The name of this place is Burbank Express Car Wash, but for some reason, I'm always waiting upwards of 30-45 minutes to get a car wash here because there's always a line no matter when I come. The only reason I keep returning is because the machine they have is very good and my car comes out looking great, but there are other car washes in the area that do a similar job and are more express than this. There are even some that will do a hand detail in a shorter time than the wait for this automatic car wash. The vacuum area they offer is small for only a few cars, but works fine. If they can figure out how to speed things up without taking anything away from the quality or raising the price, I'll raise my rating.

The color and scent of the soap changed. Don't know if that means they didn't refill it or they just put something different but what used to be blue and pink is now white with barely any bubbles. I thinking of going to go back to the self wash car wash.

If there’s a line keep driving it takes about eight minutes per car to get through the line. You drive in and park and the machine moves around you and it takes forever

Great car wash and does a great job on cleaning your car. It does clean wheels, but it doesn't get in between the wheel spokes/blades if you have them.

Ok experience. The blow-drier mechanism SHUT-OFF at :05, stealing about 7% of my total dry time. I was pretty shocked that happened. Other than that it was a so-so experience. I didn't feel like the car wash was the best value for what I had paid (14.99 for the highest tier of car wash). But this amount wasn't exorbitant exactly, kind of just average for your money IF you actually receive the full dry time that you paid for.

This place is open 24 hours I follow the yellow lines on the floor before going inside the wash, I have a 21 Ranger yet the brushes on the sides almost broke my driver side mirror I didn’t see any soap come out of the machine other than water I paid for the basic wash what an easy way to steal from the customers and almost got a broken mirror, first time using this place and last time! Gas station car wash are better than this place. Bigger SUV’s or trucks don’t use this place!!!

Paid for the "Platinum Wash" and did not get an of the "wax" that you're supposed to get. I saw it coming out of the machine but just dropped to the floor. Not even close to my vehicle. Also looks like it didn't scrub half my hood for what ever reason. I don't recommend this place. If you come here get the basic wash.

It’s fully automated and the platinum wash is only 14.99, way better than rose gas station washes. It’s the best one in the area for sure! Just take your time when you go through the blowers at the end, there is a timer to the left that tells you how much time you have. Circle around the block and you can use their free vacuums and air hoses!

My car never feels clean and they aren't very friendly. I tried to throw a few water bottles out of my car before a road trip before I got in line and the OWNER said I could not. I should read the sign which said "no vacuuming" before the wash. Clearly the owner doesn't know the difference between throwing out trash before driving around the corner to get in the long line and vacuum. I didn't want to forget to throw out the trash because the line was gonna be at least 40 mins long and I know I would have. I did not intend on using the vacuum until after my week long trip when I washed the car again - HIS ATTITUDE LOST HIMSELF A CUSTOMER that lives a block away. I am happy to drive 2 miles for service else where.

Appreciate the free vac after although you have to exit the wash, turn down the street and come in the back entrance. The line took forever, around an hour. I really wish they had a 2nd wash line. But also, I gave the lower rating because my back up sensors came off in the wash (which has never happened at a car wash in the 10 years I've had the car) and the front hood didn't get fully washed (see pic).

Honestly, it’s okay. It’s literally the closest car wash to my house in Burbank. Alternatively, you can go to the HWB, which isn’t that far either, and you get a real hand-washed car experience. My only complaint is that it’s not an “express” wash. The car stays still, and you have to wait once it’s done. I’ve waited on average about an hour or more in line. On the other hand, the prices are fair enough. The setup for the vacuums is not convenient at all. You have to drive all the way around the street to get to it. If they could possibly remodel and reconfigure everything, I can see this as the number one spot for a car wash place and make it that express feeling every time. But overall, it’s not that bad. They do a great job on my Tesla’s paint. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.

The quality went downhill at this carwash. I used to come often but I noticed how the line wasn’t as long as it used to be this time. And I can see why. The wash pressure is so low it’s not gonna wash anything, and then the vacuum turned off so fast I only vacuumed the driver seat? The dryer part of the wash turned off at 7 seconds robbing me of 7 seconds drying time. I feel like I just got scammed!

The duration of the wash itself is about 5 to 7 minutes per car. It does an ok job. Job gets down. Downside is sometimes you have to wait a long time before it's your turn if it's busy. So do not go there if you happen to be in a hurry. And most times vacuums are available. Just once i waited for over 10 minutes to be able to use one. Oh, i always go in the morning around 8:50. Maybe at a later time it's not as busy.
