May be a good car wash but the owner is rude and inappropriate for telling me I can't park since my car got a flat. He told me to go across the street since they are closed. Plain and simple owner doesn't care about anyone even if it's a normal person in his lot after hours. I bet he treats his customers well.

A little crowded around 9am on a Friday. Had to wait about 10-15 minutes. I liked how quick and clean my car was washed. I thought all the vacuum spots would be taken but they weren't. Didn't like that you have to pay an extra $1 for a wipe to clean inside your car. Did like the convenient location on my way to work.

I live in Palm Springs but it’s worth it to get the monthly pass here since I visit my daughter for extended periods. The birds wreak havoc on my car in just one day. So sometimes I’ll get it washed 3 or 4 times in a week. Definitely worth the price of a monthly pass. I didn’t give 5 stars because my driver side mirror always gets flipped around. My car is new (and expensive). I’m afraid it will get broken. Other than that, the kids that work here are great and attentive to all the cars that come through.

10/16/25 I took my car in for full service 30 dollar car wash, It started off good friendly when you arrive no issues the issues came when went to my car window had smears and water still on car my bumper but when I arrived home there is still bird poop on both the driver and passengers side windows and car. Never again!!!!

I canceled my membership in another car wash nearby and I’m move here. Price is good. The vibe is good. Service is good. This young kids. They work here the very good other job and is next to you a sushi place where I eat before or after my Carwash.

In my opinion, this is the best drive thru carwash around this area. I signed up for the top monthly plan. It's super convenient to pull up and not have to even roll your window down because the computer/machine automatically reads your sticker, then opens up the arm and lets you through. I've never had any problems with dirt or anything left on my vehicle. I just dry it off. And 99.9% of the other customers are very nice and considerate. But every now and then, there'll be some inconsiderate Dip-💩 that will decide they're gonna hold up a stall to wax or do a full detail on their car. 🤦🏿‍♂️ So in my opinion, LBG gets ☆☆☆☆☆+!

Washed my car with the $10 wash. It was pretty good :) only thing I didn't like is that it didn't include the drying cloth machines at the end. But it did a pretty good job washing the car. And the vacuum's suctioned SO GOOD! ! Will be back again ✨️

The machines are not good i have baddest experience here i went there for washing and their machine took off my car’s spoiler and after that they told me that they will contact me and fix the problem after that the second day they said that they don’t have any authority to do a conclusion and the authorised person will contact me whenever he wants and he will available. They’re not supportive as well and now i have to go body shop for fixing my spoiler and without any fault i have to spend money to fix my car’s spoiler. That’s too bad experience i was there for just a wash.!!

The car wash is good for the price! It is quite popular, so expect to be in a queue waiting to use the wash. The queue takes around 5-15 minutes to go through. The wash takes about 2-5 minutes depending on what level wash you purchase. Overall great car wash!

My favorite drive thru car wash! I can't say I've tried them all, but this is one that I've consistently liked, so much that I got a monthly membership and now go every week, sometimes twice a week. The lines are organized, suds and colors fun, the vacuums always strong & working and with some shade cover. They give you a wipe for the interior each time you visit. They also have microfiber towels for $2. My only gripe, if I had to list one, is that the blowers and spinning thing at the end to dry your car could be better, but it's not the worst. They do such a good job with everything else that it's hardly a thing to complain about. Just being your towels to dry off before vacuuming.

LBG car wash is one of a kind in the entire Long Beach city. This fully automated car wash is neat, quick and safe and hassle free. Drive thru the line, choose you wash ( ranges from economy, business, prestige and first class depending the number of services). A staff will great you and hand you with a wipe to clean interior of your car. They will check if windows are locked and sealed and another person will help you get into the wash lane rail. Sit back and enjoy for 2 to 3 minutes while your is sprinkled, soaped, scrubbed and washed and drive out! They offer free vacuum as well. I am coming here from 2017, it's great. Since it's all automatic, if there are some hard dirt, it won't be washed away fully. That's the only negative I see here. Otherwise, it's worth the money because of amount of time & energy you will save when compare to manual wash.

It was definitely time for a wash as my side mirror literally had cobwebs on it🤦🏼‍♀️🤣Love this place. Quick and efficient. Vacuums work great. The wash always misses a spot on the back of my car for whatever reason but otherwise great!

Car was still a bit dirty after getting the top wash package. Free vacuum was nice, line was long but moved quickly. Prices are fairly reasonable. Location is convenient. Car still has a few dirty spots but is otherwise shiny and looks new.

I think will cancel my membership. Brushes are way too strong bending my mirrors. Number one problem, you need separate membership line! People are just not that smart here the will take sweet time to figure out how payment works while other lane could pass 5 cars. That's a no brainer other car wash offers it too. Still needs Membership Lane!

I am writing as a LONG TIME CUSTOMER to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your car wash. As a loyal customer since your establishment opened, I have consistently brought my 70s Oldsmobile, purchased in 2015, to your facility due to your high-quality equipment and exceptional care it provides. However, during my visit today, I was unexpectedly refused entry due to the vehicle's pointed nose. It's not a grill it's stamped sheet metal. Well despite having no issues in the past (40 to 50 times) I guess today the equipment is faulty and no longer works as it did in the past. Given the car's length of 226 inches and the now piles of cars behind me, bring told to back out is impractical and posed a significant challenge in this narrow space. And look, 1972 Oldsmobile has no plastic or loose parts, it's all steel, a tank. The attendant that refused me entry was not listening to me. I kept telling the individual. This is the very reason I come and use your facility. I never had a problem. Let's say I did have a problem. I bet you're going to say you're not liable for damage and you have some sort of agreement attached to my bill of sale. The attendant would not listen to me. I had to move into my command voice I learned in the military, shout, yell and issue profanities to get my point across. I'm stuck , I can't back up a line of cars are behind me and this is a full size 1972 car. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to consider alternative options.
