I wish i would've inspected my vehicle better but I'd already been waiting for 1.5 hours. Inspected my truck when i got home, and was still dirty. This was a $60 handwash. I travel for work and have had 10x better job done for half the price. Then they gobbed on tire dressing that is now splattered all over the truck

On Sunday April 24th 2022 the wife and I took our vehicles to The Auto Spa get detailed. While the cleaning jobs on both vehicles matched the price charged ($125 each for a 2018 Hyundai Kona and a 2008 BMW X3) We were extremely annoyed that they broke the dash of my wife's BMW and said nothing. When I approached the manager about the broken dashboard he proceeded to claim that it was like that. He then went into great detail about how HE barely touched the dash and it fell to pieces. This is the same dashboard that my wife uses on a daily basis. Let me make this clear It was NOT previously damaged and even if it was, I would expect someone to point it out after a cleaning (which I have experienced at the Auto Spa before) This gentlemen claimed that we could file a report and the general manager will call us ASAP. Needless to say . . . we're still waiting for this phone call It is now May 10th 2022 and we have not heard from the general manager. I can make up a story about how the GM never received this paperwork. I've also thought that I should contact the Auto Spa. However, I feel its best to warn the public here. The Auto Spa may detail your car for a low price and do a decent job. BUT. . . They'll also damage your vehicle and pretend like nothing happened. Expecting you to bring it to their attention. Then, when you do, they decline any ownership for their errors. Which is UNACCEPTABLE. If you are seeing this Mr General manager, you should have my number. I look forward to receiving a call from you. Regardless, we will never trust The Auto Spa with our vehicles again, and we have been twice a year for 3 years.

Never again. The Sunday crew is awful. I paid $55 for a premium wash, detailed interior, and for my leather seats to be cleaned/conditioned. I was also told vacuuming out my trunk was included. They took all of 5 minutes to "detail" and vacuum, my leather seats did not get cleaned, and my trunk was never opened. When I asked why my leather wasn't cleaned, they lied to me and said they did it. When I pointed out where my seats were still dirty, one guy pulled out a Windex bottle and was about to spray my leather down to clean it. I stopped him before my head exploded and left. My mats were left soaking wet, so my feet were sliding all over the pedals on my way home, my side mirros are still dirty, and my computer screen is so hazy from whatever they put on it that I couldn't read it.

Seems to have gone down hill a bit with the new ownership. All the people that did a great job on my truck, seem to be gone now. I had my normal exterior wash with tires and wheels done and it was terrible. Because I didn't have the interior done, I never got out of my truck and when I got home, I looked at my wheels and was beyond disappointed. I tried to go back the following day and apparently I got there too late after work and they were closed. Attached are a couple pictures of the wheel and tire cleaning I paid for. This was on June 2nd I believe. UPDATE The manager Nick responded to me regarding my review. I went back to The Auto Spa and Nick fave me a free supreme wash, apologized for my bad experience and thanked me for coming back. I have always had good experiences at this establishment and appreciate them taking care of me on this. I'll be back. Thanks Nick

Ok, nice people, they did an ok job. They got me in right away. For spending over $200 dollars I expected more. Yes, the car needed a good cleaning. Wash, wax, shampoo the carpets. Lots of stuff missed, stains on carpet still. Looks like some wax not buffed out, door jams and cracks still partially dirty, bugs on the window still. Trunk wasn't even touched I don't think. None of the places seem to have a thorough quality control when "done".

Got the inside of my SUV details at The Auto Spa. They were able to get out all of the dog hair we had in the floors and seats, as well as food crumbs and stains at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly, and the detailing was done by a reasonable time. They even found some old socks and business cards I left under the seats and put them in a bag for me

My truck has never looked better. It's hard to find a good car wash nowadays. The car wash itself has a lot of cleaning power and is longer than most. Depending on the package you get the guys working here will scrub and vacuum the inside of your vehicle. Ill definitely be back again

