car. My tires don't look like they got dressed at all. The exterior of the car was still spotty and looked like it had just been rinsed off despite purchasing a spray polish wax, rainbow wax, and clear coat. To top it all off, they told me it would take about 30 minutes when it actually took an hour. Not worth $24. I won't be returning.

Took my GR Corolla for a wash and was impressed with the quality. Brought my 911 for an exterior detail and they knocked it out of the park. They were able to clean off the haze on my rear window which most other detailers were unsuccessful with.

Good at washing and quick wax. Not so good at detailing? Took my Tundra and 17 foot travel trailer. Ask the coordinator to talk to their guys about redoing a few areas and was ask to talk to the workers myself? So I did! Workers were cool. I just told them the size of their gratuity would reflect their work. Not my job?

I really really wanted this to become my go-to car wash because it's so close to home. BUT, it's unfortunately too good to be true. The vacuuming was almost none, the screen wasn't even cleaned and there were still plenty of spots on that weren't touched.

Really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. Everyone seemed like they were in a bad mood, and it showed in how they handled the cars. The wash itself wasn’t great — lots of streaks and spots left behind — and the vacuuming was terrible. They barely touched the interior, and I still had dirt and crumbs everywhere. For what they charge, it’s just not worth it. One guy with a piercing on his eyebrow was mean mugging everyone, idk this place could be great but I’ve had a bad experience.

At first there was no service to us, and after a few minutes of confusion. our car was washed okay but the service felt lousy and expensive for the job that was done. they couldn’t manage to drive the car and sat around and laughed at the dude who tried to drive. i wouldn’t take my car there.

Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver's side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn't drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying "I see what you're trying to do". He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn't do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don't. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said "Greg" their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I'm super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I've used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. Search other reviews for scratch and damage and you'll see the lack of accountability isn't a fluke. EDIT: to say I never heard anything from "Greg the accountant" or anyone else at this car wash.

If you want a good vacuuming, do it yourself or go elsewhere. I always tip well and ask before to vacuum well, and always leave with a lot of dirt inside like they just wanted to get it over with. I have purchased the expensive washes before, hoping they would place more attention to detail, but it was the same. So that’s why now if I come here I get the cheapest one they have… although even that one should include much better vacuuming.

Mediocre at best. Had to re-wipe down my own console in front of car. Smaller spots left on windshield left on windshield and front end. Sloppy. I did car wash number one, which was the lowest which by the way was still 24 bucks, that the minimum effort would do. But 24 bucks is 24 bucks and I can get a better car wash at fashion Square for 19.99.

About a month ago, I had my car cleaned(deep interior cleaned). I organized all of my items and helped the team place my items in a safe place. I waited for about 2 hours which was fine. All my items were placed back into the car (at least I thought), didn’t think much about it. I let my car dry for about 2 days before resetting it. I realized that my driver’s mat wasn’t with the rest of my items in the trunk. I called and they told me to come in. I spoke with a manager who offered a free cleaning if the rug didn’t show up, he said he would call back in a few days in case it turns back up. ( I would never give them the opportunity to lose more of my things.) They put someone else’s lost dirty/used/ rug in my car thinking it would make me feel better when mine is specialized to my make/model) I received no call back regarding the free wash or rug replacement. When I called, they took down my number again and never heard anything ever again. Beware, they will lose your things and won’t take accountability for it. It’s very disappointing because the wash itself was decent, but customer service- awful.

They’re not amazing, but they usually do a good job (it can depend on who’s working that day and who washes your car). I always pay for the Handwash, and it’s a great quick refresh when I don’t have time to wash the car myself. Just make sure they actually hand wash it and don’t send it through the tunnel—on my last visit, this happened by mistake. That said, they immediately refunded the difference in cash and offered a redo with no hassle. The situation was handled professionally, which I appreciated. 12-09-2025

I had a great experience getting my car washed here. I did package #5 and my car came out looking so clean and the interior smelling amazing. The one thing I’ll mention is they said it would take about 40 minutes but I was there closer to an hour, so just be prepared to wait/have the time. But they did a great job so it was worth it for me.

Update: they were able to clean off most of the residual wax so I bumped their review to a 3. Be sure to check your car throughly after a wash. I don't typically leave reviews but this Car Wash left tons of residual wax on the plastic trim on my Lexus GX. Wax can stain plastic but luckily they use a version that doesn't. I didn't catch it until a week later due to having my baby with me at the time and needing to leave. I am deeply upset at this. I don't know if the plastic can be cleaned and may need to replaced which will cost thousands. This is car detailing 101 and is ridiculous. Rest of the car wash was fine but this is unacceptable.

Magnolia Island Hand Car Wash is a solid spot, staff are super nice, friendly, and the place is clean and well-organized. I went with the #4 package, and while the overall job was good, it did take nearly an hour, which felt a bit long. When I got my car back, they missed a couple small spots, but honestly, nothing major. The service and attitude of the team make up for it. I’ll definitely be back, just wish it was a bit quicker and slightly more detailed. Still a great local car wash option!

I went to this car wash while waiting for someone to finish a meeting and decided to get a wax wash. They polished the front of my car and ended up messing up the paint (as you can see in the picture). The sides of my car were also left with oily spots, which I’m assuming is leftover wax. I was told the wash would take 30–40 minutes, but it took over an hour. I called afterward to speak with a manager, and the woman who answered told me I had to come in person. I live far away, and I’m not going to drive all the way back for nothing. I’m very disappointed, especially considering they’ve received plenty of awards in previous years.
