The only reason I gave 3 starts is because of the price. You get what you pay for though. If you want a hit or miss in working equipment, clean towels, dedicated member are to dry your vehicle, and having window cleaner some times, then this is the place for you. I’m here now and I literally give up on cleaning the interior. There was no window cleaner. Sorry, there was one for the whole place. I asked for another one & got it but it stopped working 3.5 windows in. The compressed air blower on either side of me was broken. The vacuum on the left doesn’t work. The prep station water was filthy. They are short staffed almost every time I come. I bought the membership since it just makes sense but I am tempted to go back to $60 a month versus $22 because of all of the inconvenience this place needs new management to layout job responsibilities or something. How do you not know to make sure there are clean towels, working equipment and essentials at every bay?

Eddie was soo super helpful! My tires were a hot mess, and he walked me through the process from first-scrub to rag-finish to get them shiny and fabulous! I got the big money wash and it was worth every dime! Thank you guys, I Luvvvv itttt 💕💕💕

Checked online to see when they closed. Drove 25 minutes to that car wash because I like to be able to give my car a good scrub before the wash. When I got there they already removed the scrub bins, however there was nothing on the website that would have indicated that. Mind you I arrived well before closing. I asked the manager what happens if my car isn’t clean? I asked would he honor rewashing since I wouldn’t be able to do a pre wash. He said yes, however when I went through and it clearly wasn’t cleaned he told me to pay again. I expressed this was not fair and he just kept repeating himself like a robot. I paid for the most expensive wash, however it did not clean my vehicle and he wouldn’t even look at it. Offered no solution and could care less. Very dismissive and disrespectful.

I went over there yesterday to wash my truck, I paid for the second most expensive car wash ($22), which had included a pre wash which the supervisor told me was a wash done before entering the tunnel. After not getting that pre wash and passing twice through the tunnel, the truck was as dirty as it came in, still full of mud (which again, I though it was going to be taken out by the pre wash). I asked the same supervisor for either a refund or to give me a solution for me paying $22 and not getting what I paid for, to what he answered “you can only go through twice and there is no refunds” not caring at all about my problem. I ended up having to clean the mud out with their towels and leaving with my truck still dirty. Very very bad customer service

1/3/26: Luv’s is terrible compared to other car washes I’ve frequented in the Atlanta area (Dan’s, Tidal Wave). No clean towels in half the receptacles, the other half look like they put clean in dirty/vice vs. half the vacuums work, none of the pressurized air guns work. Hardly even cleaned my tires. I got the Lotta Luv Wash. I’m not going back. Only reason they don’t get a 1-star is because their car fresheners smell nice. Do better.

This was hands-down one of the BEST car wash experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the service was top tier. Huge shoutout to Manager Jermaine Brown — he was beyond pleasant and made us feel presidential! He even hooked my girls up with some swag, which totally made their day. The attention to detail is unmatched — those hand towels at the vacuum station? 10/10, highly recommend. It’s the little touches that really elevate the experience. By far my favorite location. I’ve been to other LUV locations and sadly, it was absolutely nothing but problems. This location has the nicest workers who are extremely attentive. They are so accommodating and they always make sure I have everything I need to have the cleanest car possible. Jose and Derek, you guys are incredible. Thanks again for making my day run smoother. This is the only location I recommend….I will definitely be back soon.

I had a great experience at this car wash! From the moment I arrived, Jaily and Moni were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service, super friendly and patient as they explained the different wash options. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were about the membership plans. They answered all my questions clearly and helped me figure out which plan made the most sense for how often I wash my car. No pressure, just helpful advice! It’s refreshing to see staff who actually care and know what they’re talking about. Thanks again to Jaily and Moni for making the experience so smooth! I’ll definitely be back!

Ever since “LUV” bought this car wash, they jacked up the prices and the service has declined. The automated wash parts have failed one after another, and now several rollers don’t work, leaving cars covered in soap. The vacuums are throttled and so weak they’re practically useless.

Got the top level wash “All the LUV”. The car came out still dirty, was pretty disappointed after spending almost $30. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately. Strong vacuum and air compressors was a plus. Definitely overpriced, about a 3-5 minute car wash that doesn’t get the car clean

No Love from LUV Car Wash Read Time 2-5 mins Was on my way to Hobbs and saw a pink sign that stated car wash. Since my Mercedes needed a quick clean, I decided to give it a try. I chose to get the “All the Luv” option. I chose all the Luv, because it specified it gave ceramic protection. Just like any other drive thru car wash there are employees that help you use the machine where you pay. There are also usually employees to help guide your car correctly into the place where your car is washed. This place was no different. The car wash was quick and lasted about 5 mins long. After getting your car washed there is any option to vacuum your car after. My car didn’t really need a vaccum; however I wanted to see how well this car wash cleaned. What a chagrin this was. My car was partially cleaned. Since it was partially clean, I decided to take a clean towel to see if I could wipe off some of the dirt spots still left on my car. I chose a towel from the “clean” towel spot to wipe my car and it left a dirt smudge. I chose another “ clean towel” from the clearly marked clean towel area and it left brown scratches on the front of my white Mercedes. Seeing this I immediately became upset and asked to speak to the manager. The “manager” and I walked back over to my vehicle and I stated what happened. She asked me if I had used dirty towels. I stated no I used the towels labeled clean. The “manager” clearly saw the scratches and smudges on the front of my car. She asked “what do you want me to do?” I asked “what is done in this situation?”. She called her superior and they apparently told her there is nothing they can do in this situation. My suggestion is to stay away from this car wash if you car about your car. They partially cleaned your car and you may end up with unexpected scratches. I won’t be coming here ever again, but the choice is always yours. Response to LUV Car Wash The claim I made to the assistant manager were about the clearly seen scratches on the front of my vehicle only. The other photos were only to display the half ass car wash my car received. I have been in situations before where a company’s products have destroyed my property and was either compensated or they fixed the damage. This is why I asked. Those dirty towels damaged my vehicle and now you all want to come with a false statement about what happened. I wiped my car off with those “clean towels” and I might as well have used a Brillo pad. Now your company doesn’t want to take the blame for what your products did to my car on your property and it’s fine. Like I said I’ll never be returning here and if people, especially those with white cars care about their vehicles they shouldn’t patronize this business.
