I’ve been a loyal customer here for about 12 years. While I enjoy the service and the price is affordable, I do wish they showed more attention to the small crevices and details. I typically have to inspect my vehicle before leaving and requesting them to clean certain spots and at times I don’t notice unclean areas until after I’ve left the car wash. Also, some workers seem annoyed if you ask them to take care of spots they missed. If more effort could be shown to the entire car and not seem like such a rush job they would be 5/5. Hoping some feedback can make a difference.

Full Interior/Exterior Groupon Deal was well worth the money! I called to make an apt and asked for the same day service and they took me right away. Expect to be without a car for ~3 hrs for a full detail job. These guys are so friendly and really took care of my car. I have not seen my car look this good since I first got it. Will be coming back again!

The receptionist is extremely nice and responsive, great service. The car wash is good, could be a tad better, same for the waiting time. All in all a nice place, decently priced. The premium wash was 12 bucks (with the early bird 3 bucks discount). Would I recommend the place? Sure.

I’ve been a customer at Logan Square Car Wash for a few years. They do an outstanding job- and I’m very particular about my car. They are reasonably priced, they are fast, their staff is attentive and responsive to all your needs. On a recent trip there, the guy who was vacuuming my car found money (almost $100) under the passenger side seat. It must have fallen out of my wife’s purse and I had no clue it was there. The employee immediately walked up to me in the waiting area and promptly returned it! I cannot tell you how grateful I was. The owners and their staff are terrific! Tony LaMantia

Went to get a car wash and I had a duck that was stuck on to my dashboard and the guys who clean my SUV removed it and lost the glasses to it and removed the hat and didn’t bother to put it back how it was just left it tossed on the dash. As soon I as got in my vehicle I noticed & I right away asked them about and they said they had to remove to clean excuse me that doesn’t justify the fact that they lost the accessories. I get home and the back seat is dirty! Horrible service!

This place is honestly the worst Detail shop I’ve bumped into. Paid top dollar to get a complete detail and I received a super wash at its best. Brought the car because of a coffee spill specifically . I Definitely couldn’t get across to the owners because they felt The work they did sufficient. They refused to give any money back or make the situation right. Save yourself the time and do not go to this place. Neither showed any care to make the situation better.

First and last time coming here 330 for detailing in and out the outside came out great BUT the inside still dirty and I don't like that plus you had my car since 9am just got it at 4 come on guys you could of did better

I brought my extremely dirty car here. Embedded dog hair, dirty paw prints, crumbs in the crevasse, even dirty doggie nose prints on the cloth rooftop. I spoke with Alexis, and she was patient as I pointed out spots in the car for extra attention and she answered questions fully. 5 hours later my car seemed brand new. Floor mats, trunk, visors, gear shift nook and crannies all spotless. Thank you!!

Purchased $237 in interior and exterior detailing. The service was 5 hours long. Disappointed with the service. The car was shiny and nicely vacuumed, but some parts, like the trunk sides, mats, front hood gap, and tires, were not or barely cleaned. See the picture and judge for yourself. First-time customer and not returning.

Purchased an interior detailing on Groupon for 117 and paid an additional 50 dollars for pet hair removal. Scheduling was easy and staff is friendly. Car came out much cleaner than how it came in and the majority of pet hair was removed. Before leaving, I was asked if there were any spots they missed. After a cursory glance, everything seemed pretty clean, but after leaving and having time to thoroughly inspect the car, I felt that multiple areas were left with dirt and dust. While it was great to be asked to spot check the car before leaving, I felt that a quality check could have been done in the four hours that my car was there. I don't regret coming but overall I wish there would have been a little more attention to detail.

Cant speak more highly about my experience here. Called on Wednesday and they were able to get me in Thursday morning at 8 AM originally I was not able to do so so I asked for a later appointment and when I called back and asked for a change the store was ready and willing to accommodate. Now onto the car wash I recently bought a used vehicle that had not been detailed prior to my purchase and it was in need of a detail desperately.They got my car in and out before noon and it was spotless!!!!!!! I will definitely be back for another detail and I’m so grateful to have moved into the neighborhood.

I’ve come to this car wash a few times now and it’s my new favorite. They have an amazing, hard working team that have a camaraderie and positivity. Customer service is top notch. The fact that these guys do an actual hand wash and full vacuum in about 15 minutes is insane and their quality is superb. Prices are also very reasonable especially considering all the work they do. Highly recommend and will be coming here from now on. A Chicago gem.

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years, but the service has gone downhill while prices keep rising. My car was returned with dirty windows, a dusty center console, soap residue on the mirrors, and rims that weren’t cleaned. My partner went back to address the issues and was told they were already “fixed,” yet she pointed out more problems and we still had to finish cleaning the car ourselves at home. Very disappointing — I can no longer recommend this place.

I have a 9ft tall Sprinter van and finding a car wash can be hard in the city. Luckily I found this gem where I don’t have to compromise anything. Amazing, friendly, quick service - worth every penny (cost was around $25 +tip). Very affordable - some other places quoted me over $75 to clean outside. Grateful to have found a go-to place!
