I have used this car was constantly for the past 2 years that I have lived in the area. The other day I had $5 taken from me by the change machine. I tried to contact the owner and never heard back. I was using the wash a couple of weeks later and heard someone yelling after the machine also took their money. I tried to call them again and remind them of the issue and the fact that I had never heard back. It has been weeks and I still have heard nothing. Make sure you take change with you because the owner is obviously not responsible for stolen money.

I tried every single credit card machine to no avail. Be warned, they do not take cash whatsoever, so if the CC machines aren’t working, it’s a waste of time. How this place has even 3 stars is baffling.

Worst car wash worst ownership. Never go here. #1. Over priced. #2. Insane owner, i washed my truck and threw out garbage in the trash cans. This included 3 bags of waste from the back of my truck. It was not a mess. The owner called cops on me to site me for dumping. I was not dumping. Crazy. I will never go here.

Used to frequent this wash but I will not anymore. Went to the car wash, and swiped credit card. The system automatically bills you for about seven minutes, so that is fine. However, there was no water pressure coming out of my hose with the trigger full pressed in on the high pressure rinse option. I called the owner to report his issue and hopefully get a refund as they list a phone number for you to report issues to. It has been 3+ weeks and I have not heard back. I am disappointed.

Good car wash, has lots of settings for cleaning your car, but it is VERY overpriced. $5 for 7m30s of washing, which is reasonable, but after that it is $1 for every 1m30s, which is ridiculous. Also charged me twice so I ended up spending $17 for a car wash. Glad my car is clean but I won't be going back.

Have been using this car wash for years. The owner has been on location many times while I was there and seemed to do great on keeping the place maintained. Normally I use my credit card for washes and have had no issues in the past. However, Sunday 1/8/2018, using credit cards would not put time on the washer. Scanned card once, twice, no time on machine. Problem is the cards was being charged despite no time on machine. Got charged $7, then $6 on one card. I had tried another card, still no time on machine but again got charged $7 and $6, again! So $26 charged and no car wash! I am leaving a voice message for owner. I will update here on if anything was resolved. Update 1/17/2018 - Owner did not return phone call. Now I have to contest charges on my credit card! So unfortunate as now after many years I cannot justify giving this company any business and will be going to the car wash in Lafayette.

DO NOT COME HERE SCAM!!!!! Credit card machine doesn’t work half the time, the soap is terrible and barely even visible, don’t even try to get a towel or any of the other options from the coin machine will just take your money has happened multiple times, water pressure is terrible doesn’t clean your car AT ALL! screw this place and the owner smh

Swipe and cry. The bays are dirty. Ice cold water so vehicle did not get clean. Low pressure. Not happy at all. Go elsewhere. I, too, was double charged. Price posted was $5 but I was charged $10 and I made sure I only swiped card once. This place is fraudulent, do not do business here.

This is the second time I’ve given this car wash a try. Don’t waste your time or money. Worst car wash in Colorado. Whoever owns this should sell it to someone who cares. Very low pressure on the high-pressure spray. It looks like someone used pliers to make it high-pressure. No soap coming out when I had it on soap. Tried the prerinse and it started pouring out of the ceiling onto my truck. Good luck getting a refund… They don’t answer their phone and have a number that’s not even there’s posted on site.

UPDATE: Someone listened-cleaned a bit. The wildlife is still dealing with trash all over their littelwoods--WOULDNT IT BE AWESOME with 188 housws going in ON THE WEST SIDE, that this car wash added a coffee shop on its extra space on its south side or east side border??❤️🌞🌸🔥-->TRASH EVERYWHERE looks like it's becoming a superfund site!! Rats, birds, overflowing trash bins, broken vacuums....

Needs maintenance, everything is dirty. Also, bring quarters or $10,$5,$1, because $20 are not accepted. Water pressure dropped to a dribble during fresh water rinse. ☆BEWARE☆ CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED BUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $10 for 6mins automatically. The 1st machine (on the north end) took 2 minutes to switch over to clean water, after I manually pressed the button, I think this is not normal?

I never thought I'd rate a car wash, but I had to say something this time. It's a terrible place, priced at $5, but you were charged $10! This is deceiving consumers and this is a serious problem! And the water pressure is not enough, the equipment is old and broken, it makes people feel angry, I will not go back to this car wash

I’ve been to this car wash twice recently. I don’t know how the card reader works. On the first occasion, it charged me $10. On the second occasion it charged me $20. I didn’t realize this until I saw my bank statement. I called the number listed online; the person who answered said it’s a wrong number. I guess there’s nothing I can do except alert people to this rip off. Additionally, everything is in bad shape and dirty. No soap came out for high pressure wash. Brush sits in a tray of mud. Time for this owner to be bought out.

Charged my card 10 bucks and the vacuum never turned on. The car was had no soap!! The products it did have were very very low! There’s no customer service number!! This place should be shut down or bought out. Whoever the current owner is sucks!! And that’s as nice as I can put it.

I've been in the area for more than 30 years and use this location multiple multiple times. The current owner has let it go. The place looks run down. The services are not in top quality condition and I just tried to wash my car and the Visa card machine only worked for half the transaction and left me stuck with a car with suds all over it. Also the hose on the spray was leaking all over me as I was spraying. Just sad that whoever owns this place is just let it go.... The place is run down while the owner is sitting on a beach earning 20%... #disappointed
