They did a good job on my car when I went there recently. Didn't really armor all the tires well. If you drive a manual transmission car I am not sure I would trust them really as they don't know how to drive one properly. I always recommend getting a hand wash.

I had the absolute worst experience here where I brought my car in and they told me that I needed to do a $40 wash in order to get all of the crumbs and such out of my car and when I went to get it, it still looked the exact same on the inside then when I talk to the manager, they told me that I just needed to get a $200 detail see photo below

When I first came into the car wash, I was greeted by an Armenian gentleman who didn't speak any English. He pointed out there were lots of water spots on my car from sprinklers and I would need this detailed wash for $80. I said I just wanted a normal wash, but in his broken English, he told me the normal wash (which was about 3 times cheaper), wouldn't get rid of them. I went with the expensive wash, hoping for the "detail" it advertised. After getting the car back, there was nothing special about the wash. I still saw some spots around the rear side of the car. I could have paid less than half the price for the same or an even better quality wash at any other place. Maybe if I spoke Armenian I wouldn't have been scammed. If you need a decent price for a car wash by hand, I pray you take your business elsewhere.

Buyer beware. I took my car in to be washed and vacuum and was returned with my beige seats covered with dirt hand prints. They stated I brought my car in with the prints. No customer service and was told that they can clean them for a charge. My seats were not dirty prior to having my car cleaned. BUYER BEWARE!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH.

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of wash you receive. The price is not competitive, you can get better service for a fairer price in the area. My tires weren’t clean after the “wash” and as many others stated, there were some water spots from a very rushed job. The interior was cleaned pretty well. But that’s about it. There is no one at this business following Covid protocols. No masks (for the people cleaning your car as well) and no face shields. A lot of the other customers weren’t wearing masks either which wouldn’t be as big a deal if there was a waiting area/ place to sit and distance yourself from others. There’s about 5 chairs (not distanced) outside but that’s it. As others have stated, the guy who walks you through the services isn’t transparent about what is included in each and the cashier is very rude and unfriendly.

I got a hand wash because my car is ceramic coated, I went to check up on them and saw they are drying my car with the type of towel that you use in a bathroom to dry human hands, definitely not a scratch free microfiber towel. Now there are scratches all over my car. I confronted them about it and they act like they know better and know that it's bad for the car, anyone who knows anything about car wash and car payment knows you should not be using this type of tile on a car. Unless you don't care about your cars pants, do not bring your car here, I'm surprise this place is in business... they also use dirty towels and leave smudges all over your car snd water marks.

I keep trying to give this place another try but I’m done. Everything is rushed, they don’t clean it well. They always try to convince you to pay for the pricier car wash packages and there’s literally no difference. There’s always water marks on the windows, rushed interior wiping (you can see the marks) and lazy vacuuming. And they never give you an air freshener when it’s included.

I usually do my own car wash but from time to time I like getting it detailed, shampooed, waxed, from the exterior and interior. I don’t mind investing, instead I feel that it’s necessary to do for the care of your vehicle as well as a treat. The service here is genuine, sincere and the physical work put on the vehicle is worth the price. On top, you just might get your day made special with an Armenian coffee and pastry. Talk about treats! I strongly recommend this place. Thank you.

Car came out look fantastic. One of the mangers or owners even came out to make sure it was right. They go above and beyond. The lady at the cash register should probably get another gig. She’s a little cold and unwelcoming, doesn’t smile, which is weird if you’re the person people have to give their money to. Other than that, nice car wash who tells you everything up front so there aren’t surprise charges. *they charge extra for teslas.

I wish I could zero stars. For $250 I expected my car to be like brand new. At first, I was happy with the results. However, once I got home I noticed that the sunroof had water spots consistent with a gas station drive-thru. I spent 45 minutes with a q-tip cleaning out grime from the vents and dash that they could have easily spotted. On my drive to the beach this morning, my clothes and my hand were covered in grime that they should’ve cleaned. Seriously? Grime on the steering wheel? That wasn’t even there before I brought it in. I’m very grossed out and disappointed. It’s sad because the people there seem nice and you’d expect them to care about the quality of their work. Don’t let the luxury cars in the front fool you, they’re getting scammed too. Save your money and take your car through the gas station, hit the dash with some windex and buy some ozone spray.

I have brought my cars here for many years. The quality is so high, it makes you question why you are not paying more. I first came here because I always saw high-end luxury and sports cars getting detailed and washed here. If they trust their cars with Classic Hand Car Wash I figured I should too. I have never regretted it. The employees here understand customer service and quality care. Today I brought my minivan here for its last wash before I sell it. My son came with me and at some point while we were there, he lost his phone. Armen, was incredibly helpful beyond my expectations. He made sure he got my contact information and he took it upon himself to check security footage. This ultimately lead to my son finding his phone. He could have just went about his day and tended to other customers, but he recognized the opportunity in helping a boy find his phone. I will only ever come to Classic Hand Car Wash and look forward to bringing our new family vehicle here when we get it. Thanks a million times!

The wash was pretty good except the wipe-down inside didn't include the cup holders or any other similar crevices, and they left scratches in the tint on the insides of some of my windows. There are too many other car washes for me to come back to this one and give them a second chance.