Outstanding Work and True Professionalism I took my wife’s 2013 Nissan Juke to The Auto Spa at 12131 N Federal Pkwy in Westminster, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Anyone who owns a black car knows how unforgiving the paint can be, and the driver’s side of this Juke was heavily oxidized. Years ago my uncle had me working rubbing compound into an old oxidized car in tiny circles, so I know how rough that kind of job can be. I mentioned that to the team, and the manager was upfront and honest. He told me there was no guarantee they could bring the paint back, but they’d give it their best shot. When I came back later that day, I was genuinely impressed. The black paint looked fantastic, far better than I expected. They didn’t just clean it up, they restored life back into it. The interior, which had seen more than its share of grandkid messes, looked great as well. As a Marine, I can spot pride in workmanship, and these detailers absolutely have it. My wife was extremely happy with how her car turned out and really appreciated the hard work put into it. As the saying goes, happy wife means happy life, and you all definitely helped with that. No upselling, no hidden fees, just straightforward quality service. They had the car all day and clearly put in the effort. The sign says they’re under new management, and while I’ve been here before and liked the service, this experience solidified me as a long-term customer. Hard-earned money deserves quality work, and The Auto Spa delivered exactly that. I’ll be bringing our other vehicle in soon. This is a solid 5 star business all day long. Highly recommend.

We stop by the Auto Spa car wash to have our truck washed. We purchased the $50 dollar car wash. The car wash we received was not worth the price. We had to finish wiping it down because there were water spots all around the vehicle. This place does not put out a good product for the prices they charge.

Very disappointed in the service. Purchased the top package for $40. This is the only option that includes vacuuming inside. I keep a pretty clean vehicle to begin with. Upon completion of the service, I still had a few pebbles and sand on the back carpet and bug and bird poo residue on my windshield and grill. The manager told me I had to purchase a detail package seperate and their $40. wash is just a quick once over. Definitely won't be back to this one. Don't waste your money here.

Meaning after you exited the automatic car wash you drove through a lane where staff members would dry off your car, vacuum the interior and thoroughly clean off your tires. Will be recommended this car wash to my friends and family. Cant wait for my next visit!

Super pleased with my experience at The Auto Spa. Great prices especially with an interior and exterior wash for both my car and my partner’s truck. The interior and exterior washes are comparable to detailers in the Westminster/Broomfield areas who quoted us minimum $400 for the same service, which is much higher than what we paid here. Every staff member, especially Eddie, was very helpful. We definitely will be back (regularly lol)!

I have been a client here for all of my cars for nearly five years! Back in the day when it was $20 plus $4 for wheels and tires. It’s now $40 and a new owner. I’m a business owner and can understand the price increase as sundries , wages and costs go up. I have never had an issue with that. It seems the quality of the cleaning has dropped substantially! Only parts of the car wash are working, they no longer have the employee that wipes the car down as soon as you exit and the guys in the line have been doing very substandard work for sometime. There is no pride or patience in what they are doing. Everything is rushed. I have watched their operating procedures for years and up until the last year is fallen off drastically. I literally watched one of the techs today use the same towel to wipe down the outside, wipe the dirt out of the door jambs and then wipe the dash and part of the interior with the same dirty rag with not even a single spay of cleaner on any of it. Smeared dirt all over the dash, didn't even touch the back seats or console, didn’t do any of the glass inside or out and most of the vehicle still had hard water spots because it sat so long without being wiped down and dirt film because the car wash was partially working. Wheels and tires had always been great in the past, they shined the tires but didn’t even wipe the wheels or the excess tire shine. Upon them calling me saying the vehicle was complete, I mentioned to the tech all of the of the inconsistencies and showed him around the vehicle. This is what got me… he offered me the same dirty rag and said I could do it myself. I used to take my four vehicles there a couple times a month. Not anymore. I figured over time the service might correct itself. I was wrong. Spend your money elsewhere so you don’t go through the disappointment of there services. Huge improvement under the new management! This car wash and detail center is better than ever. Alvaro is a great, honest guy who truly cares about doing things right. Having Eduardo as a salesman is a big plus—he’s respectful, friendly, and really helps you choose the wash that’s best for your car instead of just upselling. They got all three of my cars looking amazing. The service was excellent and I’ll definitely be coming back!
