Customer service is dead here, fees on fees, no one ever at the front counter & everyone seems to hate their job. Service/quality does not match pricing at all. Paid for their top tier service which, neither the floors, dash, windows or door James were even touched. Also the fees that were charged was an additional $10 because the car was equipped with a hatch. Just because it has a hatch does not classify the car as an SUV. Good practice is to wrap the fees into the service not force your clients to pay cash with the threat of fees. Everyone everywhere pays transaction fees not just here. Have been coming here for years and it should not be this poor of quality. Not to mention when my wife came to get the car they tried to make her pay for the service again.

What an absolute waste of money. This was my first time to this wash since my go-to place went out of business recently. I pulled up and parked in what I thought was the correct line but some man came out asking me “outside or inside?” I wanted both the inside and outside washed. He told me I was in the wrong lane (there’s a lack of signage). I purchased the “Royal” package for $44. They put my car through the wash and drove it out to the area where they hand dry and wipe everything down. Waited approximately 15-20 mins (which is fine). First thing I notice when I leave are the bugs on the windshield. Okay, maybe they were super hard to get off and something I need to work on when I get home. When I get home i check the car out and see that the front of the car is still covered with bugs. I also notice the bird poop (which was the whole reason I needed to wash the car) still on my rear passenger door. Did they not see that when they hand dried the car? The lower half of the car still had dirt on the plastic trim, and there was dirt in between the badging letters. Did they even use water? What really made me angry was the fact that a plastic light cover on the back of my car now has a scratch. This car still has temp plates and is brand new. We won’t be back. Avoid this place at all costs.

The guys did an amazing job on my car! I needed seats shampooed and the dash and cup holders cleaned out and it looks excellent. I’ve been here several times and will keep coming back.

Damage was done to my vehicle! The assistant manager Mando was very aggressive and seemed to be agitated and in hurry. Once my vehicle was done I noticed a huge scratch on my touch screen in the car. I called an employee over, then Mando come over and claimed that the scratch was there before I had brought the car in. I took a picture and later that day asked to speak with the Owner. He called me right away, talked to his employees and they both said that they did not cause the damage. Although the owner was professional and polite, he refused to pay to have the scratch repaired. I asked that he refund me for my services that day and he also refused. Rain Dance Car Wash did damage to my vehicle and refused to pay to have it repaired (as they could not do it themselves) I had been going to this business for years, but now, will not ever be returning. I do not recommend and urge you not to take your vehicle here.

Took my car on Thursday to get washed. It wasn't that dirty, he finished pretty quick. No one was behind me. My cup holder's were still dirty. They have a sign about valuables in your car. Someone did open my ashtray, and took some of my quarters. I believe in karma, hope you enjoyed stealing my change. I did tip in the metal container outside.

Date serviced: 2/6/2021. Vehicle: silver Corolla. Not worth the $24 package + 15% tip, there were tons of smears on my interior windows and car doors. They also left dried water stains on my back bumper.

Stopped by for an interior detail on my very dirty truck. Fantastic bang for the buck - $70 + tip. The guys were friendly, much faster than I was expecting, and did a great job. Not totally perfect (but pretty darn close, and again my car was really dirty), and for the price I am super happy! Definitely recommend.

Place is a ghost town. Just two guys playing on their phones in the detail bay. I pulled into the entrance and waited and waited, nobody ever came out so I backed out and left. The place is old and run down. Parking lot was full of trash and debris. Never again.

If I could give this place no stars I would!! I normally take my car here for a car wash and vacume but deff wont be returning!!! When they gave me my keys back the young kid who washed my car said we were all set..I asked if my fiance had paid and got no response so assumed it was all paid...go outside to see my car and found a crack right in the front that was NOT there before my arrival!! I then went back to the door and it was locked and three young men were standing there asked them if they hit something when they took my car and was told no and told they would come look at it...all three came outside and looked and started asking the young one that cleaned it if he had noticed it before he sprayed it with power washer and he said no he went back and forth to the front with the pressure washer and said that maybe from the power washing being so strong it couldve happend, right after another young kid had said well u probably got hit and run because theres nothing we coulda hit while bringing the car through and said sorry. Im going to call and see if i can talk to an owner or manager because my car shouldnt have came out with a crack after getting washed 🤯

This was my first time at Rain Dance. The staff was friendly and I can tell the wash crew are hard workers and take pride in their work. I did experience damage unfortunately. The uv coating on the inside of the driver side window is scratched significantly. I don't know what they would have done to cause this, but I'm hoping that management will rectify. When they do, I will update this review. Response to owners response: This is a new-to-me truck and I've never had a dog in the vehicle.

The reason why I took my car to get detailing is because I thought they’d do a better job at vacuuming and removing dirt and dust from tight places like the gear shifts and the window and lock buttons. My car didn’t look that much cleaner. I had to do additional cleaning afterwards. I guess you can’t expect much for detailing that takes 10min. For $32 - I expected a cleaner interior than what I got.

Multiple scratches all over the hood of a brand new truck, ranging from solid scratches to gouges. Based on the locations of the scratches, it appears likely that whoever was drying it was wearing a bracelet and either not paying attention, or not caring that they were scratching the paint.

The place I usually get my car washed closed, so I came here for the first time today. I have a Honda fit. Chose the express detail and was told it would be $60. When I went to check out a few minutes later when someone came into the waiting area, he tried to charge me $70, saying I have an SUV. I assumed he wasn't familiar with my car, so I described it to him by saying "it's a very small hatchback that weighs about a ton." He again said it would be $70 as they consider that an SUV. So my tiny car costs as much as an F 150 to wash? Hilarious. He said he could do the $44 wash that's one level down instead. Sure. In what world is a Honda fit an SUV? There are also several more scratches on my car after the wash. And it's not clean. It looks like they dragged something along one side.

Staff were friendly, service was fast, outside of the car looked great, but as soon as I looked into my center console area, the guy who i'm assuming finished up my car saw me looking into it and said "Sorry about the cup holders, we did our best" Did you?? Because -even though i hate cleaning, which is why i take my car to pay people to clean it- I did a better job wiping the area down with a dry napkin in ten seconds. My car was a mess, it's whatever, but I definitely didn't get my 60 dollars worth, considering a target area i pointed out before he even got into my car was barely even touched. Friendly staff though, lobby was well kept, I probably won't be back for any interior cleaning though.

Came here for an interior detail and sap removal. They did an amazing job on both! The sap was all gone and the inside looked brand new! I have never gotten an interior detail but I had high expectations and they surpassed that! It took about 4 hours so easy to drop off and continue on your day. Definitely bringing it back for another clean when needed!
