I come here often to wash my car and my mom’s car. I am always pleased with the services they provide. They are extremely efficient and friendly and never disappoint. Today however, something unusual happened when I came in to wash my car. They found a $100 dollar bill under my car seat and gave it back to me. I was unaware of the bill and they could’ve just kept it. But no, they did the right thing and made me respect and love this place even more! They have a customer for LIFE! A truly Lucky Car Wash!

2 stars because my car was cleaner than before, but kind of just barely. The floor mats were VERY well vacuumed; otherwise, there were spots all over the exterior, the interior had a lot of areas that could've been cleaned with one simple wipe but were clearly untouched, etc.

Don’t go here is you are in a time crunch. For a basic wash I spent 1 hour waiting. This was a weekday at 11 am! Car wash was fine but could get the same thing done anywhere else.

Hard working staff. Sometimes they do a good job, while other times it’s hit and miss on the cleaning details. Today’s job was more of a miss, with several dirty spots missed inside and a so-so job with outside details. Paying for the top of the line wash job you’d expect a better job.

Really disappointed by my experience today. When I pay $40 for a car wash, I expect it to be done right. I had to ask them to come back and wipe the car down more as there was still dirt and marks all over the front of the car. I later realized the mats inside were not given any attention. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, easier and cheaper to just do it yourself.

I visited Lucky Car Wash yesterday and asked for the Bronze Wash, which consisted of a nice hand wash and vacuum of the inside of my car. Altogether for the price, it was a solid hand wash and basic vacuum job. The other reviews confused me, as I found the staff to be perfectly polite, and was even happy to tip my washer. Will definitely be coming again.

So disappointed. Brought my little model Y Tesla in and they they’re charging an extra two dollars because they’re saying it’s an SUV even though they’re not touching the truck and it’s not any bigger than any regular size car so they’re just trying to find a way to charge an extra two dollars so this will be my last time visiting this place and if you wanna be up charge basically for no reason then go ahead and come here otherwise find a different place. I even talked to the supervisor and he said well nothing you can do. Even though they’re not touching the trunk. It’s only 2 dollars but I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of tell me who wants to feel like that when you’re giving someone business and paying them for a service

I paid $40 for a deluxe car wash and they couldn’t even while my dashboard and throw the trash away. Not to mention the quality of the car wash was terrible. My windows had stains. Terrible job will not be going back!!!

I am giving this place 2 stars because the 1st time I visited, they did an amazing job and I would have given them 5 stars. However, this time they did a terrible job and deserve 1 star. I will visit one more time, and if it's not more like the 1st time, I likely won't be back.

From out of state but for the price I paid about $20. This is the BEST ‘basic car wash’ I’ve gotten. All we had to do was sit in the waiting area (there’s multiple sitting areas inside w/ac or outside in the nice weather). The employees did a good job vacuuming, wiping off dust, detailing rims, and drying off the outside w/microfiber towels and air hose. No water mark left whatsoever 👍👍👍

Wow! I took my truck to the carwash, Carwash was pretty much empty and this is the end result! So disappointing I paid $45 for the carwash my truck has just the cabin as the interior as is a pick up truck! What kind of service is this??? Never again!!!

I’ve been coming here and my car is never cleaned correctly and I’m always having to remind them to clean the inside which I shouldn’t have to if you ask me it’s there job … I knew I should of found a new place last time I was here but I came again and gave them another chance Today they scratched my car and saying they don’t think it was them I drive a 2026 so I am very careful with my car Worker was laughing like it was funny because there was a small scratch on it already (I was hit) not made by me Worker tried to say the new scratch came from this already old scratch that this is not true The scratches aren’t even the same and do not align or look similar Ridiculous I would not come here again nor would I recommend it to anyone I hope they take accountability for these scratches made I drive my car everyday and absolutely know these new scratches were not made by me I see my drivers side more than any part of my car like HELLO The Indian worker is also unprofessional Beyond ridiculous I would give zero stars if I could

Lucky Car Wash is the only place to go nearby east Pasadena area. I took two of my cars for a wash recently. I used to use the drive through car wash place on Colorado and Sierra Madre Blvd, but its not as clean as the full car wash like this place. They are usually very busy on Friday, Saturday and Saturday so I recommend our seniors go there during the week. I would give Lucky Car Wash a four star car wash place and recommend to everyone.

Subpar job for price. I was charged extra for a large SUV, and half of my car was not even vacuumed. There are water spots all over the exterior of my car and although I was assured the inside would be wiped down there seems to only have happened on the front of the car.
